NO PISSY BEDS YET!!! HOORAY!!! There's always tonight though !

That bag is hilarious! Wish I'd have thought of it! They are selling it for charidy though, maybe I can make some and sell them for the charidy of buy holly new sunglasses!!

Tallulah I think minty ice cream works wonders for hb and is much tastier than gaviscon! I only have it quite mildly though, so I don't know if it would work for severe hb, but it could be worth a go!

Serious football day today so I shall be watching sky sports all day...Joy!!

Where are you Derlor?

H&A have been eating loads of ice cream this morning, not minty though, just vanilla. Don't really like the stuff -odd I know- but does help a bit with the burning pain. Will give mint flavour a go-just mint or mint choc chip?

hollyandalice · 05/05/2007 12:48

Mint choc chip! It's my fave and I found out by accident whilst eating some that it relieved the burning, bonus!!

yes Tallulahbelle - I too have sore skin around my tummy button - feels abit like a burn - just keep putting lots of cream on and it comes and goes.
What awful weather today - its really cold - not sure what were up to later - but had a plumber in since 0800 - so wasnt allowed a lie in.
Been to the Farmers market - nice tasters - baileys cheesecakemmmmmmm - but they wanted £2.20 for a loaf of bread!! So i made do with Asdas Tiger bread - its LUVVVely.

TALLULAHBELLE · 05/05/2007 12:53

Its odd feeling JBM only started last couple of days, have been slathering with body butter.

MMMM Baileys cheesecake - sounds lovely- wonder if can some of that round here.

hollyandalice · 05/05/2007 12:54

i made a profile page - bit wary about puting photos on there though - especially with my job - never know who i'll bump into on here!!!

derlor · 05/05/2007 12:59

notice i never really answered the job question either - me paranoid??? - NEVER!!!!!

justbeme · 05/05/2007 13:02

Ohhh I thought I was going to be able to see you ina photo - never mind - I might take my photos off once you all know what I look like!!

derlor · 05/05/2007 13:05

never thought of that - suppose i could put a photo on for a day then take it off again - (i'm actually a VERY famous international star ) at least you'd think that with all my crazy paranoia!!

foxybrown · 05/05/2007 13:17

its amazing what you do in RL when not on here! Shit, I'm on here now, so thats me fucked.

At least managed to put unburnt food infront of kids for lunch.

Heinz treacle pudding (the one in the tin) with custard is AMAZING for heartburn, so I believe, so I'm going to eat a whole one right now. Followed by some Lavazza Coffee ice cream.

Seangirl - are you a wee bit fucked off by any chance?

Am motivated today, off to capitalise on that. It won't last for long.

derlor · 05/05/2007 13:19

yup Foxy WE GOT YOU!!!!!!!!!! ha ha ha - you'll never escape - you're ours

hollyandalice · 05/05/2007 13:20

Haha, sucked in foxy !!

OP posts:
derlor · 05/05/2007 13:21

think i'll go and make myself some lunch now then may waddle off to local ice cream shop and purchase an ENORMOUS tub of mint choc chip - for my heartburn (obviously) - purely medicinal.

hollyandalice · 05/05/2007 13:21

You've made me want treacle sponge now! Grrr...! Alas I have no tin, so I might have to make one. Luckily I have a cunning microwave recipe that takes 5 mins!!

Helloooo...just a quick dip in...i promised DH I wouldn't...he's a MN widower...my skin was horrible through the week, but it's settled down now. noticed one teeny weeny wee stretch mark this morning though...hope its not the start of the invasion. I remeber feeling v smug last time as up till 36 weeks..nada...but OMG how they appeared after that....keep slathering on the Bio-oil.

Off to do a spot of gardening...well supervising really...my herb-garden will be bootiful. The sun is out (yay I can get my shorts on) and its a lovely day again.

Have a good 'un!
