Lunar hugs to you hun im sorry for your loss...take care of yourself and take it easy.

MINNIE1 · 25/05/2005 09:03

Pennies,
Welcome and congrads on reaching the 12wks

Hope all is ok with everyone and that you forgive me for the year mix up, Silly me as usually.

Bonkerz,
The discharge is fine, it is to form a plug for the babys head. If you find brown discharge or that its smells go to the doctor as the brown discharge could be a m/c (thats the way i went when i m/c). But yours sound fine.

Hope all you ladies are ok today,
How is m/s for everyone??

Minnie, you must be as hard wroking as me

I see from the stats that you work full time. Me too - and I'm always on here

Oh well, it's only work isn't it!!!!!

scully · 25/05/2005 09:16

What's the link for everyone's stats?
I'm feeling particularly awful this week, and my tantrum throwing dd isn't helping matters......
So sorry to hear your news Lunarsea, hope everything works out for you in the end.....
Told a few people at work this week, so at least they know why I'm looking green and am being unhelpful at times!

MINNIE1 · 25/05/2005 09:17

If the boss only knew! lol I dont think he has seen me so committed to the job!!!

Hi, can I crash your thread to tell you that I am virtually giving away all my maternity clothes, which were mostly bought for a Jan baby (who was due in Dec). Look on the For Sale thread. And good luck - it's wonderful when the little one finally arrives!

kangel · 25/05/2005 13:39

so sorry to read the bad news, love and hugs to all who need it

Haven't been on this site for a while have been really i'll and mainly resting. Still have the sickness despite being on tablets but am 11/2 so not to long to go now.

Had my nucal scan yesterday, heard the heartbeat which was great, baby was jumping around like mad and waving. Everything is fine and very healthy except me at the mo. Have extreamly good stats so am feeling relieved and exhausted!

Told everyone yesterday, most of which didn't believe me and had decided that I had an eating disorder!!

Good Luck to all whos scans are coming up!!

Sid · 25/05/2005 13:45

Lunarsea, so sorry to hear your news. Having had an mc last year, I know there are lots of difficult things to get through - one of them being to have to unjoin an ante-natal thread. Please let us know on this thread if you do conceive again before the thread disbands....I was on a May05 thread and here I am again and I'm 39....

MINNIE1 · 25/05/2005 14:17

kangel,
Glad you scan went well, my scan is about 11+5 so i plan on telling all the familt then. Hope your Sickness goes away very soon.

How is everyone all is quiet here today..

sweetheart · 25/05/2005 14:24

Sid what do you mean disbands????? I'm affraid your stuck with me now forever!!!!

Isn't that what the post-natal boards are for.

Kangel, glad to hear your scan went well.

I'm getting really worried about hereshoping - has anyone got her e-mail contat details or anything?? Should we try CAT???

beckymumof3 · 25/05/2005 15:44

I'm really sorry about your news LunarSea, take care of yourself now and good luck for the future. I am thinking of you.

beckymumof3 · 25/05/2005 15:47

Showing: I feel like its the pregnancy showing rather than fat when I can feel the uterus rather than just rolls of flab. I am definately losing any semblance of a waistline and my trousers aren't doing up (or hurt when they do) but its not the actual bump...probably just the 50% more blood and all the extra fat being laid down for BFing (not just chocolate, not just chocolate lol).

I am feeling nauseous pretty much constantly but getting worse towards the evening. I have a few more weeks before that dies down. Being hot or tired definately making it worse. yeuch.

Chickpea · 25/05/2005 15:57

Lunar - just read your post and wanted to say how sorry I am. Many of us have been in your position and if it is any comfort the human body does bounce back amazingly even if your emotions don't i managed to conceive just one cycle after my last m/c.
take care of yourself.
xxxxx

ninah · 25/05/2005 17:20

Yes do stay in touch Lunarsea, somewhere on MN
Will look for you

Quinty · 25/05/2005 18:53

Can I join you? Just discovered I'm expecting quins on 29th Dec. Dr's are still talking about reduction but I don't think I can go through with that. If I do carry them all through I suppose I'll probably deliver a lot earlier than 29th Dec but maybe if I join here it'll glue them in somehow??

Nemo1977 · 25/05/2005 19:42

quinty wow quins...lots AND LOTS OF STICKY BABY DUST TO U and welcome to thread.

Not sick but had ache in tummy region. Have eaten a proper meal tonight (just small but more than ive eaten since friday!) also had 2 peanut biscuits! Feel a little queasy but not as much as i have done! Boobs are sore but am now worrieing! Am 9 weeks today. Maybe today is just a better day and tomorrow i will be really bad. Im so paranoid. No loss or anything so am just gonna go lie down.

Dh said i should avoid this thread for a while or atleast till 12 weeks cos im getting to 'attached'!!!!!
Not sure about that but if i disappear thats why ok. If anything happens will be sure to inform OH and will update next friday after my 10 week scan.

Bonkerz I have never really had any symptoms with any of my pregnancys other than tiredness & sore boobs & I'm not even really getting the tiredness this time (although that could be due to some thryoid medication I am on!). Maybe some of us are just lucky not to have really bad symptoms. Hopefully your sacn will reassurre you.

busyalexsmummy · 25/05/2005 21:05

goldenoldie · 26/05/2005 08:08

Had nucal yesterday - everything good and my risk was lower after the scan than before, so I'm well happy with that.

Very obviously pregnant now (12w5d) and had to tell work, well a complete stranger came up to me in the corridor at work and just asked me straight out!

Still getting very breathless - anyone else?
