Welcome iate... I think it's rather nice to bump into people you know from TTC threads in antenatal threads...

Sorry about your MC last time. Do you have a scan date?

Biccy · 09/06/2009 11:20

Good luck fifi will be thinking of you.

I feel like I real resident today - am at work, so in front of PC full time, and office is very quiet today....

Hi Biccy no scan date as yet, was told they ussually do early scans within 6 weeks of the first BFP. Which is 3 weeks ago yesterday.

Im taking each day at a time, have had MS last week or so just nauseated, boobs feel sore and heavy mainly first thing in the mornings and very tired to! So each time i feel sick i breath a sigh of relief that everything must be ok! Woke this morn boobs were sore and heavy but not as bad as yesterday but if i poke them there def sore!

With my MC last time i bled all the way from BFP till confirmed MC this time nothing, not even implantation bleed, and my tests this time are much stronger, in fact the last one i did 10 days ago i think....the BFP came up before the pee had reached the end of the stick! lmao.

sazlocks · 09/06/2009 12:05

Fifi - keeping fingers and toes crossed for you.

liny · 09/06/2009 12:38

good luck Fifi, it is better to be safe!! crossing fingers for you-
I did go and buy some tops this morning- fashion is for long tops which is great! I have an interview tomorrow and I hope they won't notice the bum...
I'm seeing the midwife this week and scan in 2 weeks...and as all of you, I don't want to make any plan before I know everything is ok.

For those suffering from MS, I found that peppermint chewing-gums help a lot, also I'm limiting the amount of food on the evening as I can not digest...
have a good day

skidoodle · 09/06/2009 12:43

alfiesmadmother · 09/06/2009 14:39

CoffeandarrotCake, am sorry

Are you ok x

FifiForgot · 09/06/2009 14:40

Thanks for all your crossed fingers.

All is fine, one tiny little bean with a flickering heart - I was very nearly sick with relief all over the midwife doing the scan! They think the pain is from the scar tissue (DD's arrival was rather scary - crash section and bladder injury needing 4 hrs of surgery) so I think I am just going to have to get used to it.

I'm off to bed now, I am totally exhausted and can barely keep my eyes open, I think it might be the gallon tears I have shed today.

CoffeeandCarrotCake I am so sorry, take care of yourself.

Biccy · 09/06/2009 14:54

coffeeandcarrotcake, so sorry to hear that. It's rubbish.

Biccy · 09/06/2009 14:55

fifi - well done, hope you get some sleep.

dal21 · 09/06/2009 18:05

Coffeeandcarrotcake - so sorry to hear that. .

dal21 · 09/06/2009 18:06

fifi - congrats! The moment you see that heartbeat is such a relief isnt it?? I know nothing is a given or certain even after that, but it is huge! Well done little bean! Hope you are catching some zzz's.

Welcome iate!

I felt awful this morning. Cold combined with generally awfulness. Managed to get a 2 hour nap at midday (god bless my DS!) and feel so much better. Well, relatively speaking!

Hope that everyone else is ok.

CoffeeAndCarrotCake · 09/06/2009 18:13

Thank you all for the hugs and support. I picked up DD and went shopping with her, and spoiled her with lots of absolutely unnecessary things, stole loads of cuddles and kisses from her and now feel a bit better. It is totally rubbish however .

Well, fingers crossed for next time...
