BelliniButterfly · 29/12/2019 20:28

I've searched for due date thread and couldn't find one so thought I would start a new one!

I'm 4+6 and due at the very beginning of September. I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old so my hands are going to be very full lol!

@Babytrain89 ah thanks I hope so too, my patience is non existent at the mo 🤦🏽‍♀️

ShiningStarz · 15/01/2020 22:54

@Mcgootwo I’m so sorry to hear that. That’s why I want the early scan. I feel I need to see it to believe it!! I’m doing same as you!! Knicker checking and analysing every twinge!!!

@emma278 my boobs are still tender but not as much. White creamy discharge still there. Have had odd bit of cramping but other than that I feel normal!

Sounds like a good plan @Roxy8203. Hope you are feeling ok tnite.

@Sunshinexx95 we are same today today. I feel v similar to you 🤞

@Happythecrocodile I really hope it isn’t a Mc and I hope you are ok. Sending you hugs and fingers crossed all will be fine ❤️

@Samk79 screw those miserable people!! The ones who are so bored with their own lives, they get joy out of making fun of others! 🤛

@Babytrain89 I’m a fellow checker of every twinge 🤣🤣 glad to know I’m not alone!!

Samk79 · 15/01/2020 23:16

Thank you ladies. I'm over sensitive and worry what other people think and I'm a worrier too!
We ha be booked an early scan for when I'll
Be 8 weeks due to my loss last year. Can't really get excited until after that!
@maybebaby thank you for your reassurance. What is your due date? We do seem to have a lot in common!

Maybebaby2 · 16/01/2020 07:12

@Samk79 those same people will be full of congratulations when you announce your good news! 🤩
My EDD 19th Sept so 2 days before you.

Hope everyone has a good day 👍

@Happythecrocodile let us know how you get on today, has the spotting stopped?x

Happythecrocodile · 16/01/2020 08:46

No I’m still spotting a bit this morning and tbh there was quite a bit of blood at one point yest evening, so I’m fearing the worst and trying to mentally prepare myself for that.

Thank you for all your lovely kind messages and support. It really helps, especially as we hadn’t even told anyone yet.

@Happythecrocodile I am so so sorry to hear of ur worry, and hoping for u that it works out okay... thinking of u during this hard time xox

Babytrain89 · 16/01/2020 10:22

Have plucked up the courage to book my booking in appt. No scan if youve had one miscarriage...need to have had 2 or more. Anxious wait now!

@happythecrocodile I do hope it isnt a mc...sending you lots of love. Xx

Mcgootwo · 16/01/2020 10:50

@Babytrain89 aw that's a bit frustrating, would u consider a private scan maybe? Only if ur patience is as bad as mine 🤣🤦🏽‍♀️

Babytrain89 · 16/01/2020 10:52

Yeah! If I make it to my booking in appt I will pay for a private scan. Really anxious today as keep getting quite sharp pain on one side. Hope its nothing. Really hard to stay positive!

Mcgootwo · 16/01/2020 10:59

@Babytrain89 aw I hear ya 😖 I was like that yesterday, had cramps and was just feeling quite negative and down. I am totally dosed with the cold too which doesn't help as my energy has totally zapped away. But thank god today I feel a lot better.... it's so hard staying positive.... every little rowing freaks me out 🙄😬

Babytrain89 · 16/01/2020 11:05

thanks @Mcgootwo reassuring to know its not just me that feels that way or gets these symptoms. I keep telling myself that worrying or being anxious won't actually change the outcome either way...but doesnt make a difference! Hopefully I'll get a dose of positivity soon! Xx

Piper1879 · 16/01/2020 11:42

Positive thoughts to @happythecrocodile , hope everyone is ok, I feel like I'm running on air today, so sleepy even after a 12 hour sleep

Sipperskipper · 16/01/2020 11:48

@Happythecrocodile sending you lots of positive vibes. You must be so worried. Xx

Sunshinexx95 · 16/01/2020 12:28

@Piper1879
Haha i feel so sleeeeeepy tooo! I think it is the worse part that I feel just tired nothing else. Now I am 5+6 but it feels good to have some symptoms. Otherwise I don't feel pregnant at all. Confused

ShiningStarz · 16/01/2020 15:34

@Happythecrocodile sending you lots of love and hugs ❤️ I hope this turns out ok, my fingers are crossed for you.

@Sunshinexx95 I’ve been yawning most of the day the past 2 weeks!!! Sleeping loads!! Lots creamy cm, slight sore boobs, burping and odd cramp... my mind is starting to think there’s nothing there!!!!

ShiningStarz · 16/01/2020 15:36

@Roxy8203 you ok??
My partner and I talked about early scan, mines booked next week 6w 5d... I said I’m happy to go in my own and not look at the screen! I don’t want to see anything, I just want the consultant to tell me our little peanut is there ❤️ What do you guys think?? Am I mad!!!

Mcgootwo · 16/01/2020 16:15

Oh that sounds great, it's just reassurance isn't it. I finally got my letter for early hospital scan today, 3rd feb. by then I'll b 8+2

ChipsAreLife · 16/01/2020 16:18

Sending you so much positive thoughts @happycrocodile. The waiting must be agony

@samk people are so rude, just ignore. Age doesn't make a good mother or sibling!

@shiningstarz wow I think you're restrained if you don't look! Although I don't think you would see much at that stage anyway? I think so whatever reassures you.

How's everyone feeling? My tiredness has actually eased slightly but sickness is creeping in. Am only 5+5 but I think I maybe a few days more as I suspect I ovulated early, so could be more like 6. My boobs are still sore and keep getting cramps. But even with that I still don't feel 'pregnant'. Just going to carry on until 12 weeks when I hopefully get to see the baby and then it will feel real!

megan81088 · 16/01/2020 16:20

@ShiningStarz nope not mad I’m the same! Iv got a private scan booked for Sunday when I’ll be 7+3 I just need the reassurance as have hardly any symptoms so just want someone to tell me everything’s ok x

ShiningStarz · 16/01/2020 16:24

Snap@ChipsAreLife I’m so glad I’m not the only one that doesn’t feel pregnant!!!!

Roxy8203 · 16/01/2020 17:21

@ShiningStarz hiya. I'm really struggling with night shifts this week, all I'm doing is working all night then sleeping the whole day and going back to work but still being tired. When it comes to the scan you do whatever feel is best for you. There isn't a lot to see on the screen anyway at such an early stage, it's more about measuring and checking the size is right for the dates you have although there should be a heartbeat flickering away

NameChange30 · 16/01/2020 17:27

Hi all
Sorry to those of you who are feeling anxious. It's a tough time!
I'm 6+1 today, going by LMP, although like Chips I might be a day or two further along as I suspect I might have ovulated a bit earlier than the standard.
I'm really struggling with exhaustion. Had work today, it was hot and I couldn't take off my cardie because the long sleeves hide my sickness bands. My back/hips are really hurting today and I was struggling to move around in the office and paranoid people might notice. I really hate the secretive first trimester Sad

JMill13 · 16/01/2020 18:52

Hi all, been MIA for a couple of days so just getting caught up. Hope everyone is doing okay this evening and battling through any symptoms or non-symptoms

Had my first appoint. With midwife this afternoon, was a bit underwhelming so just have to wait until 12 weeks now for the next bit. Still non the wiser as to what is going on with Beep at the minute as no blood tests or urine tests taken, midwife thinks I'm about 8 weeksish but symptoms are still just coming and going. Heavy sore boobs, crazy dreams, peeing half the night and tiredness seem to the only real constant at the minute. 4 more weeks just feels like a lifetime to finally get that scan done.

Anyone else experienced little symptoms or coming and going symptoms at 8+weeks?

NameChange30 · 16/01/2020 19:01

Sounds like you have plenty of symptoms!
I think it's normal for some to come and go.
