Well donemrsn you're doing so well!

Thanks for sharing soyo its good to hear of people doing well after rehab. I'm feeling a bit better today, going to try and stay positive.

marbles how did the nursery settle go?

Finished packing finally, putting girls to bed then a big glass of Wine and putting my feet up before early bed. We're off at about 3am, might check in with you guys on the way down the m4.

Hope everyone has a good night tonight :)

Babybeesmama · 26/03/2013 19:09

Ouch heff, early start 4am! Confused

Bedtime bottle here. DH is going out tonight so need to get baby bee in bee first so I can sort DD out for bed. I'm hoping that DH is neither late or pissed deluded I shall just ignore him if he turns in drunk!!

Xx

larlemucker · 26/03/2013 19:09

abi2790 · 26/03/2013 19:18

Little man did really well today Smile he didn't even cry when the first jab went in! The other two made him very unhappy though.

He's asleep now. Crossing fingers for a good night's sleep!

Babybeesmama · 26/03/2013 21:03

Well done larle! That's fab! Abi well done to LO after jabs!

Well babybee decided to scream the house down for a bottle now, 2 hours after his last one!

I have noticed that when he wakes frequently at night he's often wriggly and farty so I thought id try infacol for a couple of nights have no doubt it will fail Grin x

funchum8am · 26/03/2013 21:23

safe journey family heff

mrsn getting to goal is fantastic!! I am Shock. at your willpower, I am putting on weight at the moment and have no willpower to even try and stop...must sort that out.

abi glad jabs went well.

larle 4lb!!! amazing work! and happy birthday (don't let me at the cake!)

larlemucker · 26/03/2013 21:30

It's ok funch it's fat free cake!!! I really don't know how I have lost that much after the pizza express tea and ice cream sundae!! Got back into my pre pregnancy jeans last night too!!

Glad jabs went ok abi, was that the first ones?

Sleepy dust to everyone

SoYo · 26/03/2013 21:53

Happy birthday Larle, sounds like its been a good one!

It's bedtime feed time here, sleepy dust & cake both much appreciated!

Well done for all this weeks weight loss. I'm planning to stay deluded about mum-tum for a few months before trying to tackle.

Fingers crossed for the baby conspiracy team to peddle the idea of sleep tonight!

larlemucker · 26/03/2013 22:37

Thanks all for the birthday wishes, would be nice if baby larle slept tonight as a present!!!

Babybeesmama · 27/03/2013 02:04

Well he just woke up but doesn't want a feed. DH still not home Angry, typical when he says its 'a quiet one'. Anyway, I was lazy and co slept from 1030 as it was easier than trying to re settle him. So he went from then till now without a peep. Going to try getting him in cot now.. I predict a transfer fail! X

abi2790 · 27/03/2013 05:15

Woohoo ds slept for 9 hours! Luckily me and dp went to sleep when he did Grin
Just been changing his nappy and he has 1 big red bruise on one leg and both thighs are VERY swollen. Has that happened to anyone else after jabs? This was his 3rd lot and its never happened before. I hope this isn't why he slept through the night. Poor boy Sad

MrsNPattz · 27/03/2013 07:09

Morning ladies, can you believe this is little man's first feed! We both went to bed at half 9, I woke at 5 for the loo but he was still sound asleep! It was needed!

Thanks guys, I'm going to lose a few more pounds but at least it's free now haha

Larle 4lb is fantastic - well done!

Amey hope hubby wasn't too drunk when he came in Blush

Abi we have never had that but I think it can happen, just keep an eye on it and if you aren't sure about anything phone them! Congratulations on the 9 hours Grin

Babybeesmama · 27/03/2013 07:42

Wow great sleeping mrsn! Jealous! Babybee co slept all night Confused wasn't exactly what I wanted but he slept really well! He woke at 2 & didn't drink bottle so obviously doesn't need it! He then slept till 6, had a cuddle in bed sleeping till 720.

DH looks like he's been dug up this morning, but he will still protest all day that he's 'fine' & then tonight he won't eat his dinner then will slump off to bed when I tell him to because I'm sick of him whinging about having a non drink related headache over his eye I would bet money on this being tonight's events! He's a predictable bugger! X

Smallgreenone · 27/03/2013 08:19

Well done mrsn that's a great sleep!
amey my dh is exactly the same, is mysteriously ill after a night out but refuses to admit its a hangover. Drives me insane.
Bad night here and up at 5 but the last few nights have been quite good so not complaining too much.
Happy birthday larle and well done on ww!
It is snowing again here I am so ick of being trapped indoors.

Babybeesmama · 27/03/2013 08:34

So annoying isnt it small! Why can't they just admit it? He must think I am thick! I made him sleep in with DD on pull out bed as I didn't want him in my bed stinking of beer - DD got up at 615am GrinGrin! He's back in bed now tho. Have you done the hand holding sleep thing small? Since babybee has been poorly we've been co sleeping lots so I'm thinking I might try the mattress in his room & do some sleep training now. X

abi2790 · 27/03/2013 09:49

MrsN I don't think it's bothering him cos he's his usual active self it just looks so sore :( I will keep an eye on it and maybe put some frozen peas on it to try and get the swelling down :)

larlemucker · 27/03/2013 11:19

Hope baby abi is ok, baby larle has only had his first set and his legs seemed fine afterwards. You could always call the dr and ask to speak to the nurse about it.

Had a lovely birthday, got a lovely canvas of baby larle asleep, DH said its for the bedroom so when I'm annoyed in the night that he is not sleeping I can look at the picture and remind myself that he does sleep sometimes!!! Also got vouchers for a spa and some Brian cox books ( my geek crush!)

Not too bad a night here, had feeds at 11, 2 and 6 and then co slept till 10!!!!

On the subject of hangovers, why can't men admit that they have a hangover? It's not a 'tired headache'!!

larlemucker · 27/03/2013 11:20

Oh forgot to say, going shoe shopping today! Shop in village closing down so all shoes £20!!!

MrsNPattz · 27/03/2013 13:39

Aaaahhhhh just spoken to the weight watchers area manager - I have an interview on 8th April!! So nervous already, I have to do a presentation! Excited too though Grin

Smallgreenone · 27/03/2013 13:53

Not yet amey his middle of the night feed is now 2oz though so I know he's not hungry. We've got friends stating this Friday and I didn't want to be in the middle of sleep training him when they're here. Although I'll be in the room with him I think he'll still cry and I wouldn't want to wake them. We start Saturday when they've gone!

larlemucker · 27/03/2013 15:20

MrsN you'll be fine. There's plenty of teachers on here if you need any advice for your presentation (unless you're a teacher in which case I'm sure you won't need any help!)

I've bought a lovely pair of gold sandles for 15 quid!!

Can't get over how quickly baby larle is changing, he is sat in his ring thing with a sheep rattle toy which he is holding on to a rattling and also trying to put onto his mouth. This time last week he wouldn't have been able to grip it!

larlemucker · 27/03/2013 16:49

Just re read my post and it sounds so patronising! I don't mean that if you're not a teacher you can't do a presentation!
Oh god, feel like I'm digging a deeper hole now.
Anyway MrsN good luck, you come across as a wonderfully supportive person, exactly what WW will be looking for

MrsNPattz · 27/03/2013 17:50

Aw thanks Larle, not patronising at all! Any tips would me much appreciated - I'm not the most confident person, and often go red and get tongue tied during public speaking! But obviously as a leader it would be part of my job so I need to overcome that!
Yey for cheap shoes!

I have a question that probably sounds really naive, but do you need to sterilise a sippy cup? We got one from the stupid health visitor on Monday and want to start offering it to him but not sure about this! Thanks!

EeyoresGloomyPlace · 27/03/2013 18:15

Hooray for sleep mrsn! I would sterilise if you're going to have milk in th but as he's over 6 months if its just for water then no need to sterilise.

abi how's your little one's legs tonight? We had slight redness and extreme irritability after the third jabs and that was just me Wink

Lol at DH looking like he's been dug up amey Did today follow your predicted schedule? My DH is the same, its mever a hangover always "just tired" Hmm

Putting the DDs to bed a not early tonight, they're both knackered from the journey and haven't napped much today. Hoping for a good night as the set up here with all of us in one room but babylon cot at the foot of the bed isn't ideal.

DH off out with FIL tonight, MIL and I have a bottle of lambrini expensive wine in the fridge waiting for us. Good nights all xxx
