Sorry x posts LB, sorry about not much give on the money front, hopefully the tax credits will ease it all a bit. 10th is no good for me I'm afraid, far too close to DS2's bday, and still a bit too early for my liking, I will be 38 weeks on the 20th, some time between then (skipping xmas day and boxing day) and the due date would be good, though having said that if the contractions carry on getting worse I might be willing him out by the 10th! Have barely had a break from them today, it really does bring all all my worry back about going into labour alone, I'd never tell the difference between these contractions and when they turn out to be 'real' ones, at the moment they are every 8-10 minutes, but they were every 3-5 minutes earlier, I sit looking at the phone thinking maybe I should ring someone, but then think no, they'll stop in a bit.... I can see I'll have had plenty of 'notice' when the time comes but I'll have ignored it completely

NatalieJaneIsPregnantAgain · 01/12/2008 16:05

Callyplylom or something, I tried to get it in H&B last week, they'd never heard of it.

kayzisexpecting · 01/12/2008 16:05

I was tempted by the evening primrose oil but not to keen on the having to stick capsules up there though.

Playingthe9monthwait · 01/12/2008 16:06

Well, I have plenty of time then, thanks for that! Am very tempted to go back to Rigby and Peller to get fitted as they are so lovely in there, always get the perfect fit and shape for you and not a tape measure in sight. Only downside is generally the cost. I hate actually being measured as it always comes up as the wrong size and doesnt fit properly. Plus finding ordinary bras is enough of a PITA as due to my shape I can only really wear plunge bras and most large sizes are balcony. Mind you maybe that won't be an issue with mat bras. Oh well, I've got time to worry about that later, give me something to do on mat leave.

LB - sorry that you've come back empty handed as it were.

NatalieJaneIsPregnantAgain · 01/12/2008 16:06

LMAO, it's better than a creme egg.... That's messy!

Playingthe9monthwait · 01/12/2008 16:07

Thanks Nat - sorry X-posts with quite a few of you then.

lardybump · 01/12/2008 16:07

omg do you have to put them up there I though you just swallowed them...... Good job you told me...

NatalieJaneIsPregnantAgain · 01/12/2008 16:09

LOL LB, yep, closer to the cervix the better. Even better with a follow up of DH's baby batter, and then some of yours.... am trying to think of nice ways of saying all of that!

lardybump · 01/12/2008 16:10

PMSL see I told you I had missed you all..... I havent heard baby batter for weeks now....

kayzisexpecting · 01/12/2008 16:11

LOL Nat.

It just sounds so wrong really.

glaskhamhasoneintheoven · 01/12/2008 16:11

lardybump · 01/12/2008 16:13

NatalieJaneIsPregnantAgain · 01/12/2008 16:15

It took me a while to remember what we used to call it, I knew we had a nice name for it!

It has to be his first, then yours though...

See you tomorrow LB, have a good evening

kayzisexpecting · 01/12/2008 16:19

Caulphyllum is what that other stuff is. I can't seem to find it to buy online though. Just plently of websites warning it can cause fast labours.

Night LB.

NatalieJaneIsPregnantAgain · 01/12/2008 16:21

Here you go

kayzisexpecting · 01/12/2008 16:24

Thanks, I might order some if he isn't here by the weekend.

I am a bit scared of taking it as it seems to work so fast.

NatalieJaneIsPregnantAgain · 01/12/2008 16:26

Just make sure you take it when you've got someone with you. If they don't agree to incude me I'll be taking it on a Friday night, so DH is here all weekend, in case it takes a while to work!

NatalieJaneIsPregnantAgain · 01/12/2008 16:26

Incude me? Not sure I like the sound of that! LOL

kayzisexpecting · 01/12/2008 16:37

I suppose I could do the same thing. Take it friday night and then DH is here all weekend.

NatalieJaneIsPregnantAgain · 01/12/2008 16:47

Right time for dinner, I'm starving, surprise surprise! Hope DH hurrys up tonight else I'll be pinching the boy's!

Have a godo night everyone xxx

NatalieJaneIsPregnantAgain · 01/12/2008 16:47

Blardy hell, I won't be pinching the boys, just their dinner! And good, not godo!

G'night xxx

sorkycake · 01/12/2008 16:55

LB you're back, Hurray!

lol at baby batter, what are you lot like?

Kay it sounds as if he's getting ready to appear in the next couple of days...wait it out, he's better off in there until he's ready to come himself

P&T arrived today have put it together and it looks fab!

Playing I get measured at M&S, they were great last time. I couldn't get away with nursing bra's though they drove me up the wall once I started feeding so I got camisoles with shelves in and release clips at the tops, so much more comfy for me I to admit.

I finally sorted all the clothes over the weekend with Dh. The last lot of 0-3 is in the wash, just the bedding to do and then everything is pretty much ready. Started packing my bag, but admittedly don't have much.

Night Nat,

I am hoping he will appear in the next few days. Will make everything a lot easier. Especially xmas as I will hopefully have BF sorted so I'm not struggling on xmas day at mums.

glaskhamhasoneintheoven · 01/12/2008 17:31

well i might not have sold anythign else today yet, but i've managed to get a few bits and bobs... bought a little bundle off ebay for £5, and have also got a few bits off a fellow MNer.....

also Kayz and Nat, read back over the weekend, and both of you say i call myself glask by texts... i didn't even realise i did!!

kayzisexpecting · 01/12/2008 17:41

Lol, I suppose it is just a force of habit Glask, you are so used to us calling you Glask.

I am feeling a bit sick still, but its not stopping me eating my pizza.
