Of the afternoon and have awful head ach but from
What ppl
Have wrote today around 12 weeks is the time
For head aches xxx

Lookingforadvice123 · 05/08/2018 18:15

11 weeks today and my nausea has gotten worse the last couple of days Sad not as bad as it was week 9 (as I felt like I was dying) but worse than it's been this week, which is annoying. I'm sure this NEVER ENDING heatwave isn't helping.

LookingAtTheStars89 · 05/08/2018 19:22

@Alicejj8x. I've had a stinking headache too :-(

LittleKitty1985 · 05/08/2018 19:34

My scan went well, so amazing to see it's little arms and legs wriggling! However my due date has been adjusted to March 2nd so now I'm in the wrong chat group haha!

Alicejj8x · 05/08/2018 19:42

@LookingAtTheStars89
Ahh do you :(
It's just hot shifting and I'm trying not to take paracetamol but if it doesn't go soon I may have to :/

Yakadee · 05/08/2018 20:02

For those suffering with headaches, I bought some 4head yesterday and so far it's working a treat. The minute I get a hint of one I put it on and it doesn't seem to get worse. Defo recommend.

@LittleKitty1985 - glad your scan went well. You never know, might be worth sticking around in case it changes again lol x

Baby160P · 05/08/2018 20:04

@Alicejj8x I highly recommend 4head. Always helps me.

Or the theory of ice on the back of the neck whilst your feet are in a bowl of warm water. It's supposed to draw blood away from your head which is the cause of headaches and draw it down your body?

Claire582 · 05/08/2018 20:08

Hi! Newbie here! Due date is 1st February Grin had 12 week scan at 13 weeks and all was fine, thank goodness!
I was wondering if anybody has started showing yet? I just feel fat and gross....
14 + 2 today Smile has anyone felt any movement yet? (I know it's probably far too early haha) xx

Claire582 · 05/08/2018 20:10

I have also been suffering from horrible headaches from 13 weeks.... I'm sure this heat isn't helping...Sad

Yakadee · 05/08/2018 20:13

@Claire582 - hi! I'm due 3rd Feb so not far behind you.

I am defo showing - is this your first? (It's my second and they say you show sooner?).

I'm not sure about movement, I had a little feeling the other day in the same place on and off - I've convinced myself it's too early x

hayley013 · 05/08/2018 20:28

My headache today is the worst yet, just sent OH to the pharmacy for 4head, I can barely open my eyes x

jeanzbeanz · 05/08/2018 20:37

I got my screening results through 😊 happy I did the screening and so relieved that I don't have to go for further testing!

craftymum01 · 05/08/2018 20:45

I used a combination of 4head and koolstrips on my head. Also a very hot flannel rubbed over your face and eyes worked for me. I took paracetamol but to be honest it made no difference at all. Sleep in a dark room was the only thing that got rid of it but the above gave some light relief. I feel for all you ladies, I have suffered from cluster headaches and migraines since I was 13. Pregnancy seems to be making them so much worse.

hayley013 · 05/08/2018 21:00

Thanks @craftymum01 I'll try that. OH can't find a pharmacy open at this time on a Sunday ☹️

Alicejj8x · 05/08/2018 21:02

I'll have to grab some of that 4head tmo as this head ach is something else tonight

craftymum01 · 05/08/2018 21:12

Shame it's a sunday as I think Tesco sells it

Claire582 · 05/08/2018 21:15

@Yakadee this is my first!! Yeh, I heard you show sooner with subsequent pregnancies, so maybe it's still a bit early for me?!
I just have no idea what to expect haha

Yakadee · 05/08/2018 21:24

@Claire582 - everyone is different, you know better than anyone. First time is crazy / amazing! So many firsts. X

CarlyJayne1987 · 05/08/2018 22:32

Gosh these threads fill up quick!!

Have our 12 week scan this week - feeling very sick (and physically tonight - 7x in a row not fun)!... and very tired
Today is a write off - never felt so crap.

Hoping I start to feel better soon, all I tend to do to my partner is moan haha

craftymum01 · 05/08/2018 23:37

Anyone else still suffering from hay fever? CAnt wait til the summer is over

Baby160P · 06/08/2018 07:36

I've been up most of the night with painful ribs. Anyone else? Could be trapped wind but 😩

hayley013 · 06/08/2018 08:27

@craftymum01 I have suffered with hay fever this year. Piriton (chlorohenamine) is safe in pregnancy, you can take 6-hourly but I find one a day does the trick xx

MakeLemonade · 06/08/2018 08:27

Yes still getting hay fever here - really annoying.

I’ve also had very light pink/brown spotting for the last three mornings in a row. It seems to disappear very quickly during the day and I’ve been taking it easy but so hard not to worry about it. Even though everything says to not worry unless there is proper bleeding and cramps, try telling my brain that! I’ve also had bleeding in last two pregnancies so shouldn’t be a huge surprise it’s happened again.

hayley013 · 06/08/2018 08:28

@Claire582 I didn't show until around 16/17 weeks with my first x

DragonFlew · 06/08/2018 08:57

😭 so sick this morning. I dont know how you ladies who have it all day every day cope!

I didn't show with my first until about 22 weeks, about the same time I started feeling movements too.
Second time, I felt movements at about 16 weeks
