Are your children’s vaccines up to date?
ThePFJ · 27/03/2008 16:40

Am completely bored now.
I could go watch the laundry cycle I suppose.

o.O

-twiddles thumbs and pokes at her bump-

ThePFJ · 27/03/2008 16:46

or kill the thread!!!

-hides-

EllieG · 27/03/2008 16:47

Ooo didn't know that, am off to take some more!

Am a lethal combination of bored but lazy today. Hence, MN. My flat is sparkely clean for a thurs, don't think it has EVER been this neat on a weekday, and the washing is done and hung up to dry. Now I could go and make a lovely home cooked meal for my man to come home to, but I can't be arsed, so have got some left-over curry out of the freezer for him and other leftovers for the little 'un. I like to think by doing this I am helping the world by not wasting food, but really is just cos am bone idle today.

47 MEALS!!! I just remembered that someone further down (I think elfsmummy) has made 47 meals for her freezer! [Keels over at very idea of being so busy and organised]

EllieG · 27/03/2008 16:47

No, I think I've done that. Oops.

ThePFJ · 27/03/2008 16:49

I wish I were that organised. I can SEE me doing that in my mindseye... but somehow...
Oh! Look how comfy this seat is!!
I better investigate.
hmmm.

ThePFJ · 27/03/2008 16:50

-flicks m&m's at Ellie-

VictorianSqualor · 27/03/2008 16:54

The May thread has had their first baby

EllieG · 27/03/2008 16:54

-Ellie catches them expertly in her mouth and wonders how many calories virtual m&m's have-

EllieG · 27/03/2008 16:55

Oh bloody hell that just isn't fair. Don't they realise there's a queue?

bunnyrabbit · 27/03/2008 16:56

Ooohh VS.. are you trying to jump the queue!!! Know what you mean though. Take it easy.

I need your help ladies... DS has been up and down as he has this virus but I promised him if he was a good boy he could watch any DVD he liked, and bless him he's been gorgeous. So he chose Shrek the third. HELP. Have folded all washing emptied dishwasher and dinner (plus extra for freezing) is on. so have no choice but to sit with him... AND I HATE THIS FILM!!

bunnyrabbit · 27/03/2008 16:58

May!! How dare they!! Is there no sense of propriety? A sense of the natural order of things???

Oh and virtual M&Ms are negative calories. You can eat one real life M7M for each virtual one and the calories will be cancelled out.

BR

ThePFJ · 27/03/2008 17:02

ooo like celery!

ThePFJ · 27/03/2008 17:03

Wow.. congrats to the May thread lady.. but there is a queue and I am behind VS and Peachy!! Probably.

EllieG · 27/03/2008 17:03

Ha! I had to watch 2 nights of the Colour of Magic at the weekend cos had promised DSD would watch it with her and didn't realise it went on for 2 nights. Was soooooo boring too. She loved it mind, though asked questions all the way through - 'Why's he doing that? What's that? What did he say?' We may as well have just sat down and chatted for 2 hours

Also BR - broken biscuits have no calories, cos they all fall out when they break.

bunnyrabbit · 27/03/2008 17:04

Noooo come on I've been engaged for 6 bloody weeks!!If I get any more engaged LO will be eating breakfast with me!!

VictorianSqualor · 27/03/2008 17:04

Ellie, me too.
I didn't realise it was going to be four hours long split into two days!

ThePFJ · 27/03/2008 17:05

LOL. Pass the broken biscuits here then!!

bunnyrabbit · 27/03/2008 17:05

Ooooh so if I drop and easter egg on the floor do all the calories fall out?

ThePFJ · 27/03/2008 17:06

bunnyrabbit if you were anymore engaged you could pass the salt!

Breakfast? Engaged!? Nevermind. :P

EllieG · 27/03/2008 17:10

Yes. And also, I have another excellent fact, not widely known among dietitians, but light food in fact makes you light.
For example - chocolate moose - light. Therefore you will remain light after eating.

My chocolate-is-a-vegetable- theory is well known -
chocolate - made from cocoa beans (vegetable) sugar (from sugar beet or cane - vegetable) milk (from cows, what do they eat? grass - vegetable)

Also I think thin food must make you thin. Have not investigated this one properly yet though.

bunnyrabbit · 27/03/2008 17:12

Did you also know that eating yoghurt with anything nullifies calories and make it healthy?

EllieG · 27/03/2008 17:15

That's one I didn't know!

-Ellie wanders off to get a fistfull of choc and a yoghurt-

Family will be home soon. Better get off MN and go look productive and stepford wife-ish.

bunnyrabbit · 27/03/2008 17:16

Oh no Ellie don't go.. this film is shite! The first one was really good... help

bunnyrabbit · 27/03/2008 17:21

Oh no it's got to the americany moral bit at the end..I think I'm gonna be sick!

ThePFJ · 27/03/2008 17:21

Don't they have baby shreks or something in Shrek the third?
