I´m feeling seriously p´d off...have hardly slept a wink all night, baby moving tons, bathroom breaks, drink breaks, on and off BHs..feeling very tired

Oh oh Hensden we may very well be in hospital together if you can hold on til thursday!!

Well nothing has happened here with the baby. I'm getting really bored waiting now. Really feel unsociable too, don't want to answer the phone, answer texts, or leave the house! Good job it's only going to last til thursday or i might become agrophobic and lose all my friends!!! I swear if one more person utters those words i will be giving them a serious ear bashing. Have managed to bite my tongue so far but it's really getting to me now. Why do people think they're funny/original/being nice?

feeling a bit weird
bump seemed to be much higher this morning, and completely solid, no squashyness at all.
kinda like my waters have gone without me knowing and there's only baby let IYSWIM.

i'm crunching ice as we speak and now going to get in bath so will see if that gets a wiggle from him. if not it'll back up AAU me thinks

Maveta, sorry to hear of the bad night. I think the sleeplessness we get whilst pg is preparing us for the baby and being tired. I just hope i don't have to pee as much once it's out!

I've got a leaflet about that under fives festival thing as well, it's running 11th to 13th May on Leith Links and has a mixture of free activities and ticketed events. Thought it looked fun!

How are you doing, Hensden?

My waters went too last night - one huge lot around 1.30am and another lot at 6-ish. We have had to change the bed twice!

No contractions as yet and am going to see MW for assessment some time this morning. The impression I have is that they will only give me 24 hours or so to go into labour before induction but I will clarify that today as I really don't want to be induced. So fingers crossed for me and Hensden to go into labour naturally.

However it looks as though this is going to be my very first early(just) or on-time baby!

Felt a little bit down this morning when dh went back to work We've had such a lovely weekend. Nevermind, he'll soon have a couple of weeks off when this lo arrives.

Have dropped ds off at nursery, so going to chill out this morning. Hopefully have prevented any phone calls by sending everyone a text telling theres no news and am going back to bed, so please don't ring (naughty, I know) Wonder how many people take any notice And I've worked out how to switch the ringer off on the house phone.
Me and dh have agreed not to ring each other unless its an emergency

Just quick message to wish everyone losing waters etc good luck! Hoping for lots of news today .

My back is really achey today so hoping it is a sign of something-happening-soon and not just something'll-happen-eventually... It's not something I've had before as always started during the night straight into full blown contractions.

Elliek - my bump often does that in morning, like it's unengaged a bit from lying down? Maybe that's nonsense though. Hope it's OK

LOL at the fake bump story, that is ridiculous. I'd write and complain you are traumatised, maybe they'll send you freebies in apology!!

Runny - labour vibes too!! We have caller display on our phone which is a life saver. means I don't have to answer anyone I'm not in the mood for (i.e. MIL ).

Birdie, what do we do re being buddies if you are induced tomorrow and me on thursday how funny is that!!!

Hope you get moving on your own and have it before thursday or i'll have to get my friend to announce it for us both, LOL!!!

I think I may have had a TMI gloop thingy like yours this morning too, and i'm not sure, but think i might be getting that very gradual loss of waters, sleeping on a mat thingy so can't tell if it was wet but once i've dried off from the bath i guess i'll find out!

I would like to place a bet that more babies will be born today than any other day so far

I think we'll have a flood of babies this week. But that is only allowed if mine is included as i'm getting serious serious with every baby born now!!!

I'm sure i wasn't his bad when dd was late. I think it's mn and 'knowing' you lot and you all pushing in that doesn't help!!!
