Starting a new thread as we near the 1000 comment mark on the Part 2 one!

It is nearly December and I am sure all we want for Xmas are healthy pregnancies and babies Star

Good luck to everyone still here and so sorry for how many we have already lost on the way Flowers

haha, funny that is just bloat at this stage though, but it seems to be just on my tummy. I've not gained weight anywhere else and I also haven't gained weight on the scales either so I am sure I haven't 'just got fat'

TwittleBee · 23/11/2018 11:29

idk if it is aaaaaal bloat? surely our bodies must know to prep the uterus and get more protection on that area with subsequent babies?

OP posts:
Frazzlerock · 23/11/2018 11:32

That what I was thinking... and even though I've only had two children, I am on my 5th pregnancy so my muscles are probably like "I give up!"

TwittleBee · 23/11/2018 11:35

yeah so surely bloat is easier for your body to show too I guess as muscles are more lax? Dreading how big I am gonna be this time! Had a 7lb at 37 weeks and my bump was massive, always got "woah, bet you are gonna drop soon!" comments (which is why I was so upset at how rubbish I was treated on the tube despite my bump on board badge!)

OP posts:
Frazzlerock · 23/11/2018 11:39

I was huge with the DS's too. They were big babies though - 9lb 12 and 8lb 5.
Yeah I'd be irate if I was treated the same way! People are very impatient when commuting.

Giraffe888 · 23/11/2018 11:40

My stomach is so bloated but yet scales say I’ve lost 2lbs this week. I ate half the amount I’d usually eat for tea last night and I felt like I’d had a 4 course meal! X

itslilsebastian · 23/11/2018 11:46

Scan done, very small gestational sac, no fetal pole and no yolk sac. They managed to do it transvaginally in the end too. Is this normal? Am I just too early? They wouldn't confirm pregnancy either way.

BettySwoll0cks · 23/11/2018 11:51

I'm out ladies. No fetal pole at 6+2. Another failed pregnancy - how depressing. Good luck I everybody else.

Frazzlerock · 23/11/2018 11:51

@itslilsebastian remind me how many weeks you are?

TwittleBee · 23/11/2018 11:51

itslilsebastian how many weeks are you again? Might just be too early, not great positioning despite it being done transvag? Did they say to come back for another one?

I suspect I may be out :(
Went to the loo about half an hour ago, tmi I'm sorry, have been so constipated but managed to go, had some blood when I wiped, assumed from there as really really sore.
Went back 10 mins later and no more blood from there but brownish clots coming out of my vagina.
Have tummy cramps too.
Waiting for a call back from my midwife.... I'm at work, only told boss I was pregnant on Weds :( so so gutted

TwittleBee · 23/11/2018 11:52

BettySwoll0cks oh no! I am so sorry to read that Sad oh my heart breaks for you. I wish you all the best for the future lovely Flowers

Frazzlerock · 23/11/2018 11:52

@BettySwoll0cks I am so so sorry for you darling. Message me if you need to let off some steam. As you know, I've been there xx

itslilsebastian · 23/11/2018 11:52

@Frazzlerock @TwittleBee I think I'm 5 weeks today.

TwittleBee · 23/11/2018 11:53

ratherbeshowjumping oh no! there is a chance you could still be okay. I really hope you are. Can you refer yourself to the EPU whilst you wait for the callback?

OP posts:
itslilsebastian · 23/11/2018 11:53

Going back in 10 days.

Frazzlerock · 23/11/2018 11:53

@ratherbeshowjumping oh shit, god I hope this is a false alarm for you. Please let us know what the midwife suggests won't you. Isn't brown blood okay?

TwittleBee · 23/11/2018 11:54

itslilsebastian I had a scan at 5+4 and only just could see my yolk in the sac! So possibly your yolk isnt visible yet? 5 weeks is super early. Maybe go back at 7 weeks? That was what I was advised to do

OP posts:
Frazzlerock · 23/11/2018 11:54

@itslilsebastian if that is by LMP then you might be much less than that, cling to the hope that it is simply too early xx

SnailorSwift · 23/11/2018 11:56

So sorry @BettySwoll0cks look after yourself lovely.

@ratherbeshowjumping hope midwife gets back to you soon. Hopeful for you 💕

Giraffe888 · 23/11/2018 11:56

@bettyswoll0cks I’m so so sorry. Sending you lots of love x

SnailorSwift · 23/11/2018 11:59

@Giraffe888 I'm dropping weight too - down 3lb this week but look so bloated and feel full and uncomfortable after eating the smallest amounts.

My nausea is awful still which isn't helping.

ratherbeshowjumping · 23/11/2018 12:02

I don't know what the best thing to do is....?
Am I overreacting going to A&E? Who do I call...?
Feels like midwife is taking an age to get back to me....
It's thundering and lightning and my horses are out in the field in it and I need to go up there too but I can't as need to wait for this call from midwife. Ffs.

Frazzlerock · 23/11/2018 12:14

Oh @ratherbeshowjumping do you have any neighbours who can help you with the horses?
