So many that have the potential for January babies or early Feb. Very exciting! Does anyone have a date mid Feb? I’m due 16th but feels like I’m so far behind everyone....patience is not a great quality of mine! Lol

How are you? @ LookingAtTheStars89

@cw96 I know, same here! It is flying but I’m so looking forward to meeting baby and I love looking at my app on a Sunday to see how big she is now - the size of a Hawaiian pineapple 🍍 apparently! I thought it funny our mothers both think our babies will come early too!

Yakadee · 25/11/2018 20:55

@Since2016 - so, just been on there. Found 4 things I liked, went through the whole thing and then for some reason it didn't like my card so I have to redo the thing! 🤦‍♀️

sickmumma · 25/11/2018 21:10

Ah I am still only 26 weeks! Due 28th Feb but my babies have all come at 38ish weeks so I am hoping for mid Feb baby! 🤞🏻 knowing my luck I will go overdue 🙈

Scary to think some of you ladies only have a couple of months to go! It's coming round so quickly now!!

Surprisedmom · 25/11/2018 21:23

@bubblybrit i’m due mid February (14th) but in my head I think he’ll arrive early, although I probably ought to stop thinking that way incase he’s late.

bubblybrit · 25/11/2018 21:39

@Surprisedmom. I have been told that first babies are usually overdue which I hope isn’t the case. I’m 28 weeks and feel as if I’ve been pregnant for eternity! A valentines baby would be lovely x

Since2016 · 25/11/2018 21:41

I’m due 15th but will be (hopefully) an ELCS the week before.

Everyone told me I’d be early - I was huge. But nope... and no one I knew was early... defintely better to plan to be overdue but pack anyway! Otherwise you’ll send yourself mad!

Really struggling to dress this bump!! It just seems all maternity clothes are super 'Mumsy' and really unflattering on me! All I want is nice outfits for my Christmas party, Christmas Day and the baby shower, I'm fine looking like a sack of potatoes the rest of the time but I just can't find anything. Has anyone got any suggestions on where to shop? X

maxiflump1 · 25/11/2018 21:58

@1stTimeTina I've bought a couple of katie piper maternity dresses second hand from eBay and they are lovely. Really flattering and had lots of compliments on them. Quite reasonably priced too.

I feel absolutely massive today 😩

Struggling big time with the ribs!

1stTimeTina · 25/11/2018 22:08

@maxiflump1 that's probs the nicest one I've seen! Thank you :) I'll have a look now! X

bubblybrit · 25/11/2018 22:09

@babyp160. Had my 28 week mw appointment on Friday and she was able to locate a foot in my ribs! It even hurts to breathe 😩

Yakadee · 25/11/2018 22:12

@1stTimeTina - there were some nice things on asos when I looked earlier on. X

Notquiteagandt · 25/11/2018 22:13

See I feel loads smaller this week. Shes really dropped. So my bumps completely changed shape.

Feel like im walking as if I have a melon between my legs 😂😂😂

But at least her feet are now out my ribs as lower! Making most of it for a few days before she grows longer and can reach again!!

NotAsGreenAsCabbageLooking · 25/11/2018 22:13

My first son was due 17th Feb, his birthday is 4th March... 2 weeks late. I had a couple of sweeps but there’s no way I’d be induced unless it was medically necessary, I am a firm believer in babies coming when they are ready, 40 weeks isn’t a ‘one size fits all’ timeframe.. 🤷🏻‍♀️

My second son was 12 days over, so on that basis... I’m not expecting this one to come early, but who knows..? I’d like him to come on his due date (14/2) as it’s pretty much in between my two kids birthdays.

babyp160 · 25/11/2018 22:33

@bubblybrit I have a28 week on Wednesday so think ill be the same

@Notquiteagandt a little jealous right now lol

powkin · 25/11/2018 22:54

I’m due on the 22nd, so the potential to go into March! I’m hoping they aren’t that early as working until end of January and not at all prepared.

Boohoo has a mega sale on, at least for next hour(!) and they have nice cheap maternity party things. I don’t see the point in spending a load of money on a dress I’ll wear once or twice. I got a velvety swing dress for £14. No chance my smart shoes will fit though so god knows about that.

Camsie30 · 25/11/2018 23:15

@NotAsGreenAsCabbageLooking I'm with you regarding induction etc... I was pretty stunned at my first consultant appointment when she wanted to schedule an induction. I declined in a polite but firm manner!!

Celebelly · 25/11/2018 23:56

Baby's been all up in my ribs lately too. It's pretty uncomfortable! Sometimes a shoogle around convinces her to move a bit, but every so often something (her bum?!) sticks out just under my ribs and I have to poke it to make it move Grin

NotAsGreenAsCabbageLooking · 26/11/2018 00:08

@camsie30 I remember them telling me that they wouldn’t let me go over 12 days late, and that they’d induce me at that point... they got a firm no from me too! I was happy to undergo any monitoring etc. but if my babies are just not ready then they stay out till they are. I’m not forcefully evicting them for no good reason 🤷🏻‍♀️

Welshshepherdess · 26/11/2018 07:34

Ugh it’s Monday 😩 I’ve had the worst 24 hours of being pregnant. Little one is so low I can hardly move. And when I do move I’m feeling squished. I’m tired even though I only woke once in the night. I can’t find trousers that don’t squish the bump this morning. And little bundle of joy just keeps kicking my bladder and pressing down so low it’s nice she kicks I just wished she kicked somewhere else 😭😭😭 30 was tomorrow.

Yakadee · 26/11/2018 08:10

@Welshshepherdess - feel for you - I've been getting a lot of bladder kicks, really not nice!!

Today I am taking a sick day. It's been a long time coming really. I actually slept a bit better last night so hoping that'll make me feel a lot better. Xx
