cant sleep, hence why i am up at this ungodly hour!

in the last hour been getting lots of lower backache and period style pains in lower tummy,also feeling a bit sicky.
is easing off when upright tho!
maybe cos baby is back to back.....

if no more "pains" in next half hour am off to back to bed!

update....
have had bath, tightenings !!ctx?? coming every 7-10mins and lasting 30-40secs

bouncing on ball to try to keep them coming!
not sure whether to send DH to work or not....???

chocolategal definitely sound promising As for DH going to work - probably too late now but I guess it depends on how far he has to travel - any more than 30 minutes away, I would probably be telling him to stay at home. Good luck and keep us posted!

My last day of 'freedom' today and was lying awake in the middle of the night with a long list of things that must be done today - funny how having a baby focuses your mind eh??

Am feeling a bit twingey this morning but was the same last week after reflexology so not getting hopes up! (Who am I trying to kid?)

Ceebee your last day of freedom!!!! What are your plans? I took both DS's to the park for a long bike ride and fairycake and cuppa on my "LASTDAY". It was ace, great memory and the fresh air did me the world of good!!! Are you excited????

Dozy I am very excited to be meeting my new little man tomorrow but nervous at the same time iykwim.

The worst part is having to leave DS tbh - I have never spent a night away from him and I just know I am going to cry when I have to say goodbye tomorrow which isn't going to help him! I know it is pathetic but I hate the thought of not being here in the morning when he wakes up - is this normal??

Today - DS is at nursery so I may go and pick him up earlier to spend some time with him. Before that, I need to do some shopping, repack my hospital bag (it is too full so I need to 'prune'), and just generally chill

Have had a pinky discharge this morning and have been getting some monster tightenings this morning - so don't think I am going to be holding on for much longer but then I still have a week to go.... period pains have started to kick in aswell but then this all be a false alarm and this baby could be playing me for a fool!!!

I haven't posted anything on here for months but have read up on all the exciting news! Maby if I'd posted more I wouldn't be 5 day's overdue!as everyone seems to have there babies arrive early or at least on time on here! had a sweep yesterday and still nothing!Have an induction booked for next weds but am desparate to have this LO before then. HELP!

hello all, and congrats to those who have already popped!

I am still hanging on - my due date isn't til 28th (LMP) or 29th (ulstrasound date) but I have a feeling that baby has snuggled in for the duration and will stay there til December! (does that mean I have to join the december thread? ) If not I might just end up here posting away to myself!

Hi. Sorry, should have updated last night, but had people over till 10pm which is an hour past my bedtime!!! In the end, had to help dh out as both babies were crying and didn't get to bed till 11 .
