Awwww Scamp - they're so GORGEOUS aren't they!? My DD is at nursery today but she does the same when I put her to bed. Sometimes she'll go quiet for half an hour or more then suddenly from nowhere she sings out! I just wonder what's going through her head all that time.

On a not so positive note, she sometimes gets out of bed for a rummage. Last week we found her sleeping with some nappy's (used ... eek!!) she'd dug out of the nappy bin! Fortunately they were in nappy sacks but still .

i had a MW appt today at 10-45am, Millies HB was very high, so i had to go to other clinic for CTG monitoring for about 45 mins. then i had a sweep, her heart was ok. Sweep was fine. She said cervix not favourable yet, but is soft, sweep v easy to do.

Induce a week today.

Have ventured out today with DD to Odeon Newbies screening (i.e. special screening for mothers with babies under a year) of Leatherheads in Wimbledon. Never had the nerve to try one of these with DS as he was a screamer, but DD is much more laid back. All went very well apart from the poo explosion... .

I thought VS did know she was pregnant with her DD, just didn't expect to have her IYSWIM -- went under GA for an exploratory procedure and came round to find that she'd had a c-section. Unless I got the wrong end of the stick, which is entirely possible and not at all unprecedented...

PAL, I used to go to baby cinema at the Ritzy, was great but a few of my friends found it too loud. Can't do it anymore as DD out of nursery on Fridays and she's Too Big!

Scorpio, sorry to hear about Millie's HB, hope you weren't too worried.

DD still asleep! She was singing at 2.15 so I guess she went to sleep after that and usually her sleep is 1.5-2 hours - we will have to go down to the high st to buy tea when she wakes up, didn't do any walking yesterday so might help to get things moving.

i was very worried about her HB, i nearly cried in town , i had a spare hour until i could be screened again. I rang DH and he came home from work he was worried too. its ok now though, just still doing the waiting game.

Have discovered I can do the Electric Cinema in Notting Hill on Mondays, Putney Odeon on Tuesdays, Wimbledon Odeon on Wednesdays and Clapham Picturehouse on Thursdays... not that I'll necessarily be doing quite that much cinema-going

Nonononono, I wasn't implying that that (i.e. what you said) was random... just rather tickled by the idea of us all dissecting what VS said when really what we all want is for her to come on the thread herself with a full birth story and preferably post some pictures. And there wasn't much more to be said on the true stuff after your excellent summary so I was just resorting to making stuff up. Not offended and not trying to offend you. Oh dear.
