Can't believe it. Just got my BFP today and by my reckoning baby should be due 1st July.
Is there anyone else out there?

mrsclairet that is awful poor you I am quite prone to such infections and the best you can do is make sure you empty your bladder properly everytime.

MINNIE1 · 13/11/2007 10:39

mrsclairet
you poor thing, the sickness is more then likly to be down to being PG, Some women get it really bad. Hope you start to fell better soon. ALl i can say is take it as it comes..

Mummywannabe · 13/11/2007 10:51

Morning all. think tummy bug has gone but very nauseaous today, but felt like that before bug, just lots of retching. How do i know when the bug has gone and its 'just' morning sickness? work in a nursery so don't wanna return and spread it around if i still have it! Congrats minnie1 and peggy p, sorry you feel so bad mrs clairet, i'm feeling pretty miserable today and also feeling bad about being off work, not told my boss yet but going to on my return.

MINNIE1 · 13/11/2007 10:52

paulaplumpbottom · 13/11/2007 12:44

Olderbutnotwiser · 13/11/2007 13:01

Sfxmum - sorry you are not the oldest, i will be 41 on thursday ( and feeling it the past few days ) At least last time i was reg my little boy used to have a sleep after lunch and i could rest but he does not any more so apart from the 2 days a week he is at nursery its gonna be pretty tiring

MINNIE1 · 13/11/2007 13:21

sfxmum
2.5 lovely age, really getting intoo talking. Always remember you are as young as you feel my dear.

paulaplumpbottom,
The joys of feeling sick, hope it clears off soon..

Olderbutnotwiser,
How old is your little one?

Olderbutnotwiser · 13/11/2007 13:25

Minnie1 - my youngest boy was 3 in Augus and my youngest daughter is 15 months ( 13 months adjusted ) so they will be almost 2 and 4 when this one comes along if it is on time and not another premmie

sfxmum · 13/11/2007 13:31

actually I love my age deffo my 30's the best so far it is very much the age of 'I do it my way and I don't care what you think'
kinda like feckless youth but with more experience

dd has been talking since she was 1, before she could walk, absolute chatterbox told dh 'no need to panic daddy' just last week

olderBNW- 3 under 5's much respect, and btw no one feels 100 on those first few weeks I find

Mummywannabe · 13/11/2007 13:32

paula- sorry you feel rubbish i felt so bad earlier but sipped on a little fizzy, and just had a jacket potato as suddenly fancied one and feeling bit better - although as i've learnt its not for long! Definately over bug now so back to work tomorrow, gotta tell my boss but by all accounts he is not in a good mind so will see! might chicken out! wish me luck

paulaplumpbottom · 13/11/2007 13:49

Sounds like we had the same bug. I hadn't had one that bad in years

Mummywannabe · 13/11/2007 13:51

I actually have never had a tummy bug in my life until sat so was a huge shock, never knew i could be that ill! Still DH has looked after me really well so can't complain!

sweetkitty · 13/11/2007 14:35

hello all, I feel a relative spring chicken having my third baby at 32 (almost 33 but the time they are born) I will have 3 under 5 as well, DD1 will be 4 DD2 2 1/2,

Minnie - I think small age gaps are great I actually do wish I had had mine closer together now, hard work at the time especially with a baby but it's lovely for them all to grow up together.

Mummywannabee - glad you are feeling a bit better, sounds a v nasty bug

The list is really growing and we are only about half way through the month yet i.e. we will have a few more due the end of July.

mcchesers · 13/11/2007 16:39

Hi there..umm sorry to be a downer but..

I'm just back from the GP and well since I think I have some kind of urinary infection..they found a tiny trace of blood in my urine and I'm off to EPU tomorrow to get checked out..just started cramping and have little bit of brown goo (sorry TMI) as well so fairly worried..so keep fingers crossed. I'll let you know what I get tomorrow. Hope I can sleep!

Mummywannabe · 13/11/2007 16:43

Mcchesers - have no advice or words of wisdom to offer but just wanted to say thinking of you.

meglet · 13/11/2007 19:43

hi all, I'm definately off the list now. After all the bleeding this weekend I did a test today and got a bfn. I'd expected it and did all my sobbing at the weekend so I'm going to take a slow walk back over to the ttc thread in time for the new year - will wait one cycle before we try again. Big love and luck to all of you over the next few months.

You have lots of happy moments ahead! Good luck and let us know. even if your due date will be a bit later it would be lovely to hear from you. Thank you for the update xxx

Who complained about not feeling nauseous yesterday??? I had a crap day... absolutely exhausted, nauseous and so bloated! I am not complaining, it just so funny that yesterday my concerns was not feeling any of those symptoms...
mccheser - will be thinking of you tomorrow, good luck with your EPU!
Sweetkitty and Minnie1 - don't go to far, I will most probably need you for advice on bringing up 2 babies close in age.
Minnie1 - now I only have 3 words: You are brave!!
