I've loved seeing all these wonderful scans! Congrats to all..
My turn tomorrow... hoping it will bring some positivity to what has been a very hard couple of months.

Mummy0fboys · 30/10/2019 15:02

Good look for tomorrow Smile

CharlieB93 · 30/10/2019 16:02

@mummy0fboys thank you :)

facevalue · 30/10/2019 17:51

ladies, i'm 11+ 4 why do i still get this bloody nausea .. and WHY IS IT CALLED MORNING SICKNESS when i get it worst in the afternoon and evening 🙄🙄🙄🥵..

zoemelb · 30/10/2019 17:55

I have the scan today aswell. 12+5, and EDD 8th May. We are very happy. The baby sleep on his/her belly the whole time, so not sure if skull and nub can be seen. But more than happy just for fun guess.
The midwife thinks I have UTI because of my light brown/yellow discharge (based on the date), and I couldn't empty my full bladder after 2 attempts.
As soon as I get home, pink when wiped and light brown discharge continue, plus sore back. Feeling worry again. Waiting for the UTI results.

Thanks for sharing the scan pics everyone
@Mummy0fboys I think girl!

We had amazing news today, my husbands work updated their parental leave policy today, he is getting 40 weeks full pay to take over a two year period!
That trumps my mat leave!

november90 · 30/10/2019 19:03

@Mummy0fboys @zoemelb @jeffsar4 I would say girl for all of those scan pictures! I've still been trying to get opinions on mine, I actually paid £10 to get a professional opinion and they said boy but did say nub not all that visible! How accurate are the nub and skull theories does anyone know? I'm convinced boy now anyway 😀

Here's my scan again for any opinions!

@fluffyunicorns86 i was told at 12 week scan with my first that it was anterior placenta, i ended up induced due to reduced movement but think the placenta being at the front had an impact on that

Shelbustotherescue · 30/10/2019 19:42

@november90 I've done it twice with two sets of photos and had 95% and 97% confirmation from them so I'm pretty sure the nub / skull theory is good !

Shelbustotherescue · 30/10/2019 19:43

@sao81 I'm okay thank you

Still in a bit of pain but feeling so much more settled knowing baby is okay

Pretty sure I can feel it moving when I was in the bath earlier too

mintbear · 30/10/2019 20:04

With a whole weeks worth of looking at the nub and skull theory I think..

@november90 boy
@jeffsar4 girl
@zoemelb unsure.. maybe girl, baby is hiding!

@Shelbustotherescue amazing! I've not felt it so much today but yesterday was crazy. So glad baby is well but I hope you feel better soon too

sao81 · 30/10/2019 20:17

Anyone else feeling really really bloated? My stomach has gone rock solid and im.thinking surely I'm not beginning to show at 10 weeks as I don't have the slimmest of frames! But then they do say you show earlier.with your second. Or maybe its wind 😂 idk is anyone else the same

OP posts:
Helensss · 30/10/2019 20:20

@sao81 I find I’m really bloated by the end of the day and think I’m starting to get a bump but then it goes down again by the morning! I’m 12 +2 with my first so don’t think I’ll show for a while. They say you show quicker with your 2nd don’t they xx

facevalue · 30/10/2019 20:37

@sao81 yep! bloated when i eat anything then feel uncomfortable if i'm lying down and as soon as i sit up or stand then a huge burp comes out and like a balloon deflates 😭😭😭 so i wouldn't be surprised if u feel bloated as well!

sorry TMI

@helensss i feel uncomfortable when anything is pressing my waste or belly so i am already thinking to buy maternity trousers now ! with my first i was almost 5/6 months before i changed size 🙄

Hi ladies, I see you guessing the sex based on 12 week scans? Any guesses on mine? I was 13'weeks at the time of the scan.

16 days and we're going to have our private sex scan. Hope you're all well xx
