owl I was looking for maternity clothes on Next site and they have a range from boohoo which is ridiculously good value. I then went on boohoos site and they have a much larger range. If you're like me and not wanting to spend a fortune on clothes you might not wear again I would have a look on there. I got a few pairs of leggings some t-shirts and vest tops. But the best is the jersey dresses, I got a couple and they are so comfortable and easy to wear and we're only about 12 quid, bargain! 😀

This is one of the boohoo dresses, I took this last week so was 16 weeks. I was going bowling on staff night out it was very comfortable and I didn't feel frumpy at all 😀

Your hair look beautiful!!! I have curly hair but it never sits nice.

Is anyone else still not really showing a bump? Pre pregnancy size 12/14 and still the same, I only feel like I have a bump as the day progresses and I'm eating but even then I just feel really bloated and chubby not pregnant! Currently 15+2 1st baby.

I have found though that my stomach is really hard when I stand up under my belly button (lower abdomen I think!) and is getting harder as the weeks have progressed, feels like I have a brick in there! Is that my bump forming?

Thank you so much ladies that is really helpful! I've been online and ordered a few things from H&M this afternoon (needed a break from my laptop!) to get me started but hoping to stay in my jeans as long as possible!

@Gemxo Yes that's your bump - baby is under your bellybutton right now! I'm 15+4 and most of my bump - which has really only appeared over the past 3-4 days - is bloating! I can tell the difference but you couldn't to look at me.

Thanks waitingon I just use a bit of hair mousse to stop the frizz

gemxo don't forget 2nd pregnancys show sooner than 1st. With my first I didn't show at all till 6 months. This time I've popped out sooner just because it's my 2nd. I was in post office yesterday and the assistant said to me oh isn't your bump neat. I said yes but I'm only 17 weeks so I'm going to be huge by the end! So it's swings and roundabouts, I know I'm in for an uncomfortable last trimester because I'll be massive where as 1st time round did have a nice neat bump at the end.

Me too @Gemxo hardly any bump and I'm 18+5. 2nd baby but I know I'll balloon from 28ish weeks onwards. Hang in there, your bump in coming!

How are all you lovely ladies holding up? I'm hoping some of you who were suffering with sickness are now feeling a little more human?!

We find out the sex on Saturday at 10am and I am soooo excited. I am going through phases of wanting a boy, then a girl, then a boy again. Of course I don't mind at all and know I am blessed whatever I have, but my Dad deserves a boy bless him! (5 sisters, 4 daughters and 3 granddaughters!)

Here I am at 15+5 a lot of people saying I'm big. But tbh if u didn't know I could hide it! Like I'm the same as u guys as the day goes on it gets more bloated lol xx

@thingymabob and @Missy I have been having those pains too for a few weeks. Sharp pulled-muscle feelings on my sort of front hip when I roll over too fast or in the mornings sometimes when doing my yoga. It goes away and it's clearly muscular so it's not worrying, just a reminder to strengthen the core and move more smoothly now I'm preggers! On the other hand, I have not felt any improvement in my tailbone pain and you would think I should have by now--doing the exercises and stretches, making sure to lean forward when sitting. For about 1 1/2 months now it has been painful to sit and especially to stand up from sitting (like I have to grit my teeth to do it!). Ugh, hope it goes when my bump "pops" and baby no longer pushes back as much. I've got indigestion on and off now too, probably because it's squishing into my stomach (like a sour tummy, not heartburn). 19 weeks today though, so nearly halfway there!

Only 25 1/2 hours before I find out what I'm having!!!! Not the I'm excited or anything!!! Xxx

@WLMcl try getting one of the birthing balls too I had a had back before getting pregnant and it's been gradually getting worse mid/lower back and tailbone and was told a birthing ball can help massively

Ahhh gem I'm exactly the same. I'm 15+4 today and have a heavy lump below my belly button. If I breath in and hold my fat up 😂 you can see it coming though!

Not posted for a few weeks as nothing to report but do read along every day. Midwife on Monday so I hope I get to hear the heartbeat too.

So exciting ruth!!! We're going to find out at the 20 weeks I think. Keep us posted!!

Going to my sisters today and she has a stash of baby things from my niece/nephews for me. Still a bit earlier than I'd like to start getting stuff but she's moving and wants to get rid of it all. Can't wait to look at all the baby clothes. Have been so good so far. Not even gone into mother care for a look yet!!

I've got my sister in law and sister sorting clothes out for me!! I'm a bit of a tight cow wen it comes to spending loads of money lol xxx

I've been getting stuff for a few weeks now stuff of family and friends but got ĺimpatient last week and went on a bit of a spree got some clothes, tatty teddy blanket and bits like that! Plus is rather spread the cost over the months we have left, buy a bit each month as closer to due date will have Christmas shopping to do xx

Swollen feet anyone? Not even half way yet! Xx

No but at my last midwife appointment they did ask about swollen hands or feet so make the midwife aware as it seems to be something they look out for although it seems a pretty common pregnancy symptom

Hanna I had horrendous swollen feet when in Spain last week. Luckily they've gone down now. Keep them up when resting x

Hi everyone!

Firstly, I want to say a massive thank you to all of you who were so supportive of me last week. Thankfully, I can now tell you that I got my NIFTY test results back today after only a week, and we've got the all clear! I'm so relieved! I feel like I can finally relax a bit and actually start to try to enjoy being pregnant. I can now go off on my two weeks holiday and not have to worry about coming home to bad news. I'm going to visit my family in Sweden - my mum doesn't know I'm pregnant yet, I've kept it secret so I can tell her in person!

Because I'm hopelessly nosy I also asked about the sex, and they told me it's with 98.7% certainty a boy! This is exciting, but also means that most of the baby clothes I've kept from my daughter won't be much good, haha! Oh well, an excuse to go shopping.

That's great news @Adorablemisfit, such a relief, enjoy your holiday! I had a daughter first as well, such beautiful clothes, I need a friend to have a girl so I can pass them all on!
