glaskham · 30/07/2009 09:47

morning- shouldn't really be on... have loads to do around the house and need to iron and pack all our clothes and 'stuff' for the weekend- its so hard to go away for a few nights with 3 kids and a puppy.... i did wonder why we'd not been away with 3 DC's till now... I'm now dreading packing for our disneyland trip in 10.5wks!!! though luckily most of our holiday clothes are new and waiting in the suitcase... so will mainly be adding underwear and nappies and we should be sorted!!

Morning!

Wedding planning went well last night. My friend is having "crushed raspberry" and silver as a colour scheme. We made decorations for the church and reception venue.

I have suddenly realised though that I have a wedding to go to and need to find something to wear! Does anyone have any suggestions of a nice BFing dress? I hope to still be exclusively BFing and should be able to find a quiet corner but at the same time would like "easy access" to make it as "uneventful" and straightforward as poss. Oh, would be good to look a little stylish too

tink - sorry your not feeling any better

Bumps - great news! Let's just hope it's repeatable!

Glask - enjoy your wkend (if not the packing!)

GYo - hope you have a brilliant day. Sounds really good and I'm really

Hello everyone else too. Really hope LBOT has her little boy in her arms now.

glaskham · 30/07/2009 11:49

idreamofbeanie · 30/07/2009 14:57

Hi all,

I've just been to see the midwife - everything looks good except that the baby is breech. The midwife didn't seem worried as I am still only 31+4 and the baby is very high still so plenty room to move but it would be good if she was head down next time . She has provisionally booked me in for my home birth - dependent on baby turning - and is coming to the house a week on Sunday to have a chat and check parking etc.

Tink - I hope you and DD are feeling better.

Kay - good luck with the driving test.

Ses - enjoy bump and babes.

Bump - hooray! Fingers crossed for another good night tonight.

Gyo - sounds like a fab day. Enjoy!

STT - glad you are having such a great time with DS just now, he sounds lovely.

LBOT - hope you have your little boy in your arms now (and if not I hope you are getting plenty of rest). Looking forward to hearing your news.

Many Congrats LBOT . He is a beautiful baby Looking forward to hearing all about it when you get the chance!
Have started the packing - boy is it hard with dds and a baby thrown into the mix! Have given up for today. Once again have been rubbish at keeping up - will be Sept at this rate when they are back at school before I manage a proper post! TINK - let dh and dd go!!! You will get a bit more rest and they'll no doubt enjoy it too.
KAYZ, I will post on wagon FB I promise with contact details etc, it's on the 'to do' - weather rotton here too!! Oh and we have bought a house!!! The 'dream' house they turned our offer down on - have now reconsidered so all good!!

Moosy · 30/07/2009 17:20

Oooh Diege, well done on the house, hope it all goes through smoothly.

Congratulations LBOT, he's lovely, can't wait to hear all the gory details!

Have just been for a walk for the first time since I started feeling rotten about 3 months ago, I only went to mum's house and back so about 1.5 miles with a rest in the middle. My poor tummy muscles are feeling sorry for themselves but my hips feel all loose and lovely. No doubt I'll stiffen up later but I'm hoping it will help in the long run. I need to get fitter soon else I'll never cope with being huge/giving birth.

glaskham · 30/07/2009 17:25

wow diege- you sneakily sneaked that announcment in at the end there didn't you!! Hope all goes through smoothly- and you'll have to post some piccies of this 'dream' house so we can all be v. of you!! haha!!
