April 2021 babies

Anyone else find out there due in April 2021. Just found out yesterday that's I'm pregnant with our first baby, we only started trying about 6/7weeks ago so this has been the best news ever. Would love to have some other mummies that are due around that same time to experience this with.

While I'm waking every morning I think "calimommy why did you drink so much last night?" And then I remembered of course I didn't drink last night this is just how I feel 24/7 now 😂😭

Hahahaha I wake up feeling hungover and think jesus what did I do last night !? Haha nothing, had a camomile and went to bed. Reassures me that I'm not the only one feeling rubbish this early! Usually I'd welcome a day or two off food for weight loss but that's not even going to happen now haha hope you feel better soon xxxx

Hi, can I join? EDD around late March, beginning of April. 3rd pregnancy. I am 5,5 and so far occasional v. mild nausea, I also don’t feel very tired ( though that might be because with two under 5 and a full time job super tired is my new normal). My nausea was much worse with second than with first, so I was expecting this to be worse still. Am a bit worried that this might not be a good sign.

@Tiff94 I'm sorry it's started so early for you :( hopefully it'll sod off early too!

@Verybookish I was very sick with my last pregnancy, which I thought was a great sign and then I lost it. In fact even after baby's heart had stopped beating I was sick right up until after my D&C. Nausea is only a sign you have a healthy placenta, apparently! I'm generally not too sick though.

@BirthdayKake I'm hoping it finishes early too

@Verybookish welcome are both previous children girls or boys ? My mum keeps telling me she was only sick when she had boys and she was fine with the girls so this could be why too.

@calimommy I didn't know about the nausea and placenta. I read that nausea is normally a strong sign so thank you for sharing glad to know now. Xx

I haven't had much nausea yet. Would kind of like some just to reassure me 🤪 I didn't have sickness with my recent MMC but then I didn't have it until much later with my daughter either and never particularly bad so hopefully that's ok... I am quite tired and fell asleep at 7pm doing daughter's bedtime yesterday!

@ellenpartridge I'm about to fall asleep pu now I can barley keep my eyes open I think I need to start taking naps because the lack of sleep is starting to get to me too

Congratulations ladies! I'm so happy for all of you. I'm still too early to get tested (due date would be 19/04) but had Implantation bleeding today, so my BFP is pending. I ordered an early test and hope to get the result on Wednesday, if not I'll try again Friday. Fingers crossed! X

Hi all can I join? Got my BFP yesterday, my EDD will be about 11th April. So I'm only just 4 weeks, feeling a bit apprehensive as it all happened very quickly so came as a bit of a surprise, albeit a welcome one! I didn't get sickness at all in my first pregnancy so hoping for a repeat performance as sickness and a toddler sounds hellish! It is unnerving though as I meant I didn't really feel pregnant. I had a private scan at 8w last time and I'll do the same again if all looks good for the next 4weeks.

@Sals27 welcome to the group. I've got a private scan booked next week at 6.4 for me. Hope you don't get much morning sickness I e had it so far and it's not fun

Oh thats exciting! I really liked my early scan. I mean you couldn't see much more than a blob but I did see a heartbeat at 8w and with me having no symptoms aside from the missed period, it really helped make it seem real to me.

I'd book it now but i'm a bit more cautious than last time so I'll leave it another week or so before booking in!

@Sals27 yeah I read online you don't see much maybe we will hear the heart beat if it's not too early. I just want to do it for reassurance. I've had plenty symptoms these last two weeks so I hoping everything is going well so far will find out next Thursday anyway. Did you get the internal scan done or just abdominal? I'm getting both but results apparently are about week or more difference though.

@Tiff94 you can remove me, my period came 6 days early, spotting from 8 days. Enjoy your journey mamas, it may be me next month xxx

Morning all can I join? Found out last week, since then had some one sided cramping and brown spotting so I’ve been checked out. HCG went from 252 to 636 in 48 hours so I’m very relieved!

First baby, third pregnancy (other 2 miscarried before 8 weeks) so as you can imagine I’m super anxious.

Due to previous miscarriages I have a scan on Saturday morning and another one on the 19th August just to make sure everything is as it should be.

My mum, dad, MiL and sister all know because I learned with previous losses they are a really important part of my support squad and when I started bleeding I was so convinced it was all over.

Currently my due date is predicted as 8th April :)

Hi all just got a faint bfp!! Very exciting, not sue by period till Sunday so its very early days and I'm super nervous as I had a miscarriage in March so trying to not get my hopes up too much. I have an almost 3 year old (3 this sunday) so can't qait to expand our family

@Teapotdespot I've literally been doing that myself I've got a whole list already and start buying a couples things don't want to go overboard just yet but then every time I see something for baby I'm like I need haha

@Tiff94 I just don’t know where to start. Think I’m going to avoid it completely until like the last couple of months
