Hope you are all well. Daisy - good to read about your sleep, there is hope for us yet! DD is sleeping fine, I just have to learn to nap! Not very good at it! Having a fretful time bfing but we are getting there. Norks are massive and hard. All is well though.

Daisy lucky you, having a lovely sleep. Yes babies do get more efficient at sucking and often what used to be a 20 min feed they can easily get the equivalent amount in 5 mins when they get bigger and better at it.

Bumper - try having a really hot bath and slowly massage your boobs starting at the top going towards the nipple - really helps, also soak a muslin in hot water and place on boob whilst feeding obviously up high so not touching baby!

Not had a lot to say...40+2 today. I'm quite sore-head is full engaged so very low and uncomfortable. Lots of strong BH but nothing is getting regular for long enough! I was hoping to be holding a baby by now, but seem to have gone through impatience and out the other side. Can't quite believe it's ever going to happen now!

Congratulations to Holly. What a size! Sounds like labour was quick though.

Just wanted to say I heard from Mytwocents the other day, her house went through in the end and she'l be moving end of the month. Will keep you all posted on her news.

Catsuitgirl hasn't posted since tuesday before last, she was due for induction so maybe she has a baby by now.

Just got a text from Seansgirl. She seems to be doing well but not getting much sleep! Unlike me - I have been asleep for the last 3 hours while DH took dc to a party. Don't think I'll get away with that again in a hurry

Well done Holly. Hope it was all ok despite being in hopsital. Funny how mnet takes over - I was thinking about you all night too whilst awake from 2am-5.30 feeding and listening to DH snoring (if I could have managed to free up one of my hands I would have shoved his nuts up his nostrils!)

Poor DH has gone back to work this evening. DS2 cried cos he was going and so did I...doesn't help does it. He is SO pissed off but can't make a fuss as is worried that he will lose his job before he finds another. I love my life!

She looks terribly ill though, it's always worse when you don't see someone for ages, it was a bit of a shock really, but we've had a very candid conversation about how this is the beginning of the end and she's prepared for it. She's very brave and the journey must have taken it out of her a bit.
