I've searched for due date thread and couldn't find one so thought I would start a new one!

I'm 4+6 and due at the very beginning of September. I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old so my hands are going to be very full lol!

Lol lol 🤣🤣🤣🤣@JMill13 I literally feel like there is a whale in my stomach!!!!
As soon as I get home my gym bottoms go on!!!! I read it’s the progesterone and hormones playing havoc in general!
I’m so glad I’m not the only one!!

Lucieintheskywithnappies · 07/01/2020 22:42

@ShiningStarz I'm so sorry about your previous loss, and so sorry about your stress levels now, I do empathise with the anxiety and have everything crossed for your little one.

@NameChange30 It was funny, the irritability (which in retrospect I know was around implantation but didn't think of that at the time) was so suddenly noticeable, I was saying to my family, "Help me! I can't help the irritability coming out of my mouth! It feels like some weird chemical thing is going on in my brain! I apologise to everyone for anything I might say!"

Lucieintheskywithnappies · 07/01/2020 22:43

Oh yes I forgot to mention I am also bloated as fuck, am already bursting out of my jeans Shock

ShiningStarz · 07/01/2020 22:43

@Sunshinexx95 how are you feeling?

Thank you @lucie xx

Chadder2017 · 07/01/2020 22:46

Just thought I would share that there's a private clinic called window to the womb and they are on Groupon they are doing an offer for a first time scan for £39. They are fully legit I'm booking my scan through them, the lady I spoke to via e mail and on the phone was lovely and seemed to really know her stuff also I've had friends that have used them and all of them highly recommend them. They seem to have a few clinics scattered around so hopefully if you guys want to use them you can find one not far from you xxx

JMill13 · 07/01/2020 22:47

@shiningStarz hahahaha oh thank god I'm not the only one. I've had to wear work trousers that are too big for me just to sit comfortably. Pj bottoms straight on once I'm home. It's crazy

Chadder2017 · 07/01/2020 22:49

@JMill13 and @ShiningStarz so glad I'm not the only one that's bloated it's horrible I'm sure people are going to start guessing soon. Before I found out I was pregnant I actually went and bought a pair of jeans a size bigger because I thought I had just eaten too much turkey 😂😂

ShiningStarz · 07/01/2020 22:55

🙈 @chadder2017 🤣🤣

ShiningStarz · 07/01/2020 22:56

I need to stop eating so much too lol, I swear my partner is looking at me like I’m some sort of crazy anxious mad woman!!!!
I’m think homemade soups and smoothies with 1 small evening meal to help feel less bloated but really think it’s the progesterone 😩

Roxy8203 · 07/01/2020 22:57

Thanks @Chadder2017 not available where I am but hopefully that's useful for some ladies here

ShiningStarz · 07/01/2020 23:06

Thanks @chadder2017. There’s one where I am in NI. Never even heard of it! Thank you 😊

ShiningStarz · 07/01/2020 23:25

Oh and My gp said if im pregnant I have to get the flu jab!! I’m not keen but I will get it as I’ve never forgive myself if I caught the flu 😢

UrsulaSings · 08/01/2020 01:31

Hi everyone! I found out last week and today I am 4+5. I was ok until I started reading about the losses that people have had and MMC and its freaked me out a bit, finding it difficult to sleep. This will be my first child if all goes well but I have been pregnant once before.

The only symptom I seem to have is achey boobs and sudden feelings of severe irritability that seem to pass quite quickly. I dont really seem to feel sick though? Is that normal as lots of people are talking about feeling sick? Also when I was pregnant before I had severe heartburn immediately that would leave me in bed for days, but havent had that this time?

OH's head is falling off, but overall hes been pretty calm about it as we weren't planning on having children at the moment.

Thanks for letting me join Smile

UrsulaSings · 08/01/2020 01:33

Also I didnt realise how cheap it is to have a scan...theres one a 10 min walk from me and a reassurance scan is only £39. Might end up doing it as I'd assumed it would be hundreds.

Lea878917 · 08/01/2020 05:47

Congratulations to everyone and I’m excited to join the group! I have a DD who is 2 and found out I am pregnant on New Years!! According to the estimation, I may around 6 weeks and have experienced mild cramping and back pain...I was wandering if anyone else have these symptoms? Thank you.

JMill13 · 08/01/2020 07:34

@Chadder2017 hahaha I for real thought the same, I feel like I've eaten so much junk since Christmas. Other half thinks I'm crazy cause I really haven't eaten that much but sure does feel it. Might need to go shopping for baggy clothes soon to help hide it.

Chadder2017 · 08/01/2020 07:42

@Lea878917 I'm at about the same stage as you! Back pain has been bad since I fell pregnant mainly bad in the morning though I started having the vivid dreams last night which gave me a rough night sleep 😫

Chadder2017 · 08/01/2020 07:43

@JMill13 I'm heading to H&M on Saturday defo! I woke up at about 4am and felt like my tummy had bloated even more! Xx

JMill13 · 08/01/2020 07:49

@Chadder2017 oh good shout on H&M! I feel exactly that now, feel like I'm waddling to work hahaha it's actually making me laugh. May have lost the plot lol. Do we deflate before our bellys start to grow?

JMill13 · 08/01/2020 07:50

That Oh should defininitely not be other half 😂

ShiningStarz · 08/01/2020 08:04

Hi @UrsulaSings I’m 4w 5d too! Congrats ❤️
Iv just got sore boobs, maybe not as sore as they had been though. Cramps, Bloated. Creamy white discharge. No other symptoms! I want to feel pregnant!

TG2019 · 08/01/2020 08:14

@UrsulaSings I felt the same after I started reading. I’d not describe myself as a worrier but do like to be in control of myself and my first week of knowing was full of anxiety. But I feel totally different now and I’ve started to relax. I started panic a bit when I realised people were talking about it a lot. I think you just have to remember that it’s good to be aware but the statistics are in your favour. My family understood that I was aware of it but thought I was crazy for worrying as much as was as I’m fit and healthy and first pregnancy but I think pregnancy hormones (+ google) play havoc.
I really did wonder how I was going to get through feeling like this for 12 weeks but it just lifted! Hope it gets better for you.❤️

Chadder2017 · 08/01/2020 08:18

@JMill13 I really hope we deflate because of I stay this big and with a baby on top I'm going to look like an elephant 😂

Anybody suffering from the weak bladder? I need the toilet all the time and when I cough or sneeze I need to be near a toilet 😂😂

Roxy8203 · 08/01/2020 09:51

@Chadder2017 I had really weird dreams last night too. Also my bladder had my up twice during the night which is unusual for me and I was really hot in bed. I've got the low back ache thing but that's normal for me as I've had surgery on my spine and have a suspected slipped disc but I guess it could be a symptom 🤷🏼‍♀️

JMill13 · 08/01/2020 09:56

@Chadder2017 Hahahaha same! Just need to make sure I wear too big clothes when I go visit my mum. She'd be the first to point out / notice I'd put on a few pound even if it is bloat 😂. Get those pelvic floor exercises started early girl! I'm so worried about being left with a weak bladder after birth.
