mrssnow and shyla - i didn't post for ages because i didn't know what to say - still don't really but I hope the responses you've received here may show you how much we all care and are thinking of you, and if we could help we would. I hope we get to see you on another happier thread with better news soon.
Will leave it at that for tonight - but suggest we post again in the morning with other updates and news then? I agree with db it's becoming a thread and, respectfully, it shouldn't be.

Good luck for later today Mumbot. I had my scan yesterday and the nuchal test was fine - it was lovely spend some time seeing him/her wriggling around . Although the baby just wasn't playing ball with posing so the sonographer was pressing my belly a lot...which worked as then he/she started posing brilliantly and the test was done (and got a nice haul of pictures )...but my god I thought I was going to pee on the examining table!

Arcadie - excellent that you managed some nice parenting again! I just lie on the floor most of the time next to DD playing and tell her "mummy is sleeping". Sometimes she tries to open my eyes with her little fingers. Ouch.

MummyElk - great news that you managed a cup of tea! I miss my coffee for the "kick", but still totally off it.

Had my legs waxed yesterday. I think my leg hairs must be growing quicker when being pg, it was like a rainforest! I was embarrassed but kept telling myself "I'm sure I can't be the hairiest woman this girl has ever seen"

MummyElk, a troll is someone who deliberately stirs up trouble - either through posting a controversial/impossibly sad story and asking for help, or just stirring up trouble on purpose. Some are funny, but one or two have really caused problems with other posters (stalking, etc) in the past. I guess the thing to remember is that Rindercella could really be a hairy trucker called Trevor, so it's as well to be careful what information you give out to people.

I have my booking in appt tomorrow, which I am looking forward to. Only just over 2 weeks to wait until my scan.

Mumbot my dates were completely exact (but then I had IVF so know the date of conception)...this was also, er, our third scan . Hope you get a better posing baba than I did!

Annamamma I have heard that hair grows faster during pregnancy, though so far it's just the hair on my head that seems to be growing faster!

Mummyelk hope you enjoyed the tea . A troll is someone who posts something controversial or inflammatory, eg a made up story about something controversial, in order to provoke other peopke into a really strong emotional or whatever response. Seems like it gets shouted very quickly in AIBU by the regular MNters who post in AIBU all the time. But then I have definitely seen troll posts about things like child abuse and things that get people to share such personal details which makes me (and lots of others) very . The general "rule" of t'internet is "Don't feed the trolls", which is why once it's shouted in AIBU people just want others to stop posting on the thread in question. Sorry for the ramble - hope that makes sense!

Do people (trolls) not have anything better to do...? I don't read AIBU very much, so I didn't know about trolls. Give us an example? Can I have a guess? "My 2 year old is so naughty, I've locked her in her room all day with no food, but the neighbours are now complaining about the noise, am I being unreasonable to tell them to mind their own business?!"
