I've searched for due date thread and couldn't find one so thought I would start a new one!

I'm 4+6 and due at the very beginning of September. I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old so my hands are going to be very full lol!

@ShiningStarz great news about your blood results and that no bleeding has developed. Brown is old blood I was told and just the body clearing it away eventually. Hopefully you don't have it again tho

Maybebaby2 · 17/01/2020 20:27

@Sunshinexx95@TtcanotherG Ioving the scan pics, how amazing are they!

@ShiningStarz fab about your blood results, have they helped you relaxed a little bit?

@NameChange30 what is that site you mention?

Hello and congratulations to @TheWanderlust and @2020babyw Smile

ShiningStarz · 17/01/2020 20:30

Thanks guys. I’m having period like cramps on/off tonight! I know I’ll have a crap nights sleep worrying 😩
I always thought pregnancy would be a walk in the park once you get that bfp!! How naive was I 🤣🤣

ShiningStarz · 17/01/2020 20:31

I’m hoping it’s little one burrowing in further!! 🤞

NameChange30 · 17/01/2020 20:57

@Maybebaby2
It's this one: datayze.com/miscarriage-chart.php
You put in your age and previous births and/or miscarriages, so the stats are adjusted for that (you can also put height and weight but I didn't bother, I am overweight so I suspected it would make my risk higher statistically Grin)

Best of luck Shining, FWIW I had loads of cramps in early pregnancy with DS and I've had lots so far in this pregnancy too.

NameChange30 · 17/01/2020 20:58

PS I think it was ChipsAreLife who first mentioned the site (thank you!)

Maybebaby2 · 17/01/2020 21:10

@NameChange30 thanks I found it, I'm on 23.8% not amazing but could be worse Smile

NameChange30 · 17/01/2020 22:13

Maybebaby I like the fact that they tell you the positive odds too, 76.2% 👍 Plus it's satisfying to see the figures adjust each day.

Roxy8203 · 17/01/2020 22:43

@Bellinibutterfly how are you doing?

JMill13 · 17/01/2020 23:08

Anyone else have/ever had serious fuzzy brain/forgetfulness? Like, is this a pregnancy thing or I'm actually losing my mind now I'm 30 thing?

I keep forgetting certain words, or movie names, or answering the phone wrong in work and tonight I left the fridge open and the hob on after dinner. It's actually a bit scary now.

NameChange30 · 17/01/2020 23:13

Yeah it's a thing.

ezridelmastro · 18/01/2020 06:35

Hi everyone and congratulations to all! I am 7+5 I think, positive test on Christmas Eve and had my first midwife appointment on Thursday. Waiting for a 12 week scan date at the moment. This is my second pregnancy, I have a 5 year old daughter who will have not long turned 6 when this one comes (all being well). All feels slightly surreal and I'm a bit nervous, but excited too!

I saw something about a Facebook group - can anyone tell me how to join? I was in one with my first and it was a great help in pregnancy and newborn days, would love to do it again!

ShiningStarz · 18/01/2020 07:17

Thanks @NameChange30 the cramps were strong yesterday for a while but settled and I’m ok now. It was the teeny brown bit when wiping that had me worried, thankfully no more since yest afternoon 🤞

Morning everyone else!! Happy Saturday!!
I’m 6 weeks today!! Can’t believe I made it this far, please little peanut keep holding on ❤️

Roxy8203 · 18/01/2020 07:50

@ezridelmastro congratulations. To join the facebook you need to private message @Bellinibutterfly with your Facebook details

Sunshinexx95 · 18/01/2020 07:52

@ShiningStarz Hi
I had cramps too but as soon as I started taking antibiotics for my uti that I didnt even notice. The cramps disappeared and I am feeling much better today. I didn't feel I had uti. And I never get uti but apparently pregnant women are more susceptible to uti ConfusedConfused

ezridelmastro · 18/01/2020 08:07

Thanks Roxy8203 I will do that!

Maybebaby2 · 18/01/2020 08:22

@NameChange30 yep 76.2% does sound good 👍

@ezridelmastro congrats and welcome!

Has anyone been added to the Facebook group recently? I sent a msg last week but not heard back yet so just wondering if anyone else has managed to get added?

I'm struggling a little bit this morning feel exhausted and had a really horrible wave of nausea, thought I was going to be sick but it passed. I'm putting it down to the fact I took my multi vitamin as soon as I woke up on an empty stomach... I won't do that again!

Babytrain89 · 18/01/2020 08:31

Hi everyone,
Great news about your blood results @ShiningStarz!
interesting to hear about not feeling pregnant as I often startle myself when i remember and have to check my boobs are still sore. My symptoms seem to be a bit on and off!
I am 6+1 today, feels really surreal. Just wish i could see inside as such.
@JMill13 yes....i am ridiculous with it. Swear people must have twigged. Unless I'm losing my mind too...

Samk79 · 18/01/2020 09:11

@Maybebaby2 I've requested to be added to the fb group too but haven't been as yet. Thank you for your reassurance about being an older mum with a big age gap. I need to stop worrying about what others think!

Lazydaisydaydream · 18/01/2020 09:17

Oops sorry @ShiningStarz yes i should have tagged @Sunshinexx95 Blush sorry!

ChipsAreLife · 18/01/2020 10:27

@ShiningStarz hope you're ok? I think brown blood is ok as it's older. Also spotting is really common at this stage, it even mentioned it in the 6 week update I was just reading.

I'm 6 weeks today and morning sickness has arrived. Annoyingly in the past I've not actual been too sick just felt like I'm going to be. I've forced a piece of toast down and on the ginger tea. I find lying down makes it worse!

JMill13 · 18/01/2020 11:01

@Babytrain89 haha maybe it's a bit of both baby brain and losing our minds? Other half finds it hilarious because i''m usually very good with words and movie titles and all that fun stuff. He said a movie quote the other day and was like name that film and I was couldn't think of the name at all so had to call it the McLovin' movie 😂😂

Babytrain89 · 18/01/2020 11:04

My other half finds it funny too! Ive gone from having an excellent memory and being super organised to forgetting to actually put dinner in the oven (left it on the side)! Hopefully its a sign our bodies are doing what they need to do!

Maybebaby2 · 18/01/2020 12:23

@JMill13 @Babytrain89 2 years later and I've still gor the fuzzy baby brain.... not sure it ever goes away 😂

@Samk79 yeah you'll be fine 👍 It was the weirdest thing for me, I thought having a little one would make me more anxious but I've relaxed so much about so many things since having her it's bonkers 😂
R.e the Facebook group I think we'll have to wait till they pop back on here and see the msgs, theres probably loads now 😁

Is anyone still poas?? I cant stop and the test line is now getting darker than the control line!

JMill13 · 18/01/2020 12:45

@Babytrain89 @maybebaby2 hahaha glad I'm not the only one. It's so ridiculous 😂
