(by the way, still havn't managed to listen to the postnatal hypno cd - have you? Might try to fit in a bit of relaxation later.........if I'm lucky!)
and out of interest did you find the hypno birth stuff helped you in labour.......I think it helped me a bit with relaxing but do remember lying in the birth pool telling the midwife that I was getting stressed because I couldn't remember what I was supposed to be doing - (relaxing!) and I failed miserably to 'turn down the dial'. I just kept imagining giant clocks but couldnt' make them change so gave up on that one!
