drom those first few weeks are hell, but getting an early scan booked was fab for so many of us here. Some of us did it private-like, and some got an NHS freebie through bleeding and the like but I think I'm right in saying (to quote cunty) that you can walk into a EPU, drop your knickers and say, "scan this, bitch". Which may not get you a free scan but would certainly cause you to be remembered. But you get the point.
