cha cha - very well i think. feeling quite okay and want to start trying again now. The waiting if so hard. got my glass of rose. the only thing that seems to be taking its time to get to normal is my cooking skills. we seem to have been living off take aways for most of the last fortnight, so i will be just as big as you all are really soon.

How about you?

BEKsmum · 18/04/2005 19:52

Jesus Hellkat, what can I say I didn't see that one coming and I'm utterly gobsmacked and gutted for you. Are you and your dh ok? I can't believe that another one of us has been so unlucky and I am in tears as I write this as I feel I've made a real connection with you through this and just don't know what to say to make you feel any better. If you want to talk to me off the site my e-mail address is on here already.

Please take care of yourself and your family and do what ever you have to do to make yourself feel better, this all seems so empty when I've said it to so many of the others but I'm sending you big hugs and I hope that you'll stick around to chat with us as often as you can. I'm sure there will be a next time for you very soon and that your family can support you through this terrible time. Love & best wishes Tracey

HellKat · 18/04/2005 20:02

Diddle- Thankyou hun!
Does make me feel better (and worse in some ways) that you, Cp3, Peepee and Lexy know how I feel.
I agree totally Jen, you don't realise how common it is until you see us dropping like flies (my attempt at daft humour please don't be offended anyone ).
Diddle- Would be great for a meet up.
I sooooo need to be pg again and quick. Can't see us waiting long. Oh Diddle, we're waiting a few days to see if nature does anything but after that it's deffo d & c. I really don't want to hang in limbo. Very odd feeling. Not being pg but still having it inside. Had a glass of wine earlier and still felt guilty?
Dp's finding it hard bless him. He sent me the most romantic, gorgeous card earlier saying how much he loved me. He's had good cry too and me... I'm just plodding along as per norm, just getting on with it (apart from angry outbursts especially at the hospital for not scanning me or checking heartbeat when I was admitted for gastroenteritis). The nurse said it was more than a coincidence that when the baby died was on or around the virus incident. Either way though, something was'nt right and it was'nt meant to be.
Bloody hell, I can go on for england!

rodeo1 · 18/04/2005 20:06

Oh Hellkat I am so so sorry, can't imagine what it must have been like to find out at your scan when you go in feeling so happy and excited.

You and Beksmum were my 2 BFs on here, I not sure how it'll feel without you. I apologise for being totally selfish. You've always been there for all of us, I'll really miss you

Stay on this thread for as long as you like/can cope with, hope to see all of you on a ttc/new 'due in thread', where I will stalk you all and gatecrash regularly (just joking moderators)

Love, hugs and kisses to you and your family x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x

Rodeo- Thankyou hunny!!!
I feel the same. you, Beks, Diddle and Cp3 are my closest mates on here and would be wonderful one day to meet up.
Yep it was probably the worst thing I've been through (especially when the sonographer got teary too). But as i'm freakishly lucky at conceiving (endometriosis is meant to make yo infertile but with my last two pg's we conceived within 4 weeks!) I should be back and blooming soon. I'll still be in here (addictive thing this is) and I'll be checking up on you all to make sure you're all ok (feel like a mother hen ).

rodeo1 · 18/04/2005 20:24

PS your dp sounds gorgeous x x x

HellKat · 18/04/2005 20:28

He's amazing Rodeo. We've only been together just over two years (met on the net!) and we've been through so much. He's lovely. I'm a lucky gal!

rodeo1 · 18/04/2005 20:47

Aw that's lovely My dp ust got back from work and gone 'Urgh!' I had an oatmeal facemask on an was sitting in the dark with just the computer screen illuminating my face!

Although just tried to was it off and had it on for so long the creamy part of the mask washed off but the oats were completely adhered to my face! I looked as though I had a very severy bout of chicken pox!

BEKsmum · 18/04/2005 22:17

Sounds like a nice look Rodeo, not sure if that would have made him want to ravish you or just put him off porridge for life

Hope you have fun practicising Hellkat and that you do catch as quickly as before, sending you loads and loads of baby dust.

Laylasmum & ChaCha, congrats on the good news, glad all is going ok.

Enthusia, sorry if you were feeling a bit put off or if you thought we weren't talking to you , it just seems that you and ChaCha have hit off so well the rest of us don't get a look in

I totally understand what you are all saying about feeling guilty for still being pregnant and for passing on happy news but the idea of this thread is to get to know new people and to share what ever happens as the time goes on.

Perhaps we should start a new thread as well as this one so that we can all keep chatting but without having to make anyone feel guilty. 'Cos I'm sure we could all chat the hind legs off a donkey about any subject not just about pregnancy - Rodeo if it's decided this is a good idea it's down to you to start it as I don't know how to and you are our resident genius.

Take care all and I'll catch up with youall tomorrow as dh is waiting to get on with his game.

rodeo1 · 18/04/2005 23:06

That's a good idea Beksmum, maybe I can put it in chat. We are lucky to still have Diddle but I'm not sure if I could keep returning to the 'Due in' thread, think I might find it too hard. I'll let you all know where it is when I've started it

OP posts:
rodeo1 · 18/04/2005 23:24

Yes I will put it in chat, just need a bit of help with the title as i'm not sure - i'll wait til the morn

Ha ha ha just tricked my dp with something i've just seen in the chat section entitled 'has anyone seen this?' Go and have a look!

Night everyone x x x

Morning all.
What a fab idea you two. I feel fine coming in here. Very hopeful that I'll get pg as quick as poss. Please all, don't feel guilty. I'm sure I speak for Diddle, cp3 etc when I say we love to check up on you and check your progress. Yes it's shitty what happened but unfortunately one of those things.
Found out yesterday though, crappy as it is, that apparently, the consultants won't look into why I'm mc even though this is now no.4. Because I had a healthy pg in between (sort of means they scrap the first 3 and start again at this one). I'm hoping my gp will do though.
Think I'm jumping the gun here. Still continuing my folic acid and as soon as we have the go ahead, I'll be bding for Britain!
Thanks again all. You've been totally wonderful.

HellKat · 19/04/2005 07:46

Just had a thought. Has anyone heard from Busyalexsmummy? Have'nt heard from here in a long time.
Are you still out there and ok?

My morning has brightened up. My ds2 (aged 1 and 2weeks) has just had me in fits. I went into the kitchen and came back into the lounge (was gone less than 1 min) and found him in front of video cabinet, doors opened (we've got an elastic band around the handles so he can't open it). His fav Peppa Pig video in one hand and the other pushing the play button. He looked so innocent, trying to play his video. I was in stitches so put it on for him. He's a happy bunny now lol.

Diddle · 19/04/2005 08:04

hellkat have just checked when the last post from busyalexsmummy was and it was last Thursday. Hope she's ok. maybe she's having pc problems or is very very busy. lets hope thats all it is.

BEKsmum · 19/04/2005 08:26

Hellkat, lol at your ds, I think you're going to have trouble with him now he's on the move the next thing he'll be after is your pc so he can play cbeebies and then you'll never get to post!

Hope BusyAlexmum is ok her last post wasn't to good was it?

Good luck today Jenjam, let us know how you get on.

Thanks Rodeo, not sure what to call it either, I thought something along the lines of the November girls, or November Chatterers. I know that still links everyone to November but those who have m/c are unlikely to forget the date anyway are they. Let me know what you think ladies any suggestions gratefully received!

BEKsmum · 19/04/2005 08:26

Sorry menat to say hi Diddle, How are you doing?

HellKat · 19/04/2005 08:39

That is a fab idea. Lol what about November hens- Still gassing Only joking

HellKat · 19/04/2005 08:40

He's already a handful! Into mischeif and all sorts but would'nt have it any other way. God he really is a tonic atm. He keeps making smile.

BEKsmum · 19/04/2005 09:00

I like that one HK, that name gets my vote.

It is amazing what a tonic little ones are as they are oblivious to what is going on around them and just get up to the usual mischief. It's always the innocent look on there faces saying "what?!" that cracks me up.

I will always remember how my nephew behaved when my father in law died, I was 7 months pregnant with my ds at the time and my nephew was 6 and the questions he asked and the way he behaved often had me in stitches at what should have been a serious time, but all his questions were legitimate and only made out of curiosity but were also completely inappropriate, and generally made in a very loud and clear voice at the most inappropriate moments!

Then to top things off at the wake he went round selling the cakes and said that as grandad was an accountant he'd be prooud of him!!! A few months later he also later tried to sell my sons christening cake to the highest bidder as well as selling all the sweets I had provided for the kids, so I think we're going to have an entrepreneur on our hands when he grows up!

HellKat · 19/04/2005 09:35

Lol!

Diddle · 19/04/2005 10:13

hi beksmum, feeling very positive today, think its because the suns out. Although i do feel a bit achy and rough, finger crossed its my mate AF paying me a visit. I have never looked forward to a period so much in my life.

HellKat · 19/04/2005 11:05

never thought i'd say this to another but i hope it's your af too!

hamster · 19/04/2005 11:34
