Onto thread four already! Wow we like a chat!

EDD 7/01/20 with DS2

Mummy I knew DD was a girl as soon as I found out I was pregnant, despite being told she was a boy at a 14 week scan . I’m pretty certain this baby is a boy - we find out on 27th July and I’ll eat my hat if it’s a girly!

@MummyBearBoo definately, I knew all 4 of mine, this one though I'm not sure 🤷‍♀️

Congrats @plipliop - when are your bloods due back?

Definitely call your midwife to check that @anitagreen that's quite a large discrepancy.

Couldn't get hold of the midwife so I ended up calling 111. They told me to get straight to EPU, had fluids & IV anti sickness. I feel exhausted but not sick right now!!! Such a relief, best feeling ever. Made dh stop at kfc on the way home, first time I've been able to eat meat since week 6 & I smashed a whole boneless banquet 🤤

@MummyBearBoo I have absolutely no idea at all with mine right now but convinced the one I mc'd in nov was a girl. I'd love to have some gut instinct but I just don't 🙈

Hey everyone spoke to midwife and she said it's all fine risk is low and it's the new wording they use so it's practically a very low chance more a less Zero so I feel so much more relieved thanks everyone x

@Bentley111 up to 2 weeks! Seems like a long wait!

DS fell off his bike and broke his wrist this afternoon so DH has to drive back to the hospital again. Poor DS1 🤦🏻‍♀️ and poor DH.

@Bentley111 It's like a whole new world isnt it?? 😂😂 which sickness tabs did you go home with? I have ondansetron which are actually a gift from God I'm pretty sure.

I'm sick again today but way less than before. The annoying thing is never being hungry!!! Amazed I'm this far along, 9w3d today, but becoming more and more nervous for my 12w scan.

Also wondering, the hospital screwed up my booking bloods - they wrote my name wrong so they got rejected. They checked my blood type at my emergency scan, but nothing else. Is it too late for me to request those bloods again?

Glad you're feeling a bit perkier @Bentley111 even if you did need a hospital trip to get to that point.

I had a really strong feeling with DD that she would be a girl - scan had no nub visible so didn't indicate anything. This pregnancy is do similar I really think it's going to be another girl. Nub, skull and ramzi theory all indicate girl too.

I'd love to have another girl so maybe it's just me being optimistic 😂

Coz I found out from CVS it's 100% accurate I thought it was a boy anyway but when I had my scans and he was 3 days bigger at dating scan then another 4 days bigger at 11 wk scan (which measured him at 12 week) I was even more sure - midwife seemed surprised that I guessed right when she asked what I thought it was!! I really hope I can keep this little boy after the last one was too poorly! Xx

@Mirana the iv anti sickness really is the best thing EVER. I have metoclopromide to try now - how are you finding the odansetron?

Woken up super early this morning feeling sick again so the IV stuff is short lived, but not sure if that's nerves for the scan today.

Waking up at 5:30am on my day off from work just because I need a pee is killing me now. I’m spotting again, I’m 10+4, I’ve been on and off spotting since week 5 now. I haven’t mentioned the last 3 times to the midwife as all seems ok on my scans and I can still find the heartbeat on my Doppler. I guess I just have a sensitive cervix

I love that everyone had strong gut feeling about sex and got it right! I was 100% convinced both mine were girls, didn't find out until birth and both boys haha! Won't be finding out with this one neither but I'm going to assume it's another boy and I will forever be outnumbered 😂

I couldn't sleep last night was awake till 2am worrying about my other CVS results due Friday or Monday then DD woke me up at 5.30 by coming in to our room- she's started waking earlier recently!! Xx

I feel your pain @MummyBearBoo, my DS had me up at 3am last night for an hour. No idea why. Was hoping he would sleep for a lot longer this morning but no, he’s up and full of beans. Might go to my mums so I can nap on their sofa

@Mirana re blood tests. When I had the blood test after my scan to check for downs etc they asked if I'd had my booking ones done, if not they would've done them they for me. Hope the helps!

Haven't slept well all week due to rhinitis and general nausea - dragged myself into work this morning but couldn't bare more than 30 mins. Told my manager and he was like yeah unfortunately that's what happens 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️don't understand that mentality.. but anyway I said I needed to go home and left lol. Where is the understanding!! Sorry rant over.

I thought DS was a girl. I think this one is a girl. However I always had dreams when I was younger where I had two sons despite only wanting girls so I reckon it's another boy.

Scan at 1.30 today. I feel sick. So scared baby won't be there

Thanks everyone... and good luck to you @SleepingStandingUp - what time is yours? Mines 3.20. I'm so nervous... wish it was first thing, today couldn't possibly go any slower!

@Bentley111 haha no I had real bad baby brain at work yesterday! Kept just walking around because I'd forgotten what I was doing!!

I'm 11+2 and def using it as an excuse!!
