He does have a name, Edmund 🥰 and we have given him middle name Joe after 3 brilliant women (my consultant, my MW and Eddie's nurse) who are all called Jo!

We are doing pretty well actually. He had a few set backs but is doing so so so well now. Hope all is well with you all?

Almost 1 week until Roy's 1st Birthday.

Our beautiful Woolly Hugs MN blanket arrived. Eddie looks so tiny on it.

Oh that's gorgeous @TwittleBee ! Both the babe and the blanket. Roy will always be remembered in so many hearts, and Eddie does look teeny, but also so big! How do babies manage that??

Hi Decaf, all is wonderful here, apart from Eddie being a bit poorly at the moment. Our eldest starts school in September and I'm wondering how/if to let the teacher know he may talk about Roy, especially as one of the pieces of summer homework was "draw your family" and he included both Roy and Baba (our MCed daughter prior Roy).

How are things with you?

Things are good here. We welcomed DC6 in June and have adjusted to that well.

We also have a reception starter this year although he has already been in nursery in the school so minimal change for him there.

I would maybe drop the school an email?

Hope Eddie is feeling better soon! How old is he now?

Oh congratulations lovely to hear of a new addition and that all is adjusting okay.

Yes, I've got a 1 to 1 meeting with his teacher soon so I think I'll mention it then, I'm sure they'll have come across this sort of situation before.

Eddie is 16 months now! Doing bloody amazingly too, he is only 13 months age corrected but is closer to his 16 month milestones I'm sure. He just seems so eager to do everything.

I do know quite a few prem babies who have flown through milestones! Suppose when you have fought so hard to be here everything else is a walk in the park
