Luce you're most welcome.

I think the "build up" was better than the real thing if you catch my drift.

I love winding people up, especially when it got Cod and Greensleeves on there.

CaptainDippy · 31/03/2007 17:28

Hello - have been out all afternoon at local Miniature Railway - absolutely exhausted now and v.achy, esp from going down the slide with DD2 (must be crazy...) Kind of hoping DH is making tea for the girls atm .... not holding out much hope though....

1B3 - Lola and Zed are absolutely scrumptious - Yum Yum Yum!!!!! Thank you soooo much for coming on and posting those pics - they are lovely - Thinking of you honey and hoping you manage to get a little rest sweetie. How is Frankie taking it all? DH? Hope you are getting lots of help support. Your poor poor tum - Oh honey - Praying it cools down / heals up asap, you poor thing. [[hugs] I suffer from quite bad excema so have mega sympathy here..... you are amazing!

Hi everyone else - How are you doing??

Will I ever get a proper break ...... !!?

Pinionsrus · 31/03/2007 17:33

Hi CD hope we didn't offend you???

Sexonslightlypuffylegs · 31/03/2007 17:35

Hello!

1b3, what totally and utterly gorgeous babies!! I have to admit, I can find newborns a bit ugly looking (sorry, I am awful!), but my God, they are lovely! Many congrats again, and I hope you can get some rest and recuperation.

CD, going down a slide!!!! Are you mad woman? Don't answer that!!

MIAMT, love your new name!!

Hope everyone else is ok.

I spoke to Becky and Andrej today and they have had a fab time ski-ing, sledging and throwing snowballs. I felt so emotional speaking to B on the phone - esp when she said "goodbye Mummy, I love you". Welling up now as I type. It is great to have the break from her, but I miss her terribly! I'll be back on here next week whinging about her I expect!

Anyway, better head. Maybe back on later.

Love to everyone. xx

CaptainDippy · 31/03/2007 17:39

Completely bonkers!

TBH pinions - I've not seen / read the thread; but I am sure you wouldn't have offended me .... I am made of pretty tough stuff!

CaptainDippy · 31/03/2007 17:40

It was a narrow twisty tunnel slide too!! [grin}

Pinionsrus · 31/03/2007 17:40

Pleased to hear it - you need to be these days don't you!!!

Pinionsrus · 31/03/2007 17:40

And at slide you mad women.

CaptainDippy · 31/03/2007 17:43

I ain't that kind of Bible Basher - I live in the Real World!!

How are you doing sweetie??

LesleyR · 31/03/2007 17:46

Hello again.
Have been to hell this afternoon, aka my local Morrison's. People are so rude and pushy when it's busy.

1b3's gorgeous babies have cheered me right up. They are beautiful - congratulations again. Made me feel all smiley and soppy looking at baby pics. Your poor sore tum though, rash looks nasty. Hope you're feeling well and more rested soon.

Have had tummyache off and on all day and loose bowel (sorry if TMI). Keep wondering if something's happening. Probably just DH's cooking!

Pinionsrus · 31/03/2007 17:47

I don't see you as a bible basher kind of a girl. Though I do find the whole subject very interesting.

I am the kind of person who needs solid proof of something,so although its not true to say that I don't believe in God, I like to think of soemthing that is real as in real in fron of me. All getting a bit deep now but you know what I mean. My parents are fairly religious and go to church without fail on a sunday. Hangs head in shame. Anyway my house is my church as they say.

muminamassivetummy · 31/03/2007 17:48

Oh god - the hormones - the pics of the twins have made me cry - they just look so beautiful. Thanks so much 1b3 - I hope you now manage to get some rest at home. Well done again!!

CD - down a slide??????? lol!
Mad woman that you are!

Hi Lucewheel and Lesley - thanks for comments re name...it would be great if it wasn't so true! That dress has been an absoute god send in this pregnancy - I have worn it to death....it was from Tesco!

Had a total stress about bills and money this afternoon and needed Phil to sit down with me and be rational and get it all sorted. I am so glad we did it - I just need to know that everything is covered for the next few weeks so I don't have to worry about it. MPhil managed to cal me down and scrape me from the ceiling and I have just spent a lovely and blissful couple of hours in the sunshine in the garden with a cup of tea and Red Magazine whilst Phil cut the grass and tidied up a bit.

Plan to have a nice tea and then fire up the Chiminea for a few hours and sit outside for a few hours this evening and chat....I just keep thinking...time is running out now for us to chill out - need to make the most of this time to relax!!!!
Having to physically stop myself from constantly tidying and cleaning.!

Right am off for another sit out with another cup of tea - only down side is I'll be peeing for England!
x

Pinionsrus · 31/03/2007 17:49

And lesley WHAT ARE DOING going to Morrisons on a saturday afternoon are you MAD!!!

The best and only time to go is midweek and VERY early.

CaptainDippy · 31/03/2007 17:49

LOL @ DH's cooking! Speaking of DH cooking .... I should go and see if he's actually doing it ......

muminamassivetummy · 31/03/2007 17:50

LesleyR - that sounds very promising......my moneys on you next! Get your feet up and relax!!!!
x

LesleyR · 31/03/2007 17:52

I know only myself to blame! needed some odds and ends and DH has had our car most of this week. Dropped him off at gym and thought I'll just pop in. Baby brain fade I think - wouldn't normally go near it on a Saturday.

CD - missed bit about slide before. Mad lady!

Pinionsrus · 31/03/2007 17:54

Off to do the tea aswell for grumpy and hungry 3 year old.

Will be back on later I've got loads of money off codes for Next and Tescos which I'll put on later when I get them sorted.

Lesley by yourself too thats even worse I can just imagine! It gets scary in that car park on a saturday if you ask me.

LesleyR · 31/03/2007 17:54

Better not let DH have any alcohol tonight then (evil cackle)!

CaptainDippy · 31/03/2007 17:58

Oh my goodness - he's not only fed the,, but they are now in the bath!!!! and he's made tomorrow's dinner!!! Haven't seen in the carnage in the kitchen yet though ....

Pesha · 31/03/2007 18:18

1b3 - babies are absolutely gorgeous, as katy said i love the way they're facing each other

Have just had a manic tidy but think thats more me not being able to put it off any longer and getting on with what needs doing than any nesting.

Pesha · 31/03/2007 18:45

Everytime i post you all bugger off!!
