New thread for those of us due in June 2019 😊

Just booked an early scan for Sunday, couldn't resist... getting nervous now though, really hope everything will be ok. Feeling awful at the moment, not sure if that's a good or a bad sign...

@beardotdo @nataliebee I had to sleep in PJ's last night I was so cold! Warm again now :)

@collywombles you must be so relieved, those numbers are amazing!

I've just used my last two tests. It's the first time I've seen my test line darker than my control line..

Haha @Curlywurly3 I just did my last CB digital this morning too and got the 3plus - now it's time to step away from the tests!
DD finally slept all night last night for the first time in 8 or 9 days, so I at last had a better sleep - though I woke up at 5 feeling grim. Not sure if it's morning sickness as such but I think I remember this general feeling of crappiness from last pregnancy...hard to explain but I just feel bleurgh!

@toomanyflatwhites I agree, it is time to step away from the tests! CB are definately missing a trick though only going to 3+ I'd probably buy another one if it went to 4-5 or even higher! 🙈 Very expensive hobby!

I did another yesterday. My first was rather feint but yesterday's showed a nice clear cross. I have one more left in the box so will no doubt have the urge to pee on it at some point!
Bizarrely I only took one test with my first. I was never in any doubt as we'd be trying for a while. This one happened rather quickly after starting TTC. We'd barely DTD

Always nice to see some progression @Pigriver! And I know what you mean - with DD she could have been conceived in any one of 4 nights during my fertile week, whereas this lucky bean was a one hit wonder - the difference between TTC#1 and #2!!

Thanks for the positive words everyone! I'm feeling more rational about it today, particularly as my nausea has really ramped up.

I’m still feeling ok 🤷‍♀️ I really want to book a scan next week, will be 6 weeks on Monday but I know we run the risk of not seeing a heartbeat in case baby implanted late ect and that would cause more worry.

Bless you @MadeInCornwallx3 thank you for thinking of me! Bleeding appeared to stop last night and hasn't come back since but I'm fairly certain this also happened last time so I'm just keeping calm and waiting it out. Scan is booked for Monday morning so hopefully nothing untoward happens until then!

Convincing myself I can feel cramping though. Though boobs still slightly sore at the bottom and I was very nauseous when I woke up. Temp still about 36.8 ish (normal non pregnant bbt is around 36.6).

@jacquejacque Well I'm glad it's stopped for now and all the other signs seem ok.

Today is going so slowly. Scan later - this is probably why its so slow! Apologies to the lady who messaged me about the Facebook group - I can't get it to work so please check your email is ok!

Had lots of cramping and aches yesterday afternoon/evening. Have been overdoing it. Nauseous this morning again.

Morning all, at what point are people thinking an early scan might be worth booking? I'll get one at 8 weeks anyway due to circumstances but that feels too far away! (5+3 today)

we had one that turned out to be 6+4 last time, and didn't see much. They found a flickering heartbeat but it wasn't very interesting!!!

This time we are booked in for 8+1. A friend saw a jellybaby style blob around 7+3 ish.

@SassehMonsta Goodluck for the scan! We had one this week and this was 8+2 and we could see way more than at 6 weeks!

Also someone is here fixing my sofa and the noise from the drill is ramping my sickness up x10 boke

@toasterstrudle I had one at 5+4 last time and couldn't see anything really - a yolk sac and a teeny tiny fetal pole. Went back at 7+2 and there was a definite bean with a heartbeat.

This time as we're not under the fertility clinic I don't get an early scan automatically, so I'm going to talk to my mw at my booking appointment next Tuesday. If she refers me for an early scan due to my uncertainty about dates, (I think I'll be 7+3 but by LMP it'd be 9+3) great, if not I think I'll go for a private one whenever they can fit me in.

Glad to hear it's stopped now, @jacquejacque. I hope that you can get some rest this weekend.

We have a scan booked for 8+2. It seems like a lot of people go for the eighth week and that you have a better chance of seeing something. Also if the pregnancy is viable, it would still seem like an eternity to wait for the dating scan so I didn't want to increase the time between the two.

To be perfectly honest, I'm not looking forward to mine. I don't have many symptoms at all anymore, so I'm really starting to doubt I'll see anything next week.

Just of interest, how much are the private scans?

@Curlywurly3 I think it depends on where you are, but around here it’s about £90.

I am SO tired. I’m on my lunch break at work and I’m wondering how I’m going to last here until 6:30pm? DTs were up several times in the night which hasn’t helped at all.

@Curlywurly3 there’s a place near me that does early scans for £40. I still haven’t decided when to have one.
