I'm definately having one of those pelvic toner devices after this LO is out...either that or plastic surgery

foxybrown · 10/05/2007 21:58

You definately peed your pants daisy? Cos I really have to go to bed soon and I won't be able to if you are going to start a birth thread!

daisybump · 10/05/2007 22:01

Actually Foxy, what worries me more about DH is that he shares a house with a 55 year old man called Danny

foxybrown · 10/05/2007 22:02

am gonna lock the doors... hell, might even change the locks

daisybump · 10/05/2007 22:02

Yes...definately wee...much to my shame and embarrassment ....

hollyandalice · 10/05/2007 22:02

I so need one of those pelvic floor thingys too. I keep weeing on my way to the loo! Not a lot, but enough to be really annoying!

daisybump · 10/05/2007 22:03

But I did go and change...I'm not just sitting here wallowing in it

foxybrown · 10/05/2007 22:04

LOL am glad you changed!

My children think its absolutely hilarious that I wet myself when I sneeze!

hollyandalice · 10/05/2007 22:05

I'm going to be in Tena lady pants by the time I'm 30!

daisybump · 10/05/2007 22:06

Lord...is it any wonder DH has gone off sex (with me at least!!)

hollyandalice · 10/05/2007 22:07

On a different subject I joined Boots Health Club and they sent me a voucher for half price tens machine rental, which I thought was nice!

daisybump · 10/05/2007 22:09

How much is it with the voucher HandA?

foxybrown · 10/05/2007 22:09

are you going to use a TENS then? I wasn't going to, but now I think I might just in case.

I can always put the electodes on DPs nads when I'm being madly hormonal! [scary insane grinning smiley}

hollyandalice · 10/05/2007 22:10

I don't know how much it is, I'll have a quick look. I might use it, but I think it might be a bit scary! I hate those electric stomach toner things, they terrify me!

daisybump · 10/05/2007 22:11

LOL Foxy
I'm never using "PMSL" again.....its too close to reality for comfort.

foxybrown · 10/05/2007 22:12

I used a TENS for DC1 and 2. My birthing partner turned it up to full blast when I'd asked her to turn it off. I can still feel it now!

daisybump · 10/05/2007 22:14

Ouch....

Just had a look at the health club site....if I join today welcome pack will be with me withinn 4 weeks.....think that might be cutting it a bit fine for hiring the tens....

hollyandalice · 10/05/2007 22:14

It's £15 for a month with the voucher. Is that cheap? They've got loads of clearance toys on the Boots website as well. Baby Annabel is now £9.99! Bargain! Might get one for my dd so she can "help"!

hollyandalice · 10/05/2007 22:15

Oh, that might be cutting it slightly fine daisy!

daisybump · 10/05/2007 22:23

Lloyds Pharamcy charge £30 for four weeks so its about the same if it was full price. BadZ posted a link the other day to a site that did them for about £20 for six weeks...so about the same as that, comparatively.

Still not sure whether or not to get one. Think that these things require some degree of belief in the system for it to work, and not sure whether or not I believe in it enough....I'd rather just take the drugs

hollyandalice · 10/05/2007 22:24

Shit, my dp is kicking me off! I'll speak tomorrow, byeee!

Sleep well xx

daisybump · 10/05/2007 22:25

I'm off to bed......on the pattern of one good nights sleep, one bad nights sleep that I've been having...I'm in for a bad one tonight.......gathers novel, flask, mug and herbal t-bag on the way upstairs

derlor · 10/05/2007 22:25
