Hope no-one else has started a new thread, I couldn't find it if so.

Just wanted to send hugs of support to Holly. I hope it all goes well.

Will check in tomorrow if I can to update.

Good luck!

Ok so are we on this thread?

daisyboo · 27/06/2007 19:39

aaaarrrrrgghghghghgh....stop it, I'm getting dizzy

annobal · 27/06/2007 19:51

Evening everyone. I've just eaten 2 packs of pineapple from M&S and now have a really sore tongue and the runs (please do not tell me that the packet stuff doesn't work). How are you meant to eat SEVEN??? I was almost sick on the one kg I ate. As it is my tongue now feels like sandpaper!!!

Foxy, it all sounds really positive. I've decided this LO isn't coming til next week by which time I would have dilated a cm a day and on day 10 I just have to sneeze... aaahh, if only!!!

daisyboo · 27/06/2007 19:51

Foxy....normal life getting back to normal....ie still not ironing or tidying or dusting

Oh FFS.......I've just had DS out of bed, covered from chin to forhead in green stuff, telling me he was hungry.

What have you been doing? I asked

"Nothing mum"

No Cameron, what have you been doing?

"Nothing"

I'm going to ask you once more before I show you a mirror....

"Playing with my soldier toys"

And......

"Nothing"

"...and licking a green pen"

Turns out he was trying to do camoflague paint. It's all over his face and hands and tongue and up his nose. I've left it for his Dad to see in the morning, LOL. Thankfully it was a crayola pen which washes off and is non-toxic.....I was desperately trying not to pi$$ myself laughing at him

foxybrown · 27/06/2007 19:53

OH ROFL!!!!

annobal · 27/06/2007 19:55

hollyandalice · 27/06/2007 19:55

Daisy you must spend your life in stitches! Red Ranger is so funny!

Alice just found the sudocreme! That was fun! Now my dining room carpet smells like a chemist!

derlor · 27/06/2007 19:59

Ok so we're all here now? DON'T MOVE!!!!

daisyboo · 27/06/2007 19:59

At least this time it wasn't my new Estee Lauder lippy......he covered himself in one once and I'd only bought it that day....I was not impressed, and that stuff is a bugger to get off!

He certainly makes life interesting, and now I'm on the ADs I can actually see the funny side of things

Are we stopping here this evening...I seem to be jumping backwards and forwards!

daisyboo · 27/06/2007 20:01

Round and round and round they go....where they'll stop, nobody knows.....

daisyboo · 27/06/2007 20:02

I'm having curry for tea....is that a bad idea?

derlor · 27/06/2007 20:04

foxybrown · 27/06/2007 20:07

Oh go on, link it someone please! I'm in the mood for a fight!

Now, enough of sleep deprivation, cracked nips, puking and pooing. Tell us about the good stuff!!

There is some in these early days, isn't there?

hollyandalice · 27/06/2007 20:10

Loads of good stuff foxy! William smells lovely (when he hasn't puked) and he is lovely and soft and wonderful to cuddle! Oh and dressing him in little sleepsuits and nappies!

foxybrown · 27/06/2007 20:23

Can't eat 12 Ice Cream Snickers in 3 days, though can I?

daisyboo · 27/06/2007 20:25

Here it is but I seem to have killed it stone dead.

That always happens to me....

daisyboo · 27/06/2007 20:25

Foxy....if you use your 500 extra calories for snickers ice-cream you can.

I had one the other day, it was gorgeous!

derlor · 27/06/2007 20:36

oh Daisy you are so kind, thanks for sticking up for me x
was tempted to post but.....no, i won't get involved it's just not worth it
i need chocolate

daisyboo · 27/06/2007 20:38

I've gone off chocolate since having DD....but not Magnums (had a caramel one the other day, it was deeeeeeliicious), or sugary boiled sweets.

derlor · 27/06/2007 20:44

yeah i've gone off chocolate too Daisy, except for Drifters, chocolate oranges, breakaways, tunnocks caramel logs.......

foxybrown · 27/06/2007 20:45

OK Ladies, I'm off to bed. Sleep well everyone - wishing you a good 5 hours (each, not between you )

I'll text you Derlor if it kicks off!

xx

derlor · 27/06/2007 20:46

oh how exciting i'll take my phone to bed just in case fingers crossed xx

daisyboo · 27/06/2007 20:47

Oh, tunnocks caramel logs......that's the one thing that I really miss since going gluten free.....I loved those

How are the DCs liking their new little sister Derlor?

daisyboo · 27/06/2007 20:48

Foxy, your bedtime is getting earlier every night, LOL. You're just gloating, aren't you?

derlor · 27/06/2007 20:50

they adore her daisy, thank God!!!
DD1 can be a bit of a handful at times (typical 3 yr old) but she just loves her new wee sis to bits. DS just wants to hold her all the time, he is really proud.
how about MRR, has he taken well to his new wee sis?
