H&A, I havent told friends or fami;ly yet about the home birth, dont want to hear their concerns and I know they'll try and be positive but would rather I have LO in hospital, by the time they know there wont be any pressure (no pun intended!) - just excitement- hopefully OR they'll get me moaning about the tea flavoured milkshake eh!

daisybump · 09/05/2007 17:59

Wassup Sputnik?

SmilingKiwi · 09/05/2007 17:59

Sputnik sorry you've had a flat day, its raining here in London- I bet it's not in Italy..I think thats where you are I've just polished off the bag of the yummiest biscotti we picked up from the Cinque Terre! x

hollyandalice · 09/05/2007 18:01

You ok sputnik?

sputnik · 09/05/2007 18:02

It's sunny but I'm stuck in.
Feeling shit, BH's are back, heartburn raging and argued with DH.

sputnik · 09/05/2007 18:03

Oh and back at MIL's house due to logistical problems getting to gynae apt tomorrow. Sorry to bring you all down.

foxybrown · 09/05/2007 18:04

Vent, sputnik, that's why we are here

hollyandalice · 09/05/2007 18:06

Oh sputnik that's shit! Don't worry about bringing us down, I think everyone is feeling pretty rough lately anyway. Hope your appt goes well tomorrow, fingers crossed that you can be up and about a bit more.

daisybump · 09/05/2007 18:08

Sputnik.....there's a bit of a cloud hanging over everyone at the moment and lots of arguing with DHs/DPs. I think we've all reached the stage where we want these babies out. My friend said earlier that PG should be eight months, not nine, as the eight month mark is when it starts to get really hard. And we all know that DHs/DPs just don't get it. i told mine (well screamed at him) that I would gladly take 9 mo of being shouted at if he could try being pregnant for one bloody day!

daisybump · 09/05/2007 18:09

Good Luck for tomorrow

SmilingKiwi · 09/05/2007 18:18

Best of luck for tomorrow Sputnik

sputnik · 09/05/2007 18:18

Thanks gals. Is it normal to feel like your uterus is about to drop out or is that me and my dilated cervix?

daisybump · 09/05/2007 18:20

Mine has been feeling like its trying to get out of my bottom today...lots of pressure there!

hollyandalice · 09/05/2007 18:23

That's exactly what I was just about to say daisy! Lots of bum pressure here too! Loads of small rapid movements down there too, I am hoping that it's hands and not feet!

sputnik · 09/05/2007 18:24

We should lobby for an eewwwww emoticon

daisybump · 09/05/2007 18:25

Yeah...I feel like I'm being tickled around the hip bones, but from the inside..weird

hollyandalice · 09/05/2007 18:25

!!

sputnik · 09/05/2007 18:30

Mine started hiccuping last nice. That was quite sweet. DD was a real hiccupper before and after birth

sputnik · 09/05/2007 18:31

Last night even

SmilingKiwi · 09/05/2007 18:32

I am getting exactly the same!! Bum nudging is taking a bit to get used to!! But the deep tickling inside the hip pelvic area is more tender and sometimes takes my breath away!

daisybump · 09/05/2007 18:33

will this do Sputnik???

foxybrown · 09/05/2007 18:36

LOL at Bum Nudging!

sputnik · 09/05/2007 18:40

Well done Daisybump. You are obviously in a can-do mood today

notsolilKel · 09/05/2007 19:10

anyone else wearing their trousers so low that one might think they were attempting a bit of hip-hop style instead of the reality, which is, trousers only can be pulled up halfway up the arse due to ginormous bump in front? I think the crotch of my jeans is near my knees (can't see it!) LOL...

derlor · 09/05/2007 19:29
