I’ve caught a cold and feel soooo rubbish! Feeling a little sorry for myself 🤧 and need to pack tonight for a weekend away!

@sazzlerazzle Awww lovely scan! And fab news on being put forward- I feel cheated being put back like I have to do longer 😂 Even though I knew I wasn't as far along as midwife said haha!

@Helensss again perfect scan! It's wonderful that we are all getting to the stage of being reassured! It definitely feels more real now.

We have told family and friends and everyone at work knows now which is such a relief as I don't have to hide my exhaustion anymore🙊 xxxx

I haven’t told work yet 😬 it’s all a bit complicated as found out company has been sold ... not entirely sure what that means for me 😬 but my employment law friend has said I will have extra protection if they know I’m pregnant so I might bite the bullet next week

Everything went really well and baby was wriggling around like crazy. Measuring 12+6 (am 12+3) but EDD won't change with it being a IVF baby. It's just amazing 🥰

@ Moongirl10 I’m with you on that, 9+4 today and feels like forever till 12wks scan. I do have one on Tuesday at 10+2 tho which I’m anxious but excited about.

@Sunshine8888 me too I'm full of a cold! It's rubbish! However at least it's making me eat plenty of warming comfort food, got to feed a cold! Xx

@Sunshine8888 ah that's frustrating! Work is the last thing you want to be worried about! I agree with your law friend I think your best telling them sooner plus they are gonna find out anyways so you probably feel better once it's out there! Xx

@Sunshine8888 No I know! I don't have a bath yet (getting done next month) so can't get a nice warm bath either. Got a hot tub... My husband is currently filling it back up as we found out from the midwife today I can actually go in it as long as it's a few degrees cooler and no bubbles!! which I'm buzzing about as it was my little haven, and I think people might be catching on from my lack of insta posts about going in 😂😂

@Helensss oh that’s almost spot on then! 😊 I keep trying to work it out and I’m thinking there’s no way I can be that far along due to when we have had sex and me working away etc. I’m probably overthinking it 😂

@sazzlerazzle yeah maybe it’s just growing quickly or something? They say the dates are kind of made up don’t they, ahhh this is so exciting, now looking forward to not feeling rubbish. When is your next scan? Mines just before Christmas on 23rd when we will find out the sex! Xx

@Helensss oh what a perfect Christmas present!! ❤️ Feels so far away but it’ll be here before you know it. My next one is 9th Dec which will be exactly 20 weeks by their calculation (19 by min)

@Helensss my 20 week scan is also the 23rd, it was meant to be 17th. But we decided to book a "one last blow out" to Mauritius for 10 days before Christmas 😂
We aren't finding out the sex though! Seems mad that it's the last time we will see baby until they are actually here!xx

I'm still up about 3 x night for a wee. I've read that should stop soon, until 3rd trimester. Here's hoping! X

Does anyone have a sore coccyx? Mine has been feeling bruised on and off for a couple of weeks but seems to be getting worse. I am sure it's pregnancy related as I haven't done anything to it!

Also, at my booking in appointment midwife booked my 16 week appointment, however as my scan is put me back I will only be 15 weeks when I have my appointment. Totally know it's only a week difference but it's stressing me out that I won't be actually "16" weeks 😂😂😂 do you think I should ring and explain to push it back a week?

This pregnancy is making my anxiety about minor things so ridiculous!!! 😂😂😂

@sazzlerazzle my sonographer told me should was doing it but didn't she didn't tell me what it was so I asked. It's actually on some of the paper work I got back- so maybe check that. Is should say NT:

When my sister had a really high NT they told her straight away - and my sis knew something was up as she kept scanning and scanning and scanning then said she needs to get someone else to come check!x

@kstann what turned out to be wrong with your sister? if u don't mind me asking.

@May2311 so if they had no appointments or u were on holiday or miss an appointment u think it will be the end on the world! ? oh babe it absolutely does not matter if u r 15 weeks or 17weeks they just want to see u around that time to do the usual routine checks it makes no difference really x i hope this reassures u. but if not just ring the midwife she will need to know that your anxiety is not under control anyway to support you. i think they had a leaflet on the app u might find it helpful ( i also am an anxious person but not about appointments) ...
