Hope you dog is ok soon TA!
Just back from a walk with mine - had some strong pains in my fanjo and niggles in my tummy!!
Mind you all that talk of thrush yesterday - I think ive come down with it now!! Must have been the new shower gel i used. grrr. So probably the pains are linked.......
However, I do feel very "nesty" today - so am going off in a while to clear the house up for the weekend.
Ive got a friends 40th party tomorrow - havent seen most people there for 8 mths - so will prob feel embaressed walking in with my big bump (which I think has dropped BTW)!!

foxybrown · 15/06/2007 11:01

Hey TrendAverter - wotcha doin here???

hollyandalice · 15/06/2007 11:02

Everytime I take off my bra I have to shake all the crumbs out! Dp says I save them for Ron (Later Ron)!!

hollyandalice · 15/06/2007 11:03

I told her off earlier foxy for holding up the queue!

hollyandalice · 15/06/2007 11:04

IKWYM JBM about bump embarrasment! People you haven't seen for ages always comment on how big you are and fuss over you. I hate it!

foxybrown · 15/06/2007 11:09

Right, all up to date now.

Congratulations DG! What a fantastic birth, well done you! Am so very happy for you xxxxx

TA, its going to happen. And when it does he or she will have a lovely head of hair! Much better for the photos

Have just sent mine off with a wave and a tear. DP did offer me a quickie before he left, but I had to decline for fear of it setting me off.

Right off to congratulate AuntyManda and have a word with the July thread!

trendaverter · 15/06/2007 11:16

Morning Foxy and JBM!

I have been on the phone to my mum. She thinks I am keeping it in for attention. She is joking of course.
I told her that I have just been practising my pelvic floor muscles so much I think I could hold it in there til it's a teenager.

hollyandalice · 15/06/2007 11:18

My mum thinks I'm lazy for not having it yet! She never went over 38 weeks and apparently it was because she was always scrubbing the kitchen floor and mowing the lawn! I tell her to piss off!

foxybrown · 15/06/2007 11:25

Well, they didn't have MN in those days? Or they'd have all been sat on their arses all day too!

I'm going to waddle down to M&S to pick up some yumpcious things. Then I'm going to come back and sort the toys.

Have already had one phone call on the road "where are billy's crayons?" They are in his bag, which he is probably holding. Why can boys not look properly???

foxybrown · 15/06/2007 11:28

Ah ha! I am 38 weeks today! Just another 4 to go then [grumpy emoticon]

hollyandalice · 15/06/2007 11:28

Because boys are silly and quite often blind to things that are right in front of their faces!

Hope your waters break in M&S! You can tell us if you actually get any free stuff! Please can you buy me some chocolate cheesecake slices, some orange juice with raspberry puree and some percy pigs?! Oh I am so going to M&S tonight!

trendaverter · 15/06/2007 11:28

There is bugger all activity on the post natal thread. I think we're best off here to be honest.

Going to go to sainsbury's this afternoon - I don't need anything but the dog is too sick to walk and I need an excuse to get out and about.

trendaverter · 15/06/2007 11:29

DO M&S give free stuff for waters breaking? Mothercare do... I would just be happy if they broke, I am not fussy where

foxybrown · 15/06/2007 11:31

I love percy pigs too! Have grapefruit juice and some chocolate covered brazil nuts on my list, then anything else that takes my fancy. mmmmMMM!

hollyandalice · 15/06/2007 11:31

I'm going to sainsburys later too TA. We have a great out of town M&S and Sainsburys joined together! They are massive and brilliant! Can you let me know if the Ribena is still BOGOF? I need to stock up!

foxybrown · 15/06/2007 11:31

I had a HUGE twinge in Poundland yesterday

hollyandalice · 15/06/2007 11:32

Percy pigs are the dog's bollocks!! Yum! I might take my crochet hook to M&S with me!!

foxybrown · 15/06/2007 11:32

It was when I did my internet shop last night. Not sure if Snickers still are though.

foxybrown · 15/06/2007 11:33

any announcement from Nikie1? She's not updated her thread yet.

hollyandalice · 15/06/2007 11:37

Nope, none yet. The Ribena is still BOGOF, I just checked the website. I bet they've only got really light left in the shop! I farking hate that shit!

BadZelda · 15/06/2007 11:38

Morning ladies!

Big congrats to DG - you made that sound like a walk in the park! Come on TA I am doing heavy visualisation for you today...elephant snot is good though.

hollyandalice · 15/06/2007 11:39

Morning BZ! How are you and Matilda?

foxybrown · 15/06/2007 11:46

Hi BZ! how's it going?

trendaverter · 15/06/2007 11:47

No the snickers aren't

just had more elephant snot, what gives? Good lord no wonder it wasn't coming out, it had 3 tonnes of mucous blocking the way!

riabutterflew · 15/06/2007 11:49

Congratulations DG, hope the after-pains ease soon.

My twinges have gone.

It's bloody raining and miserable. I hate days like this. I have put on the heating and am going to eat - A LOT.

Hope you have a nice weekend foxy. Lucky you .
