Nixen! Glad your scan went well

just had my scan
And baby is measuring 8mm around 6+ weeks
Had quick Google and it's around 6+4 which is in line with last scan

Saw that lovely little flicker on the screen 😍

I thought I was 8w 2d based on lamp but I’m measuring 7w 6d - I’m assumed this is very normal at this stage?
They don’t measure the heartbeat at this clinic (I was a bit disappointed in that) but they did say that there was a healthy heartbeat and we could see it flickering 😁

I’m honestly just so relieved, I think I might sleep tonight for the first time since I found out!

Lost congrats to you too! Nixen I think that’s pretty spot on- you never know when implantation etc happened. They only adjust dates if it’s out by 5 days I think.

They didn't measure heartbeat here either just said there's a heart beat there and no reason for bleeding and that's that

Did they measure the size nixen?

I think at this stage it does go up and down.
They put me back a few days last time. I prob just ovulated late

So glad for you Nixen and Lost!

It's my daughters due date today, seems incredible that I'm pregnant with another child when I should be 40 weeks with her. Almost feels like I'm replacing her, makes me feel so guilty. Still miss her kicks and wriggles so much 😓

Seems I have uti from the 12th that's not been treated despite them having the results

I've been getting stabbing pains in my back and that's prob where my abdo pains are coming from
Turns out it's ecoli in my kidneys

Great to hear good scan news for people. Told my husbands family this weekend - is it bad that I feel the reaction was slightly underwhelming. Everyone says congrats etc but no whooping and delight - I guess you just feel everyone should be as excited as you!

Fatigue has really got me today. I had 10 hours sleep last night and am still knackered. I hate feeling this tired, I can't get anything done. I did a spin class yesterday and I think its taken it out of me. Im aching horribly too. Is anyone else finding exercise much harder now?

Anyone’s symptoms all but disappeared? Apart from the low level nausea and sore nipples I could very easily feel normal. 7 weeks 2 days.

Thanks all. Just having a lazy day on the sofa and films. And fantasising about a large glass of wine!!

@MonaTheMoaner mine were almost gone yesterday but back today.

I've basically been laid down all weekend so far so my nausea hasn't been too bad. I will see how it goes tomorrow before I start panicking. I'm having quite a few period type pains. Nothing severe but definitely there.

Turns out a night out was a little too much for me. Managed to squeeze myself into 1 of 2 dresses that don't show off my bloated stomach. Spent the night drinking glasses of 7up and had a bit of a dance but I kept having to rush to the loo so much that people noticed. Covered my not drinking by saying I'm on antibiotics after last week's sickness. Today I'm throughly knackered. Currently tucked in bed with the Hollyoaks Omnibus and a decaf caramel macchiato (thanks DH)

Thinking of you @iamloading due date is a really difficult one

Well I feel stressed now. Just been to the loo and when wiping, there was a small glob of off coloured/brown cm. trying not to worry but it's so disheartening to see especially when I only saw the heartbeat on Friday! There was nothing when I wiped again but I feel like I'll be on constant watch now!

Brown signifies old blood, right? Could be just a few blood cells in cm but no actual bleeding. I’m not a doctor though so I don’t really know.
