@Megan2018 literally the same as you - I had really bad rectal pressure TMI) yesterday and today it feels like cervical/bladder pressure and it hurts to sit down/walk/bend - I can feel a head headbutting me internally OWCH! I keep an eye for you cos we are due date buddies!!!

@moraxella how interesting! I feel ok today so far although definitely some more tightenings, no pain/pressure yet today though.
It made me quite restless last night, going to have a lazy day today I think, I feel quite wiped out.

I have just been sick. My day is getting better and better

Would love a lazy day but havent actually done the back to school prep for tomorrow yet! Eek!

Things seem to be heating up for a few people - it’s like waiting for a bus, all of a sudden, the babies will just start appearing!

@IVEgottheDECAF I think you’re going to have to do a Rachel from Friends and start taking bets on when baby is going to arrive, so at least you might make some money out of it!

37 + 3 today and baby has definitely dropped. Been having fanny daggers for a couple of day’s now. My god the last few weeks of pregnancy drags!!

Also, when is this supposed nesting going to kick in? I’m so tired and lethargic, it’s a chore to even get out of bed! The house is a mess and all that space I made in the freezer for my batch cooking is still empty, except for a box of twisters I was craving yesterday! 😂

37+1 today with my first. Feeling exhausted and bursting into tears at everything, it feels like the first trimester all over again...
Midwife check up today so hoping baby has dropped down lower (pretty sure it has, lots of aches down that way).

Hope all goes well for everyone kicking off!

Decaf you can be grumpy with me! Baby is now 3 days over due with no signs of coming soon. I hope my midwife can do a sweep today

I've got an induction date booked for 29th sept, eek! I'll be 39+6 (sorry Decaf). We were going to book for the day after but I really want a September birthday

dusty if it was a date i could possibly still be pregnant i would maybe be cross but as i would be Over 43 weeks by then i will let you off

hsunshine i am planning on refusing to leave the hospital unless i get a sweep .....

I’m in agony, it’s not even contractions just can’t stand up or sit down cos of the pressure especially when he moves (feels like he’s bearing down) it’s agony. Not even made it to the first hurdle and I’m struggling 😢

moraxella maybe you should get checked out? I have heard of some ladies giving birth with no contractions!

@Moraxella maybe ring your midwife and see what she says - no harm in going to get checked out, especially at this late stage!

I just had a major fail, went to pay for my shopping at Aldi and realised I left my wallet at home! 😬 cue glares from all the other shoppers as we had to wait for a manager to come and suspend my shop! 🤦‍♀️

I've done my back in. I can barely move! Nothing is helping (I've tried hot baths, heat patches, gels).
I hope I can shift it before the baby comes. On that note, bump has dropped lots in the last few days. I can breath again!!
I'm hoping he'll stay put until Sunday and then I'm starting the eviction process

Decaf, I couldn’t get a sweep today so I’m sure baby will hang on inside for some time still so you won’t be alone

Ah thats a shame hsunshine when will they try again? Ive had some cramping but only when sit / lie down again. So basically i cant have a nap!

Maybe your cramps is a sign things are coming

Its so annoying. I can sit / lie and they come every 10-15 min apart. As soon as i get up off they fuck. So i know its not the real deal

@KnobJockey how are you doing did your mw check if it was waters?
