i hope mine is nothing like the last one, fingers crossed!

do u think i could get a surragate for baby no.3?

foxybrown · 12/05/2007 21:20

I remember that feeling Natty! It was really hard and very depressing, 9 months of pregnancy, 6 months of bf, 9 months of pg, 6 months of bf. with absolutely no gaps.

Still, it couldn't have been that bad or I wouldn't have done it again. Or maybe I've just got a crap memory.

derlor · 12/05/2007 21:20

sorry holly - just logged on YES take the immodium if you haven't already - i've not caught up yet

daisybump · 12/05/2007 21:20

I'd like another one as I always saw myself with at least three.....but at 38 I'm getting a bit long in the tooth for doing it again I think. And compared to last time this has been a bloody nightmare....wouldn't want another one like this.

Just had a thought.....
DS - great pregnancy...placid, happy baby who slept 6 hrs from 2 wks old

This DD?....awful pregnancy....does it follow she'll be a 'difficult' baby?

NattyThomasandEllen · 12/05/2007 21:21

do u think "cant be arsed to be preg again" counts as a valid reason

OP posts:
daisybump · 12/05/2007 21:21

I'm definately off this time....g'night

foxybrown · 12/05/2007 21:22

I loved my first pregnancy, lying around watching channel 5 made for tv films every afternoon, living off the state , just me and bub.

Bloody hell, I made life hard for myself by getting together with DP!

riabutterflew · 12/05/2007 21:22

How could we choose such a thread title doing something as IMMORAL as BETTING on a natural, fulfilling, life-enhancing event?

Nice to keep it simple. Can't be arsed with controversy.

Hope you are ok Holly, if it gets worse get to the Drs. Hope your DD doesn't get it too.

Gawd, I'm bored. Was going to do some "free" la redoute shopping with those codes, but maybe ought to clear up the piles of rubbish that migrate to the kitchen table. WOuld just like to sleep really, but can't eat when I'm sleeping (now what sort of silly design fault is that?)

foxybrown · 12/05/2007 21:23

Nah, Daisy, its a girl thing. Awkward creatures

Yes, defo Natty.

NattyThomasandEllen · 12/05/2007 21:23

nope, i had a much "worse" preg with tom, high blood pressure etc.. but hes good as gold..
this one ive only had the GBS and persistant anemia.. so relativly "easy" does that mean bad baby

NattyThomasandEllen · 12/05/2007 21:25

foxy TOTALLY know what u mean. just cos me an DH are married things have got so much harder, the state dont seem to like helping couples do they?

foxybrown · 12/05/2007 21:25

Now Ria (stern voice here) if you continue to cross jobs of your list you are simply making the rest of us think about our lists, thereby putting pressure on us to consider the jobs that we are ignoring.

So, for the greater good of this Ante-Natal group, I strongly recommend you sit your arse down for 20 minutes on here, or get yourself to bed with a milky drink and a mag.
(Yes, mag, not man).

NattyThomasandEllen · 12/05/2007 21:27

HA! man! is any of is actually ABLE to um .. "bed" a man? it would be a feat of sheer acrobatisity...

OP posts:
NattyThomasandEllen · 12/05/2007 21:28

u know what i dont think thats a word, but i like it...

riabutterflew · 12/05/2007 21:28

They all turn in to minature terrorists by the time they're 10 anyway! Bless them.

Last night I actually started thinking how sad I might be that I have decided that no3 is our last, and if we have another boy maybe I would consider trying again for a girl (that's what happens when you choose names you actually like...) - SOMEBODY STOP ME!!! It's silly, because I don't mind what it is at all, but I like both names! Suppose we could always get a dog?

hollyandalice · 12/05/2007 21:28

Thanks derlor, I've taken some and it seems to be working. I was panicking this was the pre labour clear out, but no serious BHs, so I think I'm fine!

No natty, I had a hideous pregnancy with dd and she was a nightmare baby, so it doesn't always work that way!

Night daisy! xxx

foxybrown · 12/05/2007 21:29

I had to read it really slowly! Dur!

I suggested it the other night, but got rejected. That's that for the rest of the year then!

riabutterflew · 12/05/2007 21:31

[meekly]Sorry foxy. Won't do it again (though if you could actually see my list...)

Don't want to go to bed with a man, though I did do that once. Perish the thought!

I do have to go into the kitchen now to get more crisps.

foxybrown · 12/05/2007 21:31

Oh go on, have 4 Ria! Might as well, when you've had 2 you're knackered anyway.

hollyandalice · 12/05/2007 21:33

Wow, isn't eurovision a pile of shite?!

derlor · 12/05/2007 21:33

flip will you lot slow down keep thinking i got to the top - press refresh and i've got 10 more to read everyone STOP for 2 mins FFS!!!! (sorry, grumpy hormonal rant over )

NattyThomasandEllen · 12/05/2007 21:34
