It is nearly December and I am sure all we want for Xmas are healthy pregnancies and babies

Good luck to everyone still here and so sorry for how many we have already lost on the way

I’m in the EPU till Monday :( I have fluid on my right tube and a small swelling, hopefully it’s nothing and when they do my HCG on Monday it’ll will have doubled and by next week they will be able to see a healthy little bean 🤞🏻

@Frazzlerock, that sounds horrible! I agree this group is very supportive. It's such a shame that that's the exception rather than the norm.

I hope the 2016 group wasn't the one I was in. I don't remember anything like that, but doesn't mean it wasn't :(

Thinking of you, @AIDE2424! Are you all stocked up with games/books/programmes on an iPad/etc.?

I hope your stay isn't too laborious. I'm sure the rest will do you good, though I know cabin fever isn't much fun!

@frazzlerock it’s the not knowing what happening that’s the worse, I keep speaking to the baby begging it to develop it the correct place 😬xx

@delilah7 lol sorry for you feeling poorly, especially outside m and s, what a place, did you pop in and look for some new bras? I was there today after swollen boobs yesterday I couldn’t bring myself to get an E cup 🤭😵

@Delilah7 that's mortifying! It's times like that I think a baby on board badge would be really useful to stop people thinking you're some random drunk who's had a bit too much lol

@Frazzlerock, ah, not my month then. Hopefully March was an exception.

Just back from my booking-in appointment, and it feels more real now. I mentioned that I was thinking of an ELCS after what happened last time and the midwife just said 'yeah, ok', and crossed out the VBAC meeting and booked me in for a consultant appointment to discuss ELCS.

I was amazed she just agreed like that. I had figured there would be several discussions, and also that they wouldn't even be interested in talking about it until much later down the line. I wasn't even planning to mention it and only did because something relevant came up.

Just rang to chase as still hadn't heard. Results back but doctor went home before calling me. Nurse wouldn't read out my hcg levels and said it has to be a doctor. Left number again but she said there's no guarantee it'll be today. Thanks as if I wasn't anxious enough

Lots, and lots of love to those who have had bad news this week. I only found this thread today and have been catching up on it all periodically throughout the day. I'm so sorry for the losses.
God I feel dog tired today. And my boobs are tender but I remember with DC1 they were excruciating! We found out I was pregnant a week ago tomorrow, and this week seems to have gone so slowly! I can't wait for my scan in 2 weeks time. Just want to see that everything's in the right place. Did a CB digital about an hour ago and it said 2-3 weeks - that's about right isn't it, for 4w6d? My pee was pretty diluted....

@TwinkleDay I'm an E cup before pregnancy 😂🙈

@RooKangaroo I hope my midwife is like yours. I'm going to ask for an ELCS too as my last 2 natural labours ended quite dramatically. I'm terrified to go through labour & birth again. I'm hoping that that, and my age (39, will be 40 just before due date) will mean that they don't argue....

When I went to the loo this morning and once this afternoon it was a tiny bit brown when I wiped. That’s ok isn’t it? X

@Giraffe888 Brown blood is old blood so yes, am sure it's totally ok. Hard not to worry but brown blood isn't a concern xx

@TwinkleDay funnily enough we were just going to have some good from there!! Haha. I need new bras!! Mine are GS without pregnancy so I'm dreading how big they'll get 😂😂😂

Me about it!! Luckily no one was really staring and someone actually came up to me and asked me if I was ok!

My levels rised from 3410 to 5106. Doctor was concerned they haven't doubled. Going back on Monday for more to check again

@Giraffe888 I am having the same with brown discharge. Trying not to panic. Had problems with bleeding for the whole 1st trimester in my last pregnancy (that ended successfully but hospital said could go either way) and really don't want to go through this anxiety again.
