It looks like we filled up the last thread before anyone had a chance to start a new one, so here we go! Hope everyone finds their way over.

@karigan195 so glad you were seen again and got a bonus scan. Lovely to get a bit of reassurance too, hope the next 7 days go quickly for you.

Hi 👋 I'm late on the bus but hope it's ok to still join in.
I have just had my scan and my EDD is September 3rd. This will be baby number 4 for me 🙈 I have a 6 year old boy, 4 year old girl, and almost 14 month old boy.
Pregnancy so far hasn't been too bad. I've felt sick most evenings but have only been sick a handful of times. I had HG with my last baby and was completely petrified of getting it again. I'm so so thankful it hasn't come back as not sure how I would have managed.

Anyone else on here expecting number 4?
Have you already set up a Facebook group? If so can I please be added - MN threads always seem to die off and I don't want to get lost lol.

mumofthehs Welcome! I am expecting dc5 and due around 10th/11th. Next scan monday! I dont do FB so cant help you there but hope the thread keeps going!

Well, I still feel crap. :( day 6 of feeling like I want to die.

@Karigan195 aren't you just into your 14th week now? I'm 14 weeks today, I thought you are 14 weeks tomorrow!

Yeah my apps a bit confusing! It does the week by the one you’re starting and the actual date by what you’re on

Oh i dont understand because im due 28th aug and my app says I'm just on first day of week 14.

I find mine a bit confusing too but I like everything else about it 🤷‍♀️

Re apps, who had the one which tells you how big your uterus is each week?? I use ovia, it's ok, but a bit American and annoying. It has nice size comparisons for the baby each week.

Ok I downloaded it and it still says 14 weeks 1 day!

Oh wait i changed it to "current" not "completed" weeks and it says 15 now. But on Flo app it says I'm 13 weeks gestation and onto my 14th week wtf

Oh I must have it on the current setting then lol.

Isn’t the little baby you can download cool. Put volume up and you can hear heartbeat :)

It’s childish but I like to go on my belly and make the woman fatter too 😂

Had my second dating scan today. Baby was lying on it's tummy but measuring 13+1, EDD is still 4th September.

The nuchal measurement was 1.9 and the sonographer said that was well under the risky range so that was a relief.

Already booked in for the 20 week anomaly scan and the first growth scan at 28 weeks.

On the topic of a Facebook group - I know that one was set up on thread 1. At the time, I didn't join because the person who created it had one post with links to her blog, then immediately set up the FB group and never came back. Someone else questioned it and there wasn't a response so I was slightly suspicious!

I'm not sure if it's still running and active? I'd be happy to start a new one (and make other people admin) if that's what people want to do?

What's the general consensus? If at least 5 people want me to start a new one, then I am happy to. I don't want to step on any toes if there is already a group that people would prefer to join though.

@stroan the fb group is still going and can confirm there's no underlying thing with the creators blog or advertisement or anything. It's a secret group so folk need to be added, happy to do that if people want to pm me.

@Stroan I'd like a FB group. I always find them easier to keep up with and my previous groups are still very active on FB but not MN

I agree with what Easterbuns1 stated Stroan - it really is just us lot on there all talking similar to how we do on here tbh but with more photos etc! Certainly no sales or blogging pushed onto us, she is a lovely lady and I think she just has her blog and personal FB mixed is all!

Urgh, I really wish I’d name-changed before joining this group, I’d love to be in the Facebook group but hugely uncomfortable with linking my real life Facebook to this username.

Hi can I join? I’m an older mum to be of nearly 42
My two DD are 22 and 20 so big gap definitely not planned I’m with a new partner so was a big surprise but all good now, I’m 10 + 4 and have my 12 week scan a week on Monday it can’t cone soon enough, starting to feel more human again the terrible sickness has gone and a craving for burgers has replaced it !!

@Fortheloveofscience if you want to be added it will only be the person who adds you who knows your username. If it was me I would unfriend you once I'd added you because I'm quite private with my own fb so don't need to have people as fb friends as well as chatting in the group.

@Fortheloveofscience just do a NC, rejoin the thread, and move to the Facebook group?
I'm not comfortable on Facebook (tinfoil hat...) so hopefully some people will stay put over here??

I hope it's ok if I join you all? I would have joined the group sooner but after a previous pretty traumatic ectopic (ruptured) I was absolute terrified there would be nothing showing at my 12 week scan, so it was a huge relief to see a lovely bouncing tiny baby today! Lots of happy tears were shed!
I've been moved forward a tad, so 12+5 today, EDD 07/09/19
I look forward very much to getting to know you all... after a nap that is!! Please tell me the tiredness goes soon, I've never known anything like it!
