Might be a silly question, but is food cooked in white wine sauce okay to eat? I just realised that I ate something that was cooked in white wine sauce. I very, very rarely drink alcohol, even before pregnancy.

@PinkPink1 The cooking process removes the alcohol so will be fine. Even so it's in that small a quantity that it wouldn't do any harm anyway x

In my first pregnancy with my daughter, I had a wild night out 😂 I never really drink but I did that night. Had no clue I was pregnant at the time, drank so much I threw up, and my pregnancy was fine/daughter is fine. Obviously I'm not suggesting drinking during pregnancy is fine but a tiny bit is fine. I had a red wine gravy with my Christmas dinner xD

Anyone pregnant with baby no2 and feeling flutters? I have a popping sensation in my tummy and I’m certain it’s the start of feeling things! I’m 16w on Saturday

@Abbi95 how exciting for your scan. I’ve been trying to convince my husband to rearrange mine to this weekend but he’s happy to stick with next weekend like planned, boo!

I’ve woken up with light pink
bleeding and cramping on my right side, at 14 weeks- I thought we’d be past this stress now!! Waiting on call back from EPU 😞

@bubble55 I've gone for one at 16+1.. I know it's a slightly higher risk but they offer a free rescan if they can't see and I'd rather know as early as possible if I'm going to pay to find out!

We didn’t rearrange afterall so won’t find out the sex until next week! Baby is sooo wriggly on a night, I’m only 16w but even my husband could feel movement last night when he felt my tummy! I think I was definitely 21+ weeks last time with my first when this happened!

That’s lovely @bubble55 and amazing hubby can feel it too so soon! I felt my first quite early, around 15w but was light flutters. Hoping to maybe feel this one soon 🤞

We won’t find out the sex but any one who doesn’t want to wait you can follow the nub theory on fb and pay £13 on early glimpse website from 12 weeks and get your results in 2 hours in most cases they come back 98% positive of the result xx

@bubble55 I thought girl because of how similar it’s been to my first! Over the moon to have a boy though
@Butterfliesandroses I’m only 16 weeks today got some great 4d photos too!! Recommend baby bond if anyone has one near such a lovey and experience

Now to find some boy names as we only had girls!

So exciting! We’ve got both a girls name and a boys name which we are totally set on. Making me even more excited for my scan next weekend now!

I have my 16w midwife appointment tomorrow. Totally forgotten what happens at the midwife appointments, guessing it’ll be a quick in and out though!
