@culyJB so sorry to hear about your losses - i sympathise fully . had one myself last may and it's hard to recover from tbh x fingers crossed for your scan tomorrow x

Thank you @facevalue it's nice to know I'm not alone, literally none of my friends or anyone I'm close to has had a loss (of course not that i'd ever wish that on anyone ever) but when it's always 'oh i'm sure it'll be fine' 'why are you so worried' etc all the time it just hurts a bit as they don't understand! So I tend not to bother talking to them about it anymore tbh as it often ends up making me more upset! Where are you in your pregnancy at the moment? Trying to read back through all the old messages but my ap is so slow at loading! Xx

Happy news here! Baby measuring 13 weeks but been given a due date of 2 May - how does that work?! Anyway also had the harmony test results back, I’m 1/10,000 for all three trisomy conditions so super low risk! I am so happy! And just found out I’m having a little girl 💖 absolutely thrilled!! So much lovely news in one day x

@curlyJB i deleted the app i found it awful so i'm just on the web but on my phone and it's slightly better. i have a DD 25 months old. i'm 10+4 tomorrow and my scan on 1st nov.

funnily i'm considering not finding out the sex ! which is completely against my usual belief - found out with my first ASAP. i love girls but previously all i wanted was a little boy lol

@CurlyJB88 yes completely understand, even my mums like ‘stop worrying it’ll be fine’ which is good to be positive but can’t help the worry based on history. I think I am 11+5 but not 100% as I got pregnant before period after 2nd mc so had to kind of make the dates up! Xxx

@sunshine8888 lovely scan pic! You would think your due date would be 28th April based on scan, did they mention why they dated 2nd May? Either way if its April its a few days closer to meeting little one

Trying to catch up on all threads! I had my scan Monday and posted in the other group as hadn't realised a new thread had started 😂

Huge congratulations @Sunshine8888 - you must be so happy!🥰

As our scan went well we've started telling a few people even though waiting for screening results to come back (NHS ones). Not telling everyone though as we live 2-3 hours away from a lot of our family and friends and aren't visiting them until weekend of 9/10th!

I'm not one for taking medications unless I really have too, saw them midwife Monday who's recommended I go on Asprin from now, 12 weeks until 36 weeks!!!
Apparently I've ticked 2 boxes which puts me at risk of pre eclampsia- 1. Being my first pregnancy and 2. My sister had it and my darling niece was born at 28 weeks! Xx

I still can’t really believe it. The strange thing is that nothing really happens now for another 8 weeks until the 20 week scan! I guess we just carry on as normal and hope baby is growing away nicely in there!

Mine is on November 1 like some of you, but I'll only be 10+5 then so I am thinking about moving it to later so they can do the screening at the same time. I might do Harmony instead on or around Nov 1 - that way I still get to see the baby sooner! 😀

All the scan pics and happy news is making me all excited for monday, it's an early scan so I'll only be 10+3 but just cant wait to see baby!! Good luck to everyone with scans coming up!! 😊

Hi everyone - Baby looking healthy & perfect. Heart beating away nicely ❤️ We woke baby up so it started stretching legs and rubbing it’s face hence it’s little devil horn on its head( it’s actually it’s hand) 😂 EDD: 14 May 2020 which is what I thought I was at but 12 days later than midwife who dated from LMP. All in all absolutely perfect being able to see our little bambino ❤️❤️❤️💕💕💕 Good Luck to everyone else who is having A scan today. @helensss hope today goes quickly for you!!!

@may2311 aww congrats 💕 I had to run around the carpark and jump up and down for 10 mins because baby was lying on its stomach 😂 it worked though! Sent her to sleep and then they could take the nuchal measurements

My next scan is already booked for 18th December! Super excited :) and I have a midwife appointment at 16 weeks to hopefully hear the heartbeat :) it's all very real after yesterday's scan.

With the testing, do you get results same day?
Also if you are measuring earlier can you still have the test done? Or do you have to go back?
