I can't find it either! Would also love to join in.

pureeandpearls · 28/08/2009 17:51

I'm realy shit at remembering to go on groups on FB, despite being on it all day. I shall wait until we are all officially and visibly pregnant then start claiming you all as my friends.

annamama · 28/08/2009 17:57

Me too. (want to join, can't find the group)

OP posts:
Arcadie · 28/08/2009 17:57

You won't find it until I stop it being a secret group. I can invite you, but if I make it a closed group then it'll appear on ... ah sack it I'll go and change it now....

Arcadie · 28/08/2009 18:06

Ok It's done. go to groups (bottom left hand corner) type in MN March 2010 and ask to join!

Sorry for cloak and dagger stuff but I thought it'd come up all over my wall as ARCADIE has just joined a group that proudly displays she is up the duff again! It hasn't, so we're good to go!

Tigresswoods · 28/08/2009 18:09

Dophus Dophus I too am under the "care" OF Frimley Park. Isn't the waiting room somewhat third world, full of people and screaming kids?!

Have been told I have to get used to screaming kids

Tigresswoods · 28/08/2009 18:11

Arcadie I found your group on FB. I am a bit obsessed with FB but I cannot join it for a while as I am paranoid that it might show on there in one of the News Feeds, even if it is closed, private etc.

I'll wait a few weeks until work know if thats alright.

Good thinking Batman.

annamama · 28/08/2009 18:13

I've just asked to join... please accept me and then I'll tell y'all if it shows up or not!

OP posts:
Arcadie · 28/08/2009 18:22

OK Annamama You're in!

Arcadie · 28/08/2009 18:24

Oh and it will show but if you delete the post that says "annamama has joined this group" you'll be ok.

RetroMum1 · 28/08/2009 18:27

I've asked too

becky7000 · 28/08/2009 18:30

Hi, Arcadie. I think I requested to join the group but not sure if I have done it right!

annamama · 28/08/2009 18:33

I'm now a member of the group! I didn't even get a post saying I've joined... it just shows up in my Info along with the other groups I'm in.

OP posts:
Tigresswoods · 28/08/2009 18:33

Ok girls I have requested but think I will cancel the request as I have to go out now and can't hover over FB waiting to delete the offending post. Will have to do it again another time...

Arcadie · 28/08/2009 18:42

Becky7000 and RetroMum I believe you're both in. Tigress - sorry - I was washing up and didn't see your request.

FTR: going to bath kids now. won't be accepting anyone else til about 7:15....

becky7000 · 28/08/2009 18:42

It worked, I'm in and more to the point not as computer illiterate (sp?!) as I thought!

Scootergrrrl · 28/08/2009 18:43

Have requested - please let me in!

Arcadie · 28/08/2009 18:44

OK Scoots. You're in too. I'm off to bath,.

Scootergrrrl · 28/08/2009 18:47

Sorry - didn't read to the end of your post about bathtime. I'm not just an impatient mare, honest! Blame it on pregnancy brain....

becky7000 · 28/08/2009 18:54

Anyway, I will post a proper message now after all that excitement!

I am ok. DH is off for the BH weekend so feeling good about that although he is in the process of building a playhouse for the kids which is great but it has gone from quite a simple design to having a glass roof, mezanine floor etc! He is building it all from donated scrap wood and it will be great but feeling like a playhouse widow at the moment!

I am sure I have felt the odd movement from baby but not definate. I will be 16 weeks on Monday but I was more like 18/19 weeks with the others so may just be wind!

We put DC1 and DC2 in beds when the next baby needed the cot so around 18 months (baby had moses basket for a few months). I know this was quite early but they were fine. They still have sides on and have never fallen out. They share a room from necessity but TBH I think even if they had a choice they would prefer to be together. Probably won't be the case in another few years! Personally I would buy a single bed rather than a cot bed and save money. DC1 and DC2 currently sleep in beds made by DH out of an old wardrobe! They are sort of a combination of a cabin bed/ bunk beds!- DH got an A for O Level woodwork!

Arcadie · 28/08/2009 19:24

Scooter - fret not - I never go too far from the computer! Your DCs look SO like you!

Becky How impressive is your DH? - oh he's building a grand designs worthy play house and has knocked up a bed or two....!!??!! Wow.

Nectarine count for the day so far: 4.
Nectarines bought: 12.
Is this going to make me poorly?

Arcadie · 28/08/2009 19:28

Dophus Glad scan went so well although flippin receptionists.... I know 2 doctor's receptionists in RL and they're both lovely. Do they take a nasty/incompetent pill when they get to work? Is it in the job description? Anywaaaaaaaaay...
Love DH's response. Kind of like mine when I got the BFP... He'll be a doting daddy no doubt!

RetroMum1 · 28/08/2009 19:29

Arcadie at least you know you won't be constipated!!.

Becky a very impressive DH! I might have ot mention the playhouse to mine!

Minicooper · 28/08/2009 19:38

Annamama and Iwonka, my scan's on Tuesday too! Very exciting - but scary too!Mine's 9.30am so at least I don't have to wait all day! Hope yours go well - guess it'll feel more official once the scan's out of the way.

Retro - I didn't get up even once to go to the loo last night - was up FIVE times earlier in the week! Will be glad for good news at my scan - its so easy to convince yourself that something's gone wrong.....

Arcadie · 28/08/2009 19:39

Retro: But I aaaaaammmmmmm. Why's it not working!?
