My notes just said 5/5, cephalic (head down).

I didn't feel very relaxed, tbh. I was busy thinking oh shit the house is a mess and I have no appliances, this is not a good time at all. Plus it hurt a lot.

Yes I should have been. that was what my rant was about earlier that I deleted twice by accident.
Being seen next thursday and having my bloods done then too.

Do they worry about raised blood pressure ~(compared to a persons norm) or just high blood pressure?

They both sound fairly normal to me

just v/high or v/low bp i think, well thats why they were worried the other day about PE cos my bp was high

i'm no expert though and i havent been told an awful lot (by docs etc) so am guessing really.
