she was off to re-check her hospital bag.....and is probably panicking cos she's forgotten something important like maternity pads, LOL.

mumof4aceboys · 20/06/2007 16:25

Dont want to scare you but I do know that if TA's in really established labour paracetamol wont touch it!!

Bumper - seems like this is it for you too! hope you are OK and doing well. Hopefully your silence means you are getting on with it and have a beautiful son or daughter very soon.

Ria, congratulations! Can't wait to hear the details. Anyone know if its a son or daughter?

annobal · 20/06/2007 16:47

Fantastic news.

GO TA!! GO BUMPER! Who is TA's text buddy?

Just back from my walk (have been at the park with friends since lunch time).

Cooking sausages for T&G for dinner - for something totally different . At least I'm in a better mood now - think the grumps have been blown out of me.

daisyboo · 20/06/2007 16:47

oh, hi Foxy....was wondering where you were...

When are you going to Ascot?....we've been watching it, so get yourself in front of a camera...I want to check out your hat!

trendaverter · 20/06/2007 16:54

Hello!

OW OW OW OW OW

ok, repacked bag...remembered the pads Daisy but no knickers lol!

Then I packed a bag for DH. He's good but I knew he'd forget something he might need if I left it to him.

The pains were coming thick and fast and I was adopting some interesting poses, but I had a shower which seems to have slowed things down a bit and given me some relief. Was advised by MW not to have a bath as no-one knows when my waters broke, oops.

So anyway am having a relatively comfortable moment.

trendaverter · 20/06/2007 16:57

Oh well, pain relief from shower didn't last long.

Back to 1 minute long contractions. Mum is on her way over, I am on the lucozade!

annobal · 20/06/2007 16:57

GOOD LUCK TA. When are you going to hospital?

trendaverter · 20/06/2007 16:58

Dunno yet...probably when I stop being able to spell check my posts

annobal · 20/06/2007 17:00

LOL - remember to breathe through the contractions as it makes it not so painful

trendaverter · 20/06/2007 17:02

DKMA, what's the latest? How are you?

Derlor am glad you hear you aren't producing needles instead of milk any more

trendaverter · 20/06/2007 17:03

yes I seem to tense up with them which doesn't help, have to force myself to relax.

They are still quite irregular but when they come, you sure know about it.

How are you anyway?

annobal · 20/06/2007 17:11

A little less grumpy than this morning, thank god. I think the fresh air blew it out of me. That, and DSs playing with friend for 3 hours solid . Still having loads of BHs but nothing regular or more painful...

It is really hard to focus on anything through a contraction but it does help, honestly!

trendaverter · 20/06/2007 17:14

Very tired

Need a sleep...maybe back later, maybe not xx

annobal · 20/06/2007 17:18

Hope you can get a good rest. Sending you lots of quick and pain-free labour vibes xxx

justbeme · 20/06/2007 17:20

Back from MW
Looks like I just missed you TA!
Got my phone ready for the all important news!
You're doing SO well!

MW happy with me - says no urine infection - the dull ache in my fanjo is just one of those things when you get this PG!
She said head had moved down abit and marked my notes 3/5.

Looks like we might have an exciting night ahead with all this action on here!!
Any one else????

lulumama · 20/06/2007 17:21

sending lots of birthy vibes your way, TA

am in awe of your patience and your strenght x

daisyboo · 20/06/2007 17:24
