EDD 7/01/20 with DS2

Good luck @SleepingStandingUp -hope I find out tomorrow instead of having to wait til Monday I just want to know if I can proceed with this pregnancy or not!! Xx

Quick question - did everyone get their nuchal test results then and there at the scan or did they come through in the post separately?
I just assumed the sonographer would tell me when he/she is scanning what they are/if normal/not normal but my friend said they didn't say anything and she had to wait a week to get them through in the post.
Think I'll explode waiting a week for them 😩🙈

When I had 12 week scan with my eldest the nt measurement was high (he does have ds) and they told me that if it was high they would tell you there and then, if it's within 'normal' range I don't think they necessarily tell you unless you ask!

Just spoke to DM & said how worried I was, all she replied was that it will be fine because she had a dream it was fine 😩 ffs 😂

@Bentley111 I won't get results until I get a letter through the post as blood tests done the same day but the sonographer said the nuchal fold measurement was very small and no cause for concern (I didn't have to ask about it) so might just depend on the sonographer. I'm sure if you asked they'd tell you what it indicated especially if you're worried about it.

I've finally got my scan date - next Thursday. Hurrah! Only a week to wait.

Scan absolutely fine... baby was dancing around. Measuring 2 days early again so 6 days early based on LMP. Low risk DS.
Baby was having a proper disco in there, arms and legs going crazy.
DH & I both cried 😂 so much relief!

It won't let me upload pics but the nub to me looks different in each photo so no idea what it is!

So nice to see the scan photos ❤️

Not such good news here, bleeding has continued so I think I’m probably having a miscarriage. Have a scan at EPU tomorrow morning so at least we will know one way or another. It’s my birthday today and I’ve spent all day today and yesterday being sick and feeling generally despondent.

Sorry to be a downer.

7 week scan showed 1!

@MonicaGellerHyphenBing I’m sorry to read your update. It’s hard but you never know. I was convinced after a very heavy red bleed I was miscarrying and it was fine. It’s natural though to worry, keeping everything crossed for you x

Hi! Long time lurker but had scan on Tuesday (or more correctly 4 scans as the bugger would not get in the right position!) and all is looking good. It’s only my second pregnancy and I had my DD 8 years ago so was really convinced something would be wrong. I’m being monitored pretty closely due to being both fat and old!

Congratulations to all of you who’ve seen your little beans and are progressing well & good luck to those of you still waiting for 12 weeks x

I have my scan at 10.45 tomorrow. Which was supposed to be followed by a lovely child-free weekend away which had to be cancelled last minute (hubbys grandmother is very ill, she 94 and doctors confirmed multi organ failure yesterday 😥) hoping i get good news tomorrow at scan as im already an emotional mess this week.
