How exciting Ria! Good luck!!

TA that also sounds really promising. OOh I really hope it happens for you today.

Bugger - I'm going to be out most of today but will check back in at lunchtime - please update!

Good luck xx

trendaverter · 19/06/2007 07:49

Oh Annobal I have given up now, I am all geared up to be induced friday. Nothing happening here, just slime!

bumperlicious · 19/06/2007 07:54

I think I may be anti-nesting. I have got to the point where my house is such a mess and needs cleaning, but I just don't care any more!

What do this mean? Am I going into pregnancy retrograde?

annobal · 19/06/2007 08:00

Bumper, I think it means that you're not going to have a baby and that you aren't pg anymore

annobal · 19/06/2007 08:00

You never know TA - these things can happen very quickly!

bumperlicious · 19/06/2007 08:01

Yep, maybe it's all a big mistake and just really bad wind!

We tested our tens machine last night, I was so much of a wuss I made DH try it on first! It actually wasn't at all like I thought. I thought I'd feel like I was being electrocuted!

trendaverter · 19/06/2007 08:10

I agree Bumper - I no longer think I am pregnant. Just really fat.

trendaverter · 19/06/2007 08:11

ok I am off to get ready and go to hospital for daily checks, CTGs and the like.

Back later!

bumperlicious · 19/06/2007 08:17

Good luck! Try and drop the baby some hints while you are in hospital!

bumperlicious · 19/06/2007 08:51

Just seen that too! Good news.

Hmm, I think I'm going to make marslady's famous lemon drizzle cake today seeing as this baby is obviously not putting in an appearance.

HAPPY DUE DATE TO ME!!! When will this blardy baby arrive?!

Good luck at the hosp TA you mucousy madam!!

Hope things are kicking off Ria, it all sounds positive!

I feel quite energetic and alive today, which is odd. Doesn't bode well for having a baby today though!

daisyboo · 19/06/2007 09:38

It's all ging on here isn't it.....should we brace ourselves for a flurry of babies?

Ria are you still about? I know you don't normally come on much through the day but you can't keep us in suspenders like that!

Did my first solo night with the LO....DH slept on the sofa...and it wasn't too bad. Now I just have to factor in getting DS up and ready for school as well as getting dressed, feeding LO having breakfast, sorting out clean ironed clothes for DS etc etc. Thankfully he gets school dinners!

daisyboo · 19/06/2007 09:47

mumof4aceboys · 19/06/2007 10:01

hollyandalice · 19/06/2007 10:02

How are you feeling this morning daisy? I guess having 2 children requires serious organisation! Ooops, there's me buggered! I can see us not getting dressed for 6 weeks!

daisyboo · 19/06/2007 10:06

feeling ok his morning, but nips sore as madam isn't latching on properly. she tucks her chin into her chest rather than leaning her head back and is nibbling me a bit [ouch]

at least you don't need to do the school run.

i take my hat off to foxy....i can do with some organisational tips from her!

mumof4aceboys · 19/06/2007 10:07

Hi Daisey - tough getting organised int it! my tip is just to do as much as you possibly can the night or day b4. People laff at me as its like a milliatry excersise ere! I make all the sandwiches the day b4, do the ironing as it comes off the line, empty the dishwasher the night b4 & set the kitchen table, get brekkie stuff out. Doing all this at night means you have less time to eat too

I know some people dont like being too organised ut I find it really helps me stay in control.

hollyandalice · 19/06/2007 10:10

Yes daisy, that is true! I am quite lucky that I don't actually have to leave the house! I can see cbeebies being my bestest friend soon!

Sorry for your poor nipps! Hope em gets the hang of it soon, sore norks are not good !

trace2 · 19/06/2007 10:14

hi all i am trying to join in just not had time, dont know how you all finding time lol,

how much is your lols whos on bottle taking? chole only taking an ounce every 3 hours hours but we have to wake her for it too

daisyboo · 19/06/2007 10:14

lol mumof4....I'm a bit....well actually, I'm a huge....domestic slut, so I'd better change my slovenly ways!!

nips not too bad, but she is flattening them on the side of her bottom lip. have tried repositioning to no effect. even if she goes on correctly, she re-adjusts herself 2 mins into the feed. don't notice how sore till after when nips tingke in a nippy fashion for ages!

trace2 · 19/06/2007 10:15
