scorpio - I really hope all goes ok with your nan. I'm the same in the mornings, I give mine a big poke and say morning then fall asleep for 5 mins while dp makes a cuppa and then he kisses bump too and we usually get a kick back for waking it! Feels nice to know that I havent completely squished it . LOL at the freeview box thingy!! I did the same when the hoover wouldnt work and was screaming at it. DP kindly pointed out that it wasnt plugged in and continued to roll around in histerics. I accidently then hit him where it hurts

Mollyfloss · 14/03/2008 09:44

Well it least it's the free online poker, that's something. Think my DH doesn't do that one unfortunately

I'm in for a real treat later this morning - a pregnancy massage! I can't wait to have all my achy bits rubbed

VictorianSqualor · 14/03/2008 09:51

Morning sickness, pah.
Mine seems to have come back as of late, just it's never been 'morning' sickness.
And Scorpio at the 5/7 nights sleep!

scorpio1 · 14/03/2008 09:52

don't worry VS, i reckon Millie is going to be up all night long when she is here so i will get my comeuppance then!

bunnyrabbit · 14/03/2008 09:54

Ooooh pregnancy massage? Didn't know you could get those... will now look this up on t'internet.

I think Ellie's last day is next Thursday, same as me, so today the last Friday we'll have to work.

Congrats to all of you finishing today.

And to you ahd you nan Scorpio....

Br

EllieG · 14/03/2008 09:56

Phoar PFJ you is a stunna

VictorianSqualor · 14/03/2008 09:58

Ah pregnancy massage, I forgot about that too.
DP has to do the advertising for the local golf club that has reflexologists etc and do a pregnancy package.

scorpio1 · 14/03/2008 09:59

i want a pg massage but can't find anywhere near that does it

Carey87 · 14/03/2008 10:19

ok Im averaging about 3 braxton hicks an hour, is this normal? they dont hurt, my stomach just goes rock solid and sets in really weird shapes

bunnyrabbit · 14/03/2008 10:20

LOL Carey.. normal as long as they're not getting closer together, more intense/painful and lasting longer.....

I know what you mean about strange shapes. Someon from work noticed my bug moving yesterday and I think it freaked him out!!

Carey87 · 14/03/2008 10:21

ha ha BR!!!

my belly button poked out suddenly when I was in a meeting! A few faces turned green!

bunnyrabbit · 14/03/2008 10:26

ROFL.. that's soooo cool!! Mine is still an inny but looks like it's under a lot of tension!!

Did anyone say anything??

Carey87 · 14/03/2008 10:28

i got asked if I would like to sit back down again, i said no its fine thank you, and tried not to wet myslef laughing

bunnyrabbit · 14/03/2008 10:29

Did you not have an urge to fake labout and start heavy breathing? LOL

bunnyrabbit · 14/03/2008 10:29

labour

Carey87 · 14/03/2008 10:30

i scared a few people last week when I banged my knee on my desk and was howling in pain, someone got the first aider and everything!! My best friend at work was in histerics!!!

Mollyfloss · 14/03/2008 10:31

BR: how can you still have an inny belly button? I had a lovely inny one before pg but it's been a complete outey for months now! I hope it goes back to inny mode after pg...

Carey87 · 14/03/2008 10:32

mine does pop in and out again when it feeld like it, I think it depends where baby is lying?!?!

Mollyfloss · 14/03/2008 10:33

Everytime I call my Mum or DH now, their voice sounds worried and the first thing they say 'is everything ok'?

Also, when out walking about people tend to walk around me precariously and I can just about get anyone to pick up things for me etc. One of the few perks of pg...

Mollyfloss · 14/03/2008 10:34

Mine is just completely out all the time and it's pretty ugly actually, a bit discoloured... not nice...

Mollyfloss · 14/03/2008 10:36

Right I'm off out to my massage, talk to you all later

bunnyrabbit · 14/03/2008 10:38

Oooh jealous of Molly.

Mine stayed an inny last time too.. I think it depends on how your umbilical cord was tied when you were born. My Sister has just had a DS and her's stayed in too...

sagitta · 14/03/2008 10:43

Hello. Very about those finishing work today. And, yet again, very teary - but not angry like Scampmum (lol) DD was howling when I left her at nursery - which is really unlike her.
And DH goes to Australia tomorrow early morning for two and a half weeks.

I really hope LO stays put - I will have no family in the UK when I'm 35/36 weeks.

sagitta · 14/03/2008 10:44

apart from DD (lol)

EllieG · 14/03/2008 10:53

(((hugs))) to sagitta. And tissues and tea.

I have an inny. Don't have any stretch marks, which I was chuffed about until DP said this morning that was probably cos I had a bit more elasticity there anyway, unlike a friend who is PG due same time and generally teeny weeny. Nearly hit him.
