Is anyone else due in Jan 2020? My dates are a bit iffy 🤣 but I’m either due 30/12 or 2/1. Baby number 4 ( I swear we were stopping at 1). 🤣

I'm away at training a d missed the first sessionto cry and feel like crap. Just felt so sick. Eventually was and that helped but at least one person has guessed, especially as the top of my tummy is really sore periodically so I find myself running it. I'm 4+6 I think so not like she's big enough to cause any actual discomfort!!

Bayleyf · 11/05/2019 20:11

Oh Sleeping That's tricky if people are guessing before you're ready to say.

I think a few people at work have noticed that I'm suddenly on decaf tea, but they're too polite to have said anything yet...

mynameisMrG · 11/05/2019 22:28

Ergh I feel so sick tonight. Seriously regretting having cheese on toast earlier

MrsH497 · 12/05/2019 00:24

Had some bleeding no cramping. Spoken to a dr who said they don't think based on symptoms it's a miscarriage but a threatened one. EPU as soon as we land as long as bleeding doesn't get worse or cramping starts. Terrified

SleepingStandingUp · 12/05/2019 00:25

Tbf she said something like, Re my ring dick in the morning, was it something I needed to get seen about or were we just not talking about it yet so she kindly have me an out. Hopefully tomorrow will be less nauseating for us all

Chips84 · 12/05/2019 03:15

@MrsH497 keeping my 🤞for you.

Has anyone else been having really strange and vivid dreams?
I've had them every night for the last week to the point that they keep waking me up, hence why I'm typing at 3am 😂

Seahawk80 · 12/05/2019 05:02

@Chips84 yes! In fact the dreams were one of the first symptoms for me. Been awake since 4.30 and of course DS has had the best sleep and still sleeping, tomorrow he will prob wake me up at 4.30!

@MrsH497 fingers crossed for you x

Dandelion3 · 12/05/2019 06:34

Sorry been abit quiet on here - i think I've just been trying to bide my time until my early viability scan 1 week away. I'm having sore boobs, tiredness, poor sleep and very occasional waves of nausea (resulting in dry heaving but not actually being sick!) Any of the ivf ladies know when we need to book in with midwife? When I got my results from fertility clinic I asked if I needed to do anything and they said no just keep taking your vitamins, so I'm assuming I book in after the viability scan? Also not sure if the scan is internal/external or if I'll need full bladder - I'll probably ring them next week to check a few things, as that results phone call was such a blur due to my shock at being pregnant!

Keeping fingers crossed for you @MrsH497

jenface · 12/05/2019 07:15

Hi everyone - I'm 4+3 so super early days, due date of January 18th. Is anyone else still tracking their basal temperature? Mine is fluctuating like anything, dipping just below the coverline and going back up again. The rational side of me says what will be will be and I should just relax a little and enjoy. But I'm also terrified it will all go wrong and I'm reading into everything!

Seahawk80 · 12/05/2019 07:32

I've had a pit of spotting this morning but only pink / brown when I wipe. Going to try to stay chilled and if I get any red blood I'll go to EPU, have some cramps too but nothing severe. Keep looking at DS racing about the place and remembering how much bleeding I had with him to reassure myself!

plipliop · 12/05/2019 07:44

@Seahawk80 hope you're ok. So stressful.

Gorillaandme · 12/05/2019 07:51

Just found out. Due 21/01/20 so excited!

plipliop · 12/05/2019 08:01

Congratulations @Gorillaandme

Ducky881 · 12/05/2019 08:32

@Dandelion3 last ivf cycle I booked myself in with a midwife sometime after the viability scan. I was probably about 7-8weeks by the time I went to the gp, who then referred me on. How far along will you be at the viability scan? It will be an internal scan, so an empty bladder.

I think you probably could book in with a midwife sooner rather than later though, as from memory there were certain tests they will want to do which are time sensitive, and non ivf pregnant women will register fairly early, so why not us!

mynameisMrG · 12/05/2019 08:41

Hope you’re both ok @MrsH and @Seahawk. What a stressful time for you x

MonicaGellerHyphenBing · 12/05/2019 08:47

@MrsH497 and @Seahawk80 I have everything crossed for you🤞

And yes to the vivid dreams, I had a dream on Thursday night that I took a test and it was a really strong positive, then it was Friday we found out! Probably just because it was on my mind but I’m choosing to believe I had a sixth sense about it Grin

@Dandelion3 I would try to book in with the midwife sooner rather than later as depending on your clinic, the midwife may only be in on certain days and appointments can book up quickly. My last baby was a clomid baby so we got a scan at 7 weeks and it was internal.

@jenface I haven’t been tracking my BBT at all but have just taken another IC to check it’s still there...congratulations on your pregnancy 🙂

mitzi2019 · 12/05/2019 08:52

@MrsH497 fingers crossed for you, did you suddenly get red blood or just more of the same? I still have brown spotting this morning but so far isn't getting heavier. Been going on six days now I'm really fed up. Think I'll get a seven week scan next weekend if nothing happens till then.

Gorillaandme · 12/05/2019 08:54

@plipliop thank you 😊

Missmonkeypenny · 12/05/2019 08:56

Also had some spotting yesterday, literally the tiniest amount of pale pink mixed in with the lovely progesterone pessary goo but I was an absolute state for a good hour or so - I called the clinic and they said that it sounds like irritation from the pessaries which I’m shoving up there three times a day and that spotting with IVF pregnancies is really common but I just know I’m going to be even more obsessively knicker checking now.

Ducky881 · 12/05/2019 09:26

@missmonkeypenny is it cyclogest that you are using? If it's irritating your cervix, you could ask them about using it rectally instead? I'm on crinone and cyclogest, so I take crinone vaginally and cyclogest rectally. The things we have to do Confused
