MY BABY HAS A HEARTBEAT!!!!!!!

We are so excited because the ones I lost never did. He said this one looks real good.

ha ha! Well I did test with an early test yesterday and it was positive. I was a bit shocked but we were planning a 4th and last anyway just not quite so soon

I did another test today as the line was quite faint yesterday but I used a different test that isn't an early one but it was neg

So now I don't know what's going on???

Am I or not. TBH I'll be soooo upset if I'm not.

Sorry I messed up the first time. Ickelgem, I bought 3 HPTs. The first one was so faint I thought it was an evap line, the second was negative and the third was super faint!
I went for a blood test yesterday. I do not trust HPTs anymore.

Paula, the first time I saw (heard) my DD's heartbeat I cried like a baby on the doc's table. I just wouldn't stop weeping. Such a strong experience.

OUTINTHESTICKSMUMMY - where do you stay in the sticks? Many congrats on twins. How exciting.

Might be 2 for us too - sets on both sides of the family so we'll see. I have been getting symptoms much more quickly with this pg - usually don't feel too sick until 6 weeks but started already. Keep waking at 3am and cannot get back to sleep, restless legs. I feel as though my tum has grown very quickly this time too - I am not even 6 weeks yet but have to wear my fat jeans. Not sure if it is becasue I have 1 child already so body has practised . i did my test on the Thursday - wasn't sue Af until Sunday ( I think as I had a very early m/c last month) but line came up in seconds and was very bold. I am praying all goes well - God it is so scary isn't it? We whinge when we don't feel well and are scared when we feel good - I do anyway!

I know that one, I didn't get much sleep last night. Just thinking about exactly what I've let myself in for if I am and just desperste to know for sure! Does anyone here have any kiddies with only a 1yr age gap??

Evening all. I am exactly the same as you Santassuit - one DD already and symptoms enhaced and MUCH earlier this time - last time at 15 weeks ish and this time from 5 weeks. Tummy still the same size for the moment but everything else...my mum is a twin (fraternal) and DH's dad was a twin (identical). I have to say that I would love to have twins. It would be SO chaotic and mad and stressful but we definitely want to have 3!

OITSM - great news really hope you do see 2 heartbeats next scan, great news, a close friend only produced two eggs, they got put back and are now strapping 2 1/2 year old girls.

pigleychez - hello good to "hear" from you, another TTC waiting room graduate

icklegem - I have an 18 month age gap and I love it, I think Minnie has close age gaps too, I would like to have had another close age gap but periods didn't return until DD2 was 11 months then I had a mc but if this one sticks DD1 will be just 4 and DD2 2 1/2 which is fine. It will be lovely a year apart at school and they will be really close.
