Hi, I'm also on the June thread but officially my due date would be 4th July 2009 so thought I'd better set up a thread for all these summer babies.

Got 3 BFP's yesterday although technically I am only 3+2 weeks. Would love to symptom spot with fellow early testers. Surely there must be more of us out there !! I can't be the first

Hi JLo2, great to see you over here. I've been with you on a couple of ttc threads before now so it's brilliant that we've finally all made it to a ante-natal thread. Yeah !

ttc - how did the docs go today ?

Hi guys...am also a graduate of the july thread and am tentative posting and lurking as like JLo2, had a previous m/c early (7wks) and don't yet feel comfortable about the whole thing yet... especially as last night had a bit of a bleed, not much, looked more like an implantation bleed only for the fact that I am now CD14 which is some time after implantation dip on CD9. Is this possible, should I be concerned?

Also hi JLo2 great to see a familiar name I hope all is going well for you.

ttcnumber3maybe · 24/10/2008 14:01

Hi guys - great to see you on the thread... recognise the names from watching the conception threads... Wishing you all the very best as having had previous MC must make you so much more nervous - crossing everything for you both! I had a docs app and been given a due date of 22 June (my cycles were a bit messed up and doc sure it won't be 2 July for me plus as this is my 3rd - !! still can't believe it! - likelihood I'll be early anyway)... will keep looking in every now and then and best of luck xxx

funkybumps · 24/10/2008 17:56

hi waiting, if the bleeding has stopped now, I wouldn't think it's anything to worry about too much. Spotted twice during my last pregnancy, one at 7 weeks and again at 24 weeks and both times got scanned and baby was fine. You could phone your midwife though if you're concerned xx

Waiting2Exhale · 24/10/2008 18:45

Thanks Funkybumps...it has stopped and did call the surgery earlier today. The general advice appears to be just wait and see but they did book me in to see a midwife at 8wks which seems ages away... .

Still hopefull and thanks again...

funkybumps · 24/10/2008 18:52

I'm glad the bleeding has stopped, waiting. I must admit I am so paranoid this time and it's really getting me down. I want to enjoy it but every twinge is worrying me !! Can't wait to see midwife on Thursday now just for a bit of reassurance and also the correct dates. Feel further on than what I actually am tbh and seeing as I got a positive so early am beginning to wonder

Dear all
I did sign up for the June 'thread'? (bit new to it all) but my due date is 23/06 and as this is my first Im sure I'll be late. I'm totally baffled as to whether I should be feeling sick or not (im not), or how many tests I should take (ive had 1) or whether I should be making appointments with midwives (I have n't)....oh dear!
But hello!

JLo2 · 25/10/2008 14:52

Hi susan mary

Relax

The only appointment you need to make is with your doctor, after that you will be told where to go when!

Don't be sure about being late, it's a myth that all first ones are.

funkybumps · 25/10/2008 15:47

hi susanmary and welcome

I agree with JLo2. Just make an appointment with your doc or midwife, whichever is standard practise for your area but the receptionist will tell you which one you need to see.

Had absolutely no symptoms when pregnant with first. Boobs didn't go sore and was only sick twice in the entire pregnancy so don't worry about lack of symptoms. This time things are slightly different as boobs are v. sore and bigger already ( yeah ! ) and I am feeling quite queasy most of the tme but not enough yet to be feeling ill with it.

Waiting, are you ok today ? Hope you haven't had any more bleeding x

Waiting2Exhale · 27/10/2008 13:18

Hi Funkybumps, thanks for asking. Am feeling fine today and more confident as the days go by. No more bleeding so am thinking maybe it was an implantation bleed. Currently 18DPO now and only a few symptoms . Not sure if thats good or bad but feeling good about the whole thing . Hows it all going for you?

susanmary welcome....I know what you mean about not knowing what to do next. This is my 2nd and I am still baffled . Best of luck.

daisychain23 · 27/10/2008 18:23

Hi, I got my BFP last tuesday and am due on 3rd July, with our 2nd baby. We currently have a 2.5yr old little girl.

Despite only being 4+3 I am really tired and the morning sickness is starting to kick in.

ChukkyPig · 27/10/2008 21:51

Hi all

Can I join? I got a BFP an hour ago! Gave up trying 3/4 months ago but bingo!

Reckon due date is 4 July 09 - bizarrely DD was due on 4 July 07 - so it's all a bit spooky!

Can't really remember much about the pregnancy lark except I felt knackered for the first 3 months - and the indigestion has started already!

Cograts to all of you as well!!!

disneystar · 28/10/2008 11:17

sweetkitty · 28/10/2008 12:11

Another July 08 mum popping to to say hello and congratulations to you all, I got my BFP Halloween last year, she's now 3 months old, the time goes far to quick.

Here's to happy and healthy pregnancies for you all xxx

funkybumps · 28/10/2008 13:02

hi girls. welcome to the new gals and thanks for the well wishes from last years gang x

I'm great thanks for asking waiting. You will not believe this but I swear I have a little pouch appearing already !! Even my sister in law spotted it yesterday so know it's not in my head. Mind you, with my DD I started to show very quickly aswell but didn't think it was quite this early

Haven't got any real strong symptoms to report yet. Feeling sick around 11.30 each day but fades after eating. It's mainly when I climb into bed that I start to feel really sick at night. Other than that, I seem to have more energy than usual so very confusing. Oh and mustn't forget the v. sore boobs !

Hello
Ive been directed over here by a lovely lady ...
I have had 2 faint pos and I and offically late as of... now!
ttcno3 - you and I will be in the same boat as I have a 4 yr DD (July also) and yr DS (August)
I think I will be due around 8th July
I am fairly convinced I am pregnant again as I feed dreadfull but will be testing again tomorrow just to convince myself!

Waiting2Exhale · 28/10/2008 18:43

Hi ladies....HELP.... the bleeding has started again only a little but now really concerned that I might be losing another baby. Has anyone else had spotting/light bleed on and off up to the 12wk scan...all experiences welcomed.... ....

QueenFee · 28/10/2008 18:49

Waiting2exhale- my sister had bleeding all through her pregancies caused by an ectropian (sp?) which is where some of the lining of the womb is outside the cervix. I cant remember at how many weeks it started but she had it every few days. She now has 3 healthy DCs.
Hope you are not losing the baby.

Waiting2Exhale · 28/10/2008 19:44

Thanks for that QueenFee really needing the support at the mo....trying to laugh at myself and the situation as I have been nicker checking every 5mins to see if there is anymore since I first spotted it about 30mins ago.....

Am sooooooooo hoping we don't have to start all over again...and sooooo want my DC, 1 and only, to have a companion before the gap because too big. Currently if we have this baby it will already be a 3yr gap between them ....oh well....feel soooo helpless. DH has been hovering around which is making me feel anxious but totally understand how he feels as he too feels hopeless and wants to know what he can do....

Thanks again for the reply...will try to stay positive and pray no more bleed comes.

funkybumps · 28/10/2008 19:58

hi waiting, I bled in my first pregnancy. I may have mentioned it before but if not I'll say again, The first time was at 7 weeks and then again further into the pregnancy aswell. Really scared me but was told by midwife that it's really common and loads of people bleed around the time mestruation is due and when the baby is really implanting itself into the uterus. I know what you're going through at the moment and I know it's not easy but try and stay positive because I'm certain little baby is fine xx

woollyjo · 28/10/2008 21:19

Hi ladies

Coming over from July TTC, got a BFP Sunday morning (along with a horrendous stomach bug which I will mention no more) so just coming round to the idea that I am pg for the 3rd time this year (2mcs) hoping this is a sticky one!

Rang the Drs for a booking in apt and early scan and was given an apt for next week! they decided that given my history they want to see me early (its usually 8 weeks in this part of the woods).

Hoping all will go well and come the 1st July dd will have a sibling

Saz78 · 29/10/2008 13:44

Hi everyone, congratulations...can i join up too? Got my BFP on monday, well, two actually and then another one today just to be certain! So i guess that would make me due, all being well, mid July. Im having some very odd sensations in my belly, it feels very heavy and a little twingey and crampy - this will be my first baby so im hoping thats all normal. Booked in for the doc's next thursday. Also very emotional - permanently on the verge of tears! And anyone else had some odd dreams?

Saz xx
